We selected this home for our extended family to celebrate a60th birthday.
We expected more people than actually came which is why we needed so many bedrooms.
The house was great variety of beds and bedrooms from bunk beds to a king size.
Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone.
Great amenities with the house. Plentiful parking. Close to all the attractions. Great yard.
Kitchen was decently stocked all appliances worked great. The description was a little confusing online it said no linens provided when we arrived there were bed linens provided. Ended up using our own since we had brought them.
Overall a great place for a large group to stay.
I would go back again.

My family and I just left, despite the hurricane coming in, we had an excellent stay. Ryan’s house was just as pictured and very clean. He was easy to communicate with and answered several questions quickly. The house was a short drive to many town beaches and passes were included which was great, and a short walk to a small private beach which was perfect to walk to with young kids. Would stay again!

Our extended family of 9 ( 6 adults and 3 children) filled this family friendly rental for a summer beach week. We were very comfortable there. It was a good sized house with a large open space kitchen/ family room area. The large dining room allowed us all to eat dinner around the same table. We enjoyed the fire pit most evenings and the picnic table right outside the back door. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing the sand off the kids after a day at the beach. The provided beach passes for Narragansett Town Beach saved us a lot of money each time we went there. The two bathrooms are large and adequate for a crowd. The owner was very generous in providing all the necessities for a week away from home. Everything from soaps to coffee filters, cleaners, dishwasher tabs, skewers for marshmallows, beach chairs and toys and games for the kids. Highly recommend this VRBO property for similar groups!

Property itself was pretty nice. Very quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood which we appreciated. Laundry room was spacious. A few minor things could have made out trip a bit more pleasant as I thought it was missing a few kitchen common items we had to purchase ourselves. Would had liked shades or blinds on some of the windows on the first floor.as it felt a bit uncomfortable at nite. Some upkeep of the inside could have been more pleasant ex. All the radiator covers upstairs were off track and we had to put them back on so no one got hurt. Front door was a bit tricky to lock as we didn’t know how to use it . Overall was a nice place to rent.

The house is located near Scarborough beach and Narraganset beach. It worked well for our group. Due to Covid 19 we did not get the beach passes. The house is well equipped and Ryan was always available to answer our questions.

Second time staying at this property. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from beach and ferry traffic. House is large enough to sleep my family and my sisters family. Great vacation house for joint vacations. We enjoyed the fire pit both years. Outside shower is nice to have with sandy kids. Great time.
