I had an incredible stay at Lime Resort El Nido, where every aspect of my experience exceeded expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The front desk staff greeted me with warmth and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Throughout my stay, every team member I encountered, including the security officer named Kenn, front desk staff, and room attendants, was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive to my needs.

First, we would like to thank one of the staff for upgrading our room with a garden view as soon as we arrived. Second, would like to thank all the staff with unbelievable service with a smile while attending all our needs. All the recommendations. Letting us borrow umbrella when it rained for a whole day. The bar and restaurant staff for an excellent service and the room attendant that did a great job cleaning our room and surprised us with the heart shape towel when we came back from island hopping. What a nice touch. The infinity pool was great. Though there’s no beach available in this property, there are a couple of nice beach that are close by. Vanilla Beach and Lio beach. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Fantastic staff. Great pool and deck area. We had standard and deluxe rooms. Deluxe was great, standard had no windows or fresh air. This left the standard rooms very musty and smelly. Would definitely recommend.

This property has a very odd and unpleasant smell

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They were kind enough to give us a full upgrade of our room with a full ocean view after we found our toilet in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was a leak in our ceiling.

Our room was falling apart. The laminate floors were buckled up from what looked like water damage. The bathtub faucet was loose as well as one of the sinks. Asked housekeeping for toilet paper..never came. We ended up taking it from the housekeeping cart in the hall down from our room. The door frame was damaged like someone broke in..did not feel safe. I was not impressed by the breakfast.
The plus side was the service at the Sky Lounge. Jessy and Micah did an excellent job with customer service. They both made our stay there enjoyable. If it weren't for them i would have rated our stay a 1 star. Thank you Jessy and Micah for the wonderful service.

The hotel had fabulous views of the sea and the limestone cliffss I would definitely recommend it but the facilities were a bit below standard. Ripped bath towels and bedsheets a bit old. Friendly staff but a lot of them seem to standing around trying to look busy when things could be a bit more slicker.

Smell mouldy, lots of moulds in the corners, I just don’t like the smell, and some rooms had no windows for fresh air. I needed to transfer in another room but ask me to pay extra 400.00 dollars. If you know the smell of a septic tank,
That’s how it is .

The hotel had a bad smell, in the room, elevator and surrounding area. Smells like toilet. However,
Staff was very helpful and nice.

Terrible smell of the property.

Room spacious , service very good but the smell of the sewer persists and location is far from the town where all the good restaurants are located.

The front desk is not friendly .. The staff at dining area during breakfast is not responsive to costumers needs . Like there is no available spoons and forks and napkins to use. Then we were there for lunch . Nobody came to take our orders because they are having a meeting with the Manager infront of us . We can hear the Manager reprimanding one of the staff during their said meeting . Not very professional to do a meeting infront of your costumers and also we can hear everything . The balcony at the lobby has a sharp pungent odor.
The view is nice but you can't stay there longer because of the smell.

We had so much fun! I believe this is the best place to stay! I recommend to do a private highlight tour, it was worth $500 tour guide Jun esguerra was really good photographer/tour guide! Best part is the private lunch at the private beach, food was delicious! Thank you Lime Resort!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lime resort. We were very impressed by the room and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very helpful in helping us to arrange transport to our next location as well.
The view from the pool is incredible, probably the best view in El Nido.
The breakfast was buffet style and was fairly average but it wasn’t bad.
Overall would recommend this hotel as a nice place to stay in El Nido.

Five star for the staff and services. The property on the other hand is a health hazard due to mold.

We had a nice oceanfront upgraded room and it was a horrible experience. The room smelled of sewage right when we walked in. We notified the staff for help and they did what they could to help us by putting an air freshener in the ceiling vent and spraying with Lysol (worsened the smell).
We let therm know a few more times the issues wasn’t fixed. They asked us to leave the doors closed as they thought it was coming from outside. We narrowed it down to the bathroom. We had to keep the door closed and help a tiny bit, but we literally had to wear a mask or hold our breath every time we had to use the bathroom for anything. Days after we left, our clothing still smelled like the hotel room. First few days of our trip were absolutely ruined because of this issue.
I brought this up to Lime Hotel again after leaving and before I left this review so they had the opportunity to fix my situation, but I have yet to hear from them (it’s been two weeks).
The “gym” they have is a universal Amazon special machine, a few free weights and a treadmill. It’s literally a hotel room with no furniture in there. You also have to sign up ahead of time for a spot at the gym as it’s so small, they can’t have it overcrowded (more than one room at a time).
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, there’s better accommodations all over El Nido.

Ac is leaking. Has a puddle of water when we go in the room.

Lime’s pool and sunset views are incredible and their daily snack happy hour poolside is a lovely treat. A 100PHP trike into town or to Marimegmeg beach makes it really accessible to explore the area outside the resort as well. Tours booked through the hotel are excellent as well but be prepared to swim to and from the boat launch in El Nido. Overall, a great stay, will be recommending to others.

Clean and comfortable

Overall this hotel is okay. Not the best value for the cost. The staff were friendly and pretty efficient, the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable, and the electronics in the room were a nice added touch. The view at the pool area is spectacular. However, there was mold on the wooden frame under the bathroom sink and the sink did not drain. They ran out of towels so we had none when we checked in (they gave us pool towels instead). The elevator smelled like raw sewage. We left the “clean room” light on and they didn’t bother to clean it. I asked for extra coffee packs for the room and they wouldn’t give me any (they only provide two single use coffee packs, two creamers and two sugars). The breakfast was okay. The eggs on the main line were very runny, but the made to order omelets were good.

Staffs are very friendly but There's no hot water, floor towels weren't provided which was a safety hazard especially when the floor is wet after showers coz the floors are very slippery ask 3x directly to the front desk since room phone doesn't work(also reported that but they didn't fix it throughout our stay.

great location and get view, especially on the top floor by the pool. the staff was great!

Nice and modern compared to other el nido resorts. Beautiful views from the pool / sky deck.
Just need to improve on linen service. Each day they replaced the towels with already dirty towels and the bedding had holes.

The only good in the Lime hotel is the infinity pool. The rooms are not the best. I booked 4 rooms and the 2 rooms did not have towels. The other 2 rooms only had 2 bath towels and no extra small ones. One of the rooms I got, had bad leakage, that the room smelled like sewage. The rooms are dusty and the shower could flood the whole bathroom. This hotel is not good at all.

We couldn't stay at this property, it was unsave to breath there, the hotel was humid, with a strong smell, and wet. There was mold all over the place,The room doors were wet, they were in the proccess of painting and there was a strong smell of paint all over the hotel. The worse part was the terrible amount of mold we found in multiple rooms, even on the hotel paintings, all the bathrooms on the 3 rooms we had were full of mold, in one of them below the sink the wooden planks had been shattered and are black and rotten due to mold and humidity, which can be seen even around the ventilation racks. They even tried to switch rooms for us but the same problem persisted. The mold has spread to the entire hotel. The receptionist were very nice.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The entire staff did an amazing job and the room was veey clean, wi-fi was great onbthe 2nd floor, air-con was great and the television worked well. The daily breakfast buffet which ia included was amazing and they changed the menu everyday. Another bonus is hotel and general area is very quiet. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommended.
