Loved being able to walk to everything in downtown Greenville!

Great activities and plenty of space

Bill has a very nice property and was easy to communicate with. There were some cleaning supplies and personal items throughout that I’ve never noticed someone having out in rental properties I’ve stayed at prior, but we had a great time and it was a very unique and beautiful space. We couldn’t use the grill, and there was a lot of trash and clutter on the roof which we were a little bummed about. We also only got one parking space so just be aware for groups with more than one car. Overall, a beautiful space I’d say for the money a 7/7.5/10!

We absolutely loved our stay in Greenville at your loft apartment. The location is perfect. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and very interesting design and decor. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home! Hope to return someday. Soon!
4.7
Liked the place but was told we had 2 parking space that only turned out to be one. Person that parked in the second space was told the same thing. Had to park the other car in city deck, which was close by, but was a surprise.

Perfect location

This property was ideally located for attending Fall for Greenville. Walk out and your in the festival.

It has been awhile from my last visit, but the city, and this place, are to be considered the more interesting places in South Carolina to visit. A little city noise at times, but you are in the middle of everything so understandable. There was an awesome street market on the weekend, and the restaurants and coffee shops and stores all around and in walking distance were excellent. Aside from the location, property is also pretty cool, totally unique and welcoming. Would stay again on a future visit.

The Great: This was a really distinctive property with an ideal location that is close to everything! The property definitely has character! Even though the location is right downtown, we did not experience disruption from street noise.
The Good: Beds were comfortable, linens and pillows soft and clean, and temperature regulation worked pretty well despite multiple zones and thermostats. The property was "as described" and without surprises. Kitchen was clean and generally well-equipped. Rooftop patio was fabulous too!
The Meh: Although the property as a whole was very clean, the shower tile was not. Kitchen could have been better organized with plates in a more logical location and with the addition of some pint glasses.
The Worrisome: The ladder stairs to the rooftop really are pretty frightening, even for sober, stable adults. For those who may be drinking, less stable physically, or children, the ladder would be a serious liability. Privacy is not ideal either if you don't know each other really well!
The Bad: The owner gave clear explanation about there being only one parking place and that parking decks are available. But there are a lot of them and that made the arrival process MUCH harder. Recommend guests choose the free Richardson lot (but there are 2, make sure to get the right one) in advance to reduce confusion when there are multiple cars.

Short and sweet; great property! Very clean, unique and fun layout, in a perfect location to downtown. The property owner was very welcoming to us and made the check-in and checkout process very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Right in the middle of downtown Greenville, was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great and such a fun space. Lots of beds! Only one shower. Easy check in process.

Great location! Walking distance to everything. The property owner was great at communicating! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. The property was very clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Greenville. The condo has an interesting layout, but workable for all women. 1.5 baths in the living area. A .5 bath on the rooftop. I would definitely rent from Bill again.
The rooftop is fabulous! You have to be able to climb some serious steps, but we’ll worth it. The location of the condo is right downtown. You can walk to anything. It can be a little noisy at night, but sound machines & fans help. Bill has done a good job making it cozy. Thank you!

Had a great experience. Everything was spot on and such a fun place to stay. Highly recommend!

We were in town for the SEC women's basketball tournament and this was the perfect place for us. It allowed us to be together in between games and was a super easy walk to the stadium and restaurants. Bill is so accommodating and gave us so much good information.
4.7
This loft style property is centrally located so that you don't even have to move your vehicles and is surrounded by plenty of great restaurants, stores and bars. The rooftop porch is also great for cooler evenings. Overall great property with size and a nice appointed kitchen!

Hosted a 50th birthday celebration, ladies lives it. Close to everything and cool layout.

Everything, from the directions to the description of the loft were spot on, making things a lot easier after a 700 mile drive. The location was prime, and downtown Greenville exceeded my expectations !

We had a total of 11 adults (all family) in Greenville for the wedding of my son. The location of this place was excellent — right in the busy center of town — but there were many issues with the rental. Here they are: There were many problems with cleanliness, including trash, dirty dishes and cleaning supplies left out when we arrived, as well as food left in the refrigerator from the previous occupant. There was hardly any privacy; only two of the bedrooms are actually private, with the rest in open spaces. There was a great deal of clutter, with many of the owner’s belongings in drawers and closets. We were there on a weekend, and there was incredible noise late at night from the bars and clubs on Main Street, ironic with the host’s stern warnings about us making too much noise. Parking was a big issue, with the two spaces much too small and unauthorized cars constantly in our supposedly reserved spaces. Also, we were not allowed to open any windows, but we couldn’t control the heat and it was too high. Finally, the apartment is many steps up from the parking area, which was difficult for the older members of our party.

We are a small real estate team and had 6 team members stay here for the weekend. The location was absolutely fantastic and the host provided great communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would absolutely book here again.
4.7
The configuration of rooms was a bit awkward and the one shower was not great but the location makes up for all of it!
4.7
Great property for meetings.

We had a group of 8 guys who wanted separate sleeping spaces so I rented both of Bill’s properties so I’m going to write one review for both places. Bill’s apartment snd loft are two of the coolest properties I’ve ever booked. You are within walking distance to several great bars and restaurants, drug store and even a grocery store. Bill's communication and helpfulness might be the best of any host on VRBO. The properties were wonderfully decorated, stocked and very cozy. The rooftop is also great. It would be difficult for folks who aren’t comfortable with steep stairs/ladders but us middle aged guys managed just fine. The location, amenities and host communication cannot be beat.
4.7
Plenty of space, great location, clean.

What a great spot to enjoy downtown Greenville from. It is in the middle of everything! Parking was nice. Small space but I also drive a huge truck lol. Place it self was nicely decorated and very interesting to see all the different knickknacks. Would 100% stay again! Thanks!

Great property. Super Kitchen. I would recommend for a mid size group who are mostly related. The bedrooms and bathrooms are situated in a way that familiarity with your fellow travelers would make the stay easier. The location on Main Street is super. You walk out the front door and the City is all right there !! If you are looking for a stay place and are hoping to " learn " the city , this is the place

When stepping into this beautiful loft, the dining/living room is magnificent! It would’ve been a great check in except for another party bringing their bags in to the same dining /living room . We had been double booked! This was extremely unfortunate since it was Memorial Day weekend & we were attending a downtown wedding in a very popular city. The host was called & both parties waited for an answer. When the other party realized we were there with multiple family members coming to a wedding, the 3 teachers from Athens GA graciously said we could have the loft even though the problem had not been resolved by the host yet. We had reserved this loft a year in advance for my son’s wedding through another rental agency. Sadly, about 1 month before, we received a shocking email cancellation from that rental company. We immediately communicated with the host who guided us to VRBO website and, after paying a couple extra hundred dollars, rebooked the same loft within 15 minutes of contacting the host. We never received a reason & no discount to cover rent increase. The pictures of the common area on the website were spot on but the pictures of “the bedrooms” were a bit more deceptive. There is only 1 true 4 walled bedroom where as on the website pictures, It looked like 2. The only true bedroom has a ceiling fan that does not work & the 2nd bedroom that looked like a fully closed room has a pocket door but is open to the dining room below. Most of the beds are acceptable but there are a couple that are questionable. There are 3 bathrooms but the third one on the top floor leading to the roof has a burned out light so you have to leave the door open to see. Unfortunately, we had planned an intimate dinner Saturday night requiring 3 pans of lasagna to be heated in the oven. We had the dinner catered & assured the caterer there was a good sized oven (sent her a picture from the website so there would be no surprises). Surprise, the oven did not work! The host was called but could not help over the phone or find a solution. Lastly, we were sadly accused by a neighbor of having a party of over 40. This is against the rental rules. We actually had an 11:30 am-1:30 pm drop in for close family/friends coming in town during that time. I had talked to the host about this before booking. When accused of a party, host was called. No answer. VM left. No call back. Though previously responsive, no answer now. Good site. Great potential. But disappointed.

Great location, great communication with owner but this certainly is not a 3 or 4 bedroom - only 2 bedrooms with additional beds in family room upstairs walkway. walkway. Great open space but as he says in description - don't rent if you can't do stairs. If you are going to Greenville and want to be in the heart of town, are with a group of close friwnds or family then this is the place for you.

great property. owner is very nice and helpful.

Bill was wonderful to communicate with. The loft has so much character and the location was perfect for access to the main downtown area. We walked to all of our restaurants.

Our family had a great stay in this beautiful residence, the pictures do not do it justice. William was very responsive as a host and made us feel comfortable with our stay in his home.
4.7
It was large and very eclectic in decor. There was far more of owner's personal belongings than i have ever seen in a rental which i understand but it felt a little messy because there were so many . Would be better for younger adults i think. For a baby and older grandparents couldn't use the rooftop deck. Steps too steep and only one shower was tough. Lots of things closed still during covid. Hope it comes back strong

This condo is in a perfect location. We walked wherever we wanted to go downtown and felt safe even at midnight! The property owner was a jewel. He texted daily to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again. We also met a neighbor, who was so kind! Definitely a must rent if wanting to stay downtown Greenville.
