Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Vérone sous le soleil et la bonne nourriture !

Très joli petit appartement, bien aménagé dans un quartier tranquille à quelques minutes de l'arène à pieds. Nous avons été accueilli par le jeune homme à la réception qui nous a tout expliqué, il nous a ensuite conduit à notre appartement en portant nos valises. Il nous a aussi recommandé des bonnes adresses ! Très bien accueilli par le personnel, nous les remercions !

Il manque quelques magasins de types petits supermarchés, boulangeries... Les chaises ne sont pas très confortables sinon rien d'autres à dire !

Fabulous apartment, perfect location, perfect helpful staff.

Great apartment, very clean, great shower. Location was perfect with fabulous restaurants on the same street.

Curtains didn’t close properly letting light in early morning.

Der Duschkopf an der Decke war so dreckig, dass man Angst hatte sich drunter zu stellen. Wir benutzen daher den Handduschkopf. Dazu kam, dass der Abfluss nicht richtig abfloss und sich das Wasser sammelte. Es war fürchterlich. Daher wurde nur einmal geduscht. Zudem roch feucht in der Wohnung. Ich war auch sehr verwundert, dass wir angewiesen wurde, den Müll mitzunehmen.

Eine tolle perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung, zentral und ruhig gelegen!

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt von Truly Verona organisiert. Die Wohnung wurde uns gezeigt und erklärt. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Ein Dank an das Truly Verona-Team, die für alle Fragen und Anliegen eine Lösung hatten.

Great location for walking into old town centre , a very good sized apartment with plenty of living space , clean and so comfortable.

Posizione centrale, ma pulizia camera e cordialità dello staff assolutamente da rivedere

Posizione centrale e comoda al raggiungimento a piedi di tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche Dimensione della camera giusta

Pulizia della camera assolutamente da rivedere - Strati di polvere su armadi che quando usavi l'asciugacapelli venivano giù come neve - Ragnatele nei vari angoli della camera - Tende e lenzuola con macchie gialle Staff assente e poco "disponibile/cordiale". Nessun accoglienza ricevuta. A causa di un problema all'auto avevamo richiesto di posticipare di 45 min il check-out, ma ci sono stati concessi solo 30 min. Necessità di tenere le finestre quasi sempre chiuse, con grandi difficoltà quindi a far arieggiare la camera, visto che si trattava di un primo piano con affaccio nell'interno di un cortile incurato e sporco (con trappole per topi a vista)

Appartamento grande e ben arredato a due passi dall’Arena di Verona

Appartamento ben arredato, nuovo, di design. A due passi dall’Arena di Verona, quindi comodo e a pochi passi dal centro. Abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro bimbo di 2 mesi e l’ascensore è stato molto comodo per trasportare bagagli e passeggino. Comodo anche il vicino parcheggio, a pochi metri dall’appartamento, anche se un po’ costoso rispetto ad altri parcheggi di questo tipo per le stesse ore (21€ ogni 24h). Molto consigliato sia per una coppia che per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo.

Era tutto perfetto, avremmo solo preferito avere in camera il microonde che era presente tra gli elettrodomestici ma che poi non abbiamo trovato in appartamento, ma è stata una minuscola pecca.

O booking me enviou para a localização da sede da empresa responsável pela acomodação, mas o hotel não ficava tão longe e os funcionários foram gentis e nos orientaram corretamente onde ir e como proceder.

Perfect stay in the very heart of the city

The apartment was very spacious (bedroom, sitting room with sofa bed, small kitchen, 2 bathrooms), clean, and incredibly well located. Short walking distance to nearly everything. The office was located only a few steps from the apartment, and they were most friendly and helpful. They assisted us with train reservations and restaurant and shopping recommendations. When we checked out, they called us a taxi and gave us water bottles. The apartment is located in a gated courtyard so we felt extremely safe and secure. The shutters kept all sunlight bout of the bedroom, so we had no trouble sleeping in when we wished.

Other than the fact that Kleenex was not provided, there is absolutely nothing we did not like about the apartment.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was ideal.

The constant pestering from the staff. I explained that I had poor internet. Despite this I was getting daily messages in the lead up to staying. They wanted an exact arrival time, I explained I could not give them this due to not having a train booked yet. The process to get into the room was annoying. Having to call them instead of them just giving out a code like every other place. *****DONT GET CAUGHT UP ON THE GOOD REVIEWS! They give you a free nights accomodation if you give them 10/10 stars*****

Great location in centre of Verona.

Location was excellent, just a few mins away from the Arena. Room was very clean with newly renovated bathroom.

I found access to the building confusing and difficult to access the key lock. Following instructions on a video isn't what I expected. It would have been just wonderful to have been met by a host to simply greet us to the property and show us around. We arrived around mid-day so this should have been possible. Only means of communication with the host was via What's App messages. This procedure should be clear to those when booking the property so that expectations are clear.

Great location and spacious apartment.

The location is great. Very close to the center of the old city and the arena. The apartment is spacious and the air conditioning is great in the summer.

The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable; it is old has very little cushioning. This is not a major problem, since we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment. In order to make coffee, one has to know how to handle a moka pot, which may not be true of everyone.

Could not have asked for more!

What a wonderful apartment, clean and wonderfully presented with a lovely modern bathroom! Location was perfect for us & although we did not meet any of the staff we did communicate via Whatsapp and were super helpful and quick to answer any questions!

Just a tiny note, the shower doors did not open very well and often had to tug to get out of the cubicle after.

Brilliant time, Beautiful city, lovely apartment

We stayed in Shakespeare’s studio, Excellent location a few minuets walk to the main arena, the staff very helpful and informative at check in, apartment well equipped and very clean, will definitely stay again if we ever visit Verona 😊

The only minor thing is the apartment could’ve done with another mirror as it only had one in the bathroom
