About this cabin rental
We are looking forward to your arrival. Here is some information that might come in handy:
Our address is 9670 North Fork Rd.
Polebridge, Montana 59928
You do not have to come through the park to get to A LITTLE PEACE OF HEAVEN. You can come through Columbia Falls. Take Nucleus Road through the little town of Columbia Falls. In about a half a mile you’ll come to a stop sign there take a right. That is 486. Stay on that road until you get to A LITTLE PEACE OF HEAVEN. 486 turns into the North Fork Rd. but there are no signs. You will have about 12 miles of pavement then about 12 miles of gravel. That will take you to the Camas Road which is an entrance to the park but don’t turn there; continue on about another 11 miles you will have a little more gravel and then about 3 miles of pavement, we are on the pavement. You will see our rock sign on the left. The driveway is a half a mile switchback. Park between the lodge and the garage and ring the door bell on the lodge porch. Someone will greet you and show you to your cabin. Cell phones don’t work up on the North Fork, but we do have a landline you may use and give the number to family members who may need to get ahold of you. The number is: 406-888-5090.
If you haven’t gotten your vehicle reservation yet you may want to check this out:
It is a good thing to bring your groceries with you. Kalispell has a Walmart and a Costco, also many nice grocery stores. Columbia Falls and White Fish also have nice grocery stores. If you shop at Super 1 you may want to indulge in a 25 cent kids cone.

Would recommend 11/10 to anyone visiting Glacier! Very nice place and very friendly people! Great location to park access and several lakes. The cabin itself has everything you need to cook dinners or prepare lunch for the day. Happy my wife and I chose this beautiful cabin to stay in we had a great time, thank you Gary and Jeanne!

Everything was great, a microwave would have been helpful and to know about where we could eat not far away
because you are in a very secluded area.
I would still rate it a 5

Beautiful cabin. Very clean. Kitchen. Bathroom. Places in the area are much more rural (shared bathrooms). This place was fabulous. 2-3 miles to Polebridge. Only slight suggestion was better handrail up to the loft. Will reserve again. Thank you Gary.

Our stay here was exceptional. The cabin was spotless and well organized. Even with other cabins nearby we felt privacy, enjoyed the views, and for a remote location the access was easy. Directions were accurate and the property was immaculate. Gary was helpful with any extra advice and saved a day of our vacation by shuttling us on a trip down the river. He was gracious, kind, and thoughtful . We would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else to stay here even though we want to keep it a secret for ourselves. Thank you!

We loved our stay at this cabin so much, I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything we needed to make a couple of meals was there. Beautiful area and a cute walkway to an overlook. It was the best sleep we had our entire trip with the comfy beds and plenty of space. The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower ran out faster than I hoped.

A beautiful spot. It's nice to get away from the crowds and be someplace peaceful. The roads are a little rough getting there, but our minivan handled it just fine. Jeanne is lovely and the cabins are beautifully maintained and clean. Our family loved it!

We were on our way to a backpacking trip on Bowman Lake. This was the perfect stop for the night before to enjoy some yard games, the beautiful views and a cozy nights sleep.
Having a refrigerator & stove/oven for dinner and breakfast, shower and more than enough room for our family at 5 was a gift.
We would definitely stay here again on our way backpacking or just for a clean, peaceful, beautiful spot to stay to be close to the Polebridge Mercantile and Bowman Lake Campground.

Our family spent our vacation in Glacier National Park. The hosts were extremely hospitable, friendly, and accommodating. Besides the clean and cozy cabin with a beautiful view for our family of five, there were several lawn games for us to enjoy in the evenings after hiking: corn hole, badminton, tether ball, etc. This cabin is a wonderful place for families.

Great property to unplug and get away from the crowds. Extremely clean cabin. Very close to Polebridge- great 1/2 hour stop at the Merc. Park was close enough to where it wasn’t a hassle to drive very day- maybe 30-45 minutes to first major points on going to the sun road. A great little gem, priced right with very nice owners. We had a great time!

Cabin #1 was clean, quiet, private and worked well for our group of 4. We enjoyed coffee and meals at the nearby Polebrige Mercantile and Northern Lights Saloon. Location was very convenient to Polbridge entrance to Glacier. It took us about 35-40 mins to get to the Going-to-the-Sun Road entrance from the cabin. The cabin may be a bit tight on luggage space if traveling with a group of 6-- we had a little trouble finding room to put our 4 suitcases, but if you're traveling light, this would be a non-issue. Overall, very pleased with our stay!

This property is incredibly beautiful - tucked away at the top of a mountain and surrounded by national forest, it’s absolutely breathtaking. The owner is so kind and incredibly hospitable - he made us feel so welcome and we so enjoyed our conversations with him. Our cabin was clean and well taken care of with great accommodations for our family of 5. The kids loved the loft room and we enjoyed the main level room. Loved the kitchen and the bathroom - so nice to take a hot shower after a long day hiking at Glacier! Close to Glacier National Park - less than a half hour to drive over so it was the perfect distance to be away from the busy touristy places but still close enough to drive in each day to hike. The cabin was secluded but still had a few other cabins around the area which was really nice - felt like a little community on the side of a mountain! Woke up each morning to walk down to the top of the mountain with our coffee and experienced the most spectacular view looking out over the Rockies watching the sun come up :) This place is special and you don’t want to miss it! We absolutely loved our time!

My husband and his brother stayed two nights at the property in unit 1. Every thing was perfect and we had no complaints. This was close the Park and conveniently located with access on the less traveled route making coming and going simple. We saw a black bear in a field the first morning headed into Glacier. Tom was very helpful with info as well. You won’t regret your stay. Very clean. We had charcoal for the grill to cookout and all was well stocked. Thanks !
