We so enjoyed our time at this home. The location is perfect! The view is amazing, it was such a pleasure to wake up to that every day.
Overall, our stay was wonderful and I found the property managers to be very responsive when I reached out regarding propane tanks and a question about the lawn. Although most of the house was spotless, one of the bathrooms had a moldy shower curtain which gives the shower an unclean appearance and feel. The blankets that are covering the beds were also visibly dirty in 2 bedrooms upon our arrival but we had brought our own bedding so we just swapped them out.
I would absolutely consider staying here again since the location is wonderful and the house is comfortable and well appointed with an incredible view. Overall an excellent week in one of our favorite places!

This is quite an amazing property to stay at! My husband and I were here for a week with our two dogs, and it was ideal for us. The house is very spacious, uncluttered, and tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and fantastic lighting. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, dishes, serving items, and cooking utensils for use indoors and with the outdoor grill. The bedrooms have bathrooms in each along with an incredible amount of closet storage space. The fact that this house is one level was perfect for our senior dog - she did not have to navigate stairs (even outdoors if we chose to walk around the house), and we did not have to leave her on one level while we were on another. Both dogs enjoyed strolling around the huge yard with us, taking in the breeze, sunshine, and shady areas. Because the house is set back from the road, we barely noticed cars going by which added to the sense of privacy along with the shrubs and bushes bordering parts of the neighboring properties. And, of course, the view of Narragansett Bay and the ocean is spectacular! Brian is an exceptional, responsive host and was available for every question and concern. Lastly, there are lots of businesses within a 5-10 minute drive, including 2 pharmacies, coffee shops, a diner, casual dine-in and/or take-out restaurants, a gas station, and more. There are also 2 major grocery stores within a 15-minute drive. Visiting Newport was also very easy.

Three generations stayed here the whole week of 4th of July -- perfect for our group. The house itself has lots of common space, and large bedrooms with tons of closet space. Also, very usable outdoor space with bbq grill, gas fire pit, large dining table, and loungers.
The area is very enjoyable. There are lots of activities for families, including the beach which is less than ten minutes walk along the bluffs. The Bonnet beach is great, very safe, easily accessible, and visible from the house. There are multiple coffee shops, a pizza place, liquor store, etc. all within 3-5 minutes drive away. And it's easy to get to Newport or Block Island Ferry in under 30 minutes.
Towels were provided which is very helpful. We used the kitchen a lot, and appliances are new and very functional. Air conditioning works great and there are plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Dining table seats 8-10 easy. Living room has a big tv and several games.
This is a great place to stay for a summer week! If you happen to be going 4th of July week in a future year, there is a perfect view of the fireworks, as the barge parks literally in front of the house which overlooks the bay. There is no better place to view the Friday Bonnet beach fireworks.

Stayed at the property with my wife, 3 boys (aged 3-10) and grandparents. Everybody slept very well in super comfy beds and enjoyed the vast property and views. The kids in particular loved the grassy areas and using the football and wiffle ball equipment provided by Brian at the property.
There are great restaurants nearby and easy to get to the ferry for block island (we took a bunch of beach equipment from the garage the kids loved!). Brian is a very responsive host to any questions and even contacted and shipped us some lost possessions.
Really a wonderful experience end to end and looking forward to booking again in the future!

The outdoor areas are great places to sit and take in the view of the bay. Super private location. House is spacious with lots of sitting areas and is kept very clean. House is old and that shows in places but the overall setting is great for a family or group of friends.

This place is amazing. I am from the area and haven’t been home in 20 years. This house was everything I remember about the area. Breathtaking views of the ocean, great weather and the grounds offer plenty to do. You could almost fill your phone with all of the pictures you can take. The location of the house is very close to many of the places to visit in Narragansett. Beaches are all close by. The house itself has a great old timey feel to it and all of the modern upgrades blend in well. This was by far the most enjoyable vacation I’ve experienced in quite a while and it was my son’s first trip to RI and he loved every bit of it and is already asking to go back, and we will. I recommend this house to anyone who would like a classic Narragansett experience.
