Apartamento muy bien ubicado, pequeño pero bien equipado

La atención ha sido muy buena. Teresa es muy simpática y nos ha dado unas sugerencias muy buenas. La ubicación es inmejorable, con vistas a una de las plazas más importantes.

unikać tego apartamentu, gdyż podczas jakichkolwiek problemów narazić się można na nieprzyjemności

Ponieważ w mieszkaniu, które wynajęłam coś się zepsuło i zaproponowano mi podobne mieszkanie, które miało mieć podobny standard. Niestety nie było pięknego widoku na zabytki starego miasta, a na obdrapany stary mur, nie znajdowało się w centrum, ale na uboczu miasta. Jak gospodarzowi wyraziłam swoją opinie zaczął krzyczeć, groził mi policją, wystawiał na zewnątrz moją walizkę. Wzbudził moje przerażenie. Nie zgodził się na zniżkę i zapłaciłam 60 euro, tak jak za piękne mieszkanie z ogłoszenia. Mieszkanie miało liczne obtłuczenia ścian i zabrudzenia. Następnego dnia, po godz. 9, ktoś kto miał klucz od mieszkania chciał się do niego dostać, uratował mnie od tej nieoczekiwanej wizyty fakt, że mam w zwyczaju zostawianie klucza w zamku. Przed 10 zjawił się sam gospodarz próbując wedrzeć się do mieszkania. chyba nikt nie chce być zaskoczonym przebywając w łazience, podczas ubierania itd

Une mention spéciale pour la prévenance et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Ils font leur maximum pour la satisfaction des clients. Confort et aménagement des lieux: un plaisir. Emplacement : idéal ! Parking facile.

Environnement un peu bruyant le jour, mais parce que l’on est au cœur de la ville !

Chouette studio avec vue magnifique dans le centre historique.

Situation vraiment centrale pour la visite de Noto, vue sur la place du théâtre avec une église baroque. Magnifique. Restaurants à proximité.

Nuit du réveillon de nouvel an : grand podium juste devant la fenêtre et musique à tue-tête jusqu'à 4h du matin. Ce n'est pas la responsabilité de l'hébergement mais il eut été correct de nous en avertir.

Appartamento centrale

L'appartamento è in una posizione davvero privilegiata e centralissima, facile parcheggiare (in bassa stagione) e tutto vicino

L'appartamento è a un secondo piano senza ascensore, le scale sono piuttosto ripide quindi da valutare a seconda del viaggiatore. Mi sarei aspettata un po' più di attenzione (banalmente eravamo in 3 ma c'erano solo due cialde per il caffè, due bottigliette d'acqua etc.)

Nice stay in the centre of Noto

Apartment is right in the middle of Noto. Free parking nearby. Place is super modern and clean. All the nice cafes and restaurants are 5 minutes max walking distance. Generally perfect stay.

Noise from the street is expected so bring earplugs. We slept ok but sometimes we were woken up by a louder motorbike outside.

Excellent location and a wonderful apartment with all the things you need and more, very spacious. Frankie is very hospitable and helpful. The entire stay was comfortable and a delight!

Designer studio apartment. Brand new

The apartment is brand new in an older building. There are only two studio apartments in all as the building is small with a shop at the ground floor. It is dead center of the Centro Storico. You couldn't ask for a better location to watch the town. There are probably 100 restaurants within walking distance. The owner Frankie met me when I arrived. He may ask for your Whatsapp info as that is how we communicated. I thought that the key to the building was stuck but I wasn't turning it with enough force. There is a queen size very comfortable bed, a luxurious bathroom, a small kitchen (no oven or microwave) with a fridge and 2 burner ceramic cooktop. The kitchen has the basic hardware like pots and dishes. There is only one apartment on each of the two upper stories and it's a corner building so there are three French doors and balconies. It's absolutely beautiful and even the doors are brand new and high quality. There is no other place to sleep other than the one bed so this is a good place for a couple or a single. Not really for friends or a family. There's a crazy large walk in closet. It is all state of the art 2023. This is by far the finest private accommodation I have ever stayed at. The prices in Noto in general, are half what Catania is. Noto is an unbelievable historic architectural masterpiece.

Difficult to remember anything bad. It is noisy if you have the French doors open. But late at night it is quiet.
