Our stay at this property was exceptional. From our host, who was so warm and welcoming, to the gorgeous rooms, which are beautifully decorated and well presented, our stay was very pleasant. Breakfast in the mornings was served in their lush gardens, where we had homemade jams and sweets. I would highly recommend staying at this property. It is charming and clean, and the hosts are so thoughtful. We'd love to return again to enjoy this lovely place.

The host, Gabriela, deserves all the prayers
She was absolutely amazing. Beatiful place with a great garden and a great location, only 25 min walk to the mondello beach

the host is a sweetheart, caring; the room is nice, comfy, clean and the house is styled in truly Italian way
From the pictures on booking.com, I assumed we would be able to enjoy the whole area of a mansion, but we did not get to enter and see the front side of the house. Also, considering that Italy is a country of great espresso, one gets only filtered coffee for included breakfast..hm.

This is a fantastic place, surrounded by a beautiful gardens. Great interior design, cosy room and nice view. The host was very welcoming, providing tips on the local area. Tasty breakfast with different food option. Also it a great place for dog lovers - the host has three lovely and friendly dogs.
Please note that you need to rent a car to get around the area.

The best advantage of this B&B was the lady who was running it. She was the most friendly host that I have ever had. She re-organised our vacation in a way that we benefited every single minute of it. She also served us different home made marmalades. The place has a huge spectacular garden and a classy interior design. It felt like staying at grandmas house.

Very friendly staff. Lovely garden.
Further away from the beach than I expected but that was my fault for not doing better research.

The house is nice, the room is clean, the garden looks relaxing. And the 3 dogs are very cute. Mrs Gabriella and her friend/employee, I am sorry I didn’t remembered the name, gave us appreciated advices regarding the surroundings.
I would suggest to have multiple maps to giveaway for the guests, as I am sure it is not a heavy investment.
The nice picture with the front of the property looking like a nice old mansion/castle is not really of the specific property where you stay. Is is actuallly like the entrance of an apartment building, let’s say.You won’t be seeing that, only once maybe. There is a back entrance, that’s what you’ll use.
Disturbing “visitors”: When we returned from our daily trips, late in the evening, we ate different appetizers prepared by ourselves at the table outside, or just a tigarette or something, when we saw multiple RATS over our heads. This is not something you want to see during your vacation, especially where you are acomodated, near the breakfast area. We started screaming “rats rats rats” when the lady came out and said it is our fault because we were eating outside, and the rats came because of our watermelon. I am a smoker, so the next night I went outside for a smoke and saw rats again (with no Food anywhere). Obviously this was a know issue by the owner, But blaming the paying guests was the easier way to go.
Intimacy problems: it happend once that Mrs Gabriella came into our room without knocking. We value our privacy. I understand that she owns the place, but we rented the apartment for those days. I wanted to change my clothes without thinking that someone Could come in. You would ask, Why not locking the door? Well, we did this, especially when we left the room for multiple hours, but we were asked to leave it open, because “it is too difficult to Take the key with me when I want to come in for cleaning the room”.
We were 4 girls sharing the apartment, 1 bathroom, so we had to take turns for showering, changing etc., thing that we knew and it was not a problem, But when two of us were next, they were forced to leave the room in 5 minutes, not a minute later, because someone had to come to fix the AC at that particular time. Again, it is our holiday, let us in our own pace. Give privacy, please!
Breakfast: The breakfast was poor in choices.
