The location, which is close to the Dashashwamedh Ghat
The hotel room - the a/c was not working, which made the stay uncomfortable. It was not fixed inspite of multiple reminders. Checkin took a while, reasons not know. Checkout also took a while as the staff insisted for Gpay, while I wanted to pay by card, and the card machine was not working.

Cheating by the hotel Rashmi Guest House, varanasi

The booked rooms was not given to us. Some shoddy room was given. I wish to file a complaint and need refund. I am also going file a police compliant against the hotel for cheating and keeping my family in inhuman condition. I was travelling with 3 ladies including my teenage daughters who were cheated including me and not given proper rooms . Shrikant makode 9619888405

Spiritual Bliss
It was our 1st travel post covid. Loved that the hotel was well kept, the staff are courteous and friendly. Its a few steps away from the Ganges so could go to the daily Ganga Aarti. the dolphin restaurant has the best food and views in Varanasi.
