About this villa rental
This is one of three resort like homes located between the second green and third tee of the Three Rivers golf course. The Kaweah River runs along side of this property. The course is closed for play and has become a natural deer habitat with vistas of hills and mountain peaks. You will see a lot of wildlife here, just gazing out your windows, as families of wild turkeys, wild boars, giant egrets, blue herons, deer, bobcats, coyotes, hawks, eagles, ravens, and so on frequent the riparian habitat.
This home is at the East end of the complex tucked into the hill and has a private two car garage, courtyard, and patio with firepit exclusive to this home. The views surrounding the home are expansive, tree filled, and gorgeous. You are surrounded by nature, and yet a very short walk to the village center, with post office, restaurants, hair salon and all of the conveniences. This property is also located just ten minutes from the Sequoia National Park gate entrance (the main entrance to the park).
The vacation homes here are a favorite 'base camp' for visiting both the Sequoia National Park, and the Kings Canyon National Park, with Yosemite about 3 hours away. The patio w/ water fountain, bbq and firepit is a cozy place to hang out and stargaze with family and friends. Three rivers has a dark sky policy and star gazing is never more spectacular than in the National Parks area.
This private two bedroom and 2 full bath 1150 square foot vacation villa, is furnished artistically in model home style. The vacation home is designed for privacy as a part of this secluded three home complex. The floor plan is an intimate romantic abode, yet ideal for two couples or families. The bedrooms have plush bedding with high thread count cotton sheets and pillows to give you a 'heavenly' nights rest.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, built in microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator-freezer, and dishwasher. Cupboards and drawers are stocked with a complete array of dishes and utensils.
With views of Moro rock from the dining room, enjoy meals at the large mahogany table. The dining room wall is gallery to a framed collection of photography by esteemed nature and back country photographer Michael Hansen.
Stretch out in the easy going living room with comfortable sofa, recliners and kick your feet up on the over sized teak coffee table. Relax with a selection of books or watch a movie on your blue ray dvd player and large screen tv. There is full internet access, and the tv has spectrum silver package.
The photographs detail each room. This home has super comfortable quality bedding, and furniture for relaxing with your family or group.
This location is known for it's beautiful surroundings, and convenience to the national parks. This is one of three homes adjacent to each other, on about 1 acre of land, next to the golf course, and Kaweah river, designed and built for privacy, including two car garage for your car.
* The vacation villa next door is also a two bedroom, two bath, with beautiful views, and the two can be rented together for a larger party.
The three bedroom home with 3 baths, saltwater pool and spa are at the west end. Listing # 306194. This complex was designed to maintain maximum individual villa privacy.
Maximum occupancy in the 2 bedroom units are four.

Perfect home base for our time in Sequoia and Kings Canyon. We enjoyed having all the amenities of home during our trip. After long hiking days, this was a perfect place to come home to. The owner’s left great recommendations for the Three Rivers area. We would love to come back!

This was perfect for our family! Two bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms. Tons of space to spread out. Dining table was big enough for six people and more if needed. We made smores in the backyard. We had a blast and made some wonderful memories. Super close to Sequoia National Park and we saw the tallest tree on earth! General Sherman tree. I would highly recommend. I almost forgot...there's also a garage to park your car. =) Thank you so much!!

Location, Location, Location! Great access to the parks, super clean, and enough in walking distance for food, groceries, and anything needed in between for some days in the park

Lovely home, very comfortable, well-equipped, gracious host, and great location. Quiet and yet only a few minutes walk to local market and post office, and short drive to south entrance of Sequoia National Park.

The property is very well equipped. It is clean, in a very quiet and nice corner with the rest of the houses the host has. We enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Greg and Pam’s house in Three Rivers. It was easy to find, not far from the Park entrance and a short walk to restaurants and the market. We would come back again.

We had a great time at Pam’s VRBO. The house was clean and comfortable and the location to the entrance to Sequoia NP was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the situation of the unit. It was lovely and quiet. A market, the post office and a restaurant are a short walk away. It’s an older unit but so very comfortable. The owners go above and beyond to accommodate any needs. We have no qualms in highly recommending Par3.

Great location and lived that we could walk to market, restaurants and coffee shop:). The road to the giant trees was closed due to washed out road when we were there su we had to drive around. Otherwise it is would have been perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and well supplied.

We loved it! It was perfect for us. It is so convenient to the south entrance of Sequoia and King’s Canyon NPs and was conveniently located within walking distance of a market and a couple of restaurants. The property was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We loved sitting out on the patio and hanging out watching Netflix at night. The host’s instructions were spot on. Easy in and easy out. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

Nice to stay perfect distance away from busy highway but near Kaweah River, close to wildlife and entrance to Sequoia N.P. Very clean and perfect for two nature lovers.

Had a pleasant stay! The property was clean and the area was peaceful. I accidentally locked myself out of a bathroom. I was able to contact the host through the vrbo app and they were able to send out a maintenance crew member to resolve the issue really quickly. Would definitely recommend this place!

What a lovely home with wonderful views! We especially enjoyed sitting on the back patio. The proximity to a store, restaurants, and an awesome coffee shop were bonuses!

Unexpectedly comfortable and well maintained property near sequoia park. Makes for glamping.

Highly recommend this property! It was a close drive to Sequoia National Park which was the purpose of our trip. We stopped at Totem Market & Gifts (close to the entrance to SNP) to pick up delicious sandwiches and had a picnic lunch in Sequoia. Beds were comfy and it was lovely playing cards at the round table on the patio. Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at your wonderful property and Three Rivers is magical. Everything was perfect but not having a Vizo television myself, it was a challenge for us to figure out how it worked. My daughter simply gave up on watching anything on t.v. In the evenings. We looked for information on what to do but there was nothing. Everything else was wonderful though. Thank you for letting us share this wonderful property.

This home was set up so nice for guests. Loved the bright colors of decor. Everything was easily available. And the surrounding area that you can see from your porch is out of this world beautiful.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. A full kitchen and an outside gas grill with a pleasant shaded area. Conveniently located near restaurants and a market.

Great experience!

Property is in a really convenient location to Sequoia/Kings Canyon. It's walking distance from the village market, several restaurants, and a coffee shop. Despite cellular concerns, I had 4G from Verizon in the area and their wifi was also solid as promised. Great base camp for a Sequoia weekend. We even had a black bear visit right outside the back yard on our first night. Bonus!

We loved the location of this home, very close to the hikes we had planned at the park. However, we found the home dated and in need of some repairs. This included refrigerator that rolled every time you opened and closed it and an ice maker that didn't work. Kitchen faucet sprayed water and bath faucet leaked as well. Plus there were ceiling water marks, dated wall to wall rugs including the bathroom :( and ants. The communication prior to check-in was minimal. For example we didn't get a message giving us the check-in instructions until I contacted the owner/ property manager. This should happen automatically.
As far as the town of Three Rivers goes, I'd never visit again and we only did so to gain access to the park. Three Rivers is an unincorporated community which means there are no rules, and no one to enforce them. Bears roam the trash containers of the nearby Mexican restaurant (witnessed this) and all the owners have to do to protect the animals and be responsible, is to request a bear-proof container. This was repeated in other establishments and private residences. People simply don't care. Additionally, as though the property owners don't know or care that there is an extreme drought in their state for years and counting, they water the lawn and maintain a green lawn. Seriously, humans can't live without water and we need to think of others. This kind of town and mentality is not acceptable.
4.8
The house is exactly as advertised! The beds are extremely comfortable, the living spaces have enough room to spread out and the kitchen has all the utensils and tableware you need. You are 1/4 mile from The Village Market, 6 miles from Sequoia National Park and about 90 minutes from the entrance to King's Canyon. We highly recommended this place!
4.8
It was a wonderful place to spend a few days. The backyard patio was a very nice to sit and talk in the afternoons.
4.8
We were looking for a place close to Sequoia and comfortable for four. We appreciated the market close by, the comfort of the condo and the quiet location. Owners were responsive and the place was clean with the amenities we needed for a two night stay. The shower was not the greatest but not the worst. Thanks!!
4.8
Extremely convenient place to unwind and relax. Outside of traveling to/from the National Parks we didn't need to use our car. The property is a 2 minute walk from the Village Market that has everything from grocery stables to beer/wine/liquor. Make sure and try the daily made BBQ and fresh squeezed OJ. Right next door is a nice Mexican restaurant and a pizza place shortly past that.
The property kitchen is well furnished if you decide to make meals yourself. TV provides a good selection of stations which came in handy for watching a playoff game.
Overall decor is a bit dated and some of the furnishings could use a refresh. Otherwise it is a great property.
