My husband, adult daughter, and I were in Hendersonville for the funeral of my sister-in-law's mother. The cabin was convenient to the church as well as my brother and sister-in-law's home. The location of the cabin was rustic and we enjoyed sitting outside on the side deck one night while we were there. The cabin was very clean and well served our needs.

We enjoyed the cabin, it was super clean with all the kitchen basics you need. Comfortable living room furniture & a nice tv with many channels to choose from.

This is the perfect space and place to stay when visiting Hendersonville or the surrounding area. The pictures do not do justice to this home. The house is roomier than pictured, very nice and comfortably furnished. The set up could not be better for 2 couples. The owner was amazing to work with and answered promptly.

House was well decorated and very cozy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again. The two down sides were it was much closer to a pretty busy road than expected, and the heat struggled to keep up in the living room during the cold mountain nights.

I honestly can not say enough good things about Eliza, Michelle and the job they have done creating their group of VRBO homes!!
I was planning a joint birthday getaway for my mom and me, when I ran across this wonderful little cabin. Having never been to Hendersonville, I had a lot of questions about the area and wanted some direction on restaurants, coffee houses, gyms, shopping, etc. After booking our stay, I reached out to Michelle and Eliza (Elizabeth) about these things. I honestly only expected a quick reply with a couple of suggestions of their favorite spots, but what I got was so much more. I received a detailed email with several options for each of my categories, names, phone numbers, addresses and some input on each, as well as an offer for a discount at a local winery with whom they partner.
Upon our arrival, we were delighted and impressed with the presentation of the exterior of the house, the grounds of their property and the cleanliness and decor of the home. Everything was neat as a pin and we were greeted with a sweet card and loaf of locally made bread. As we later learned, Eliza is the handy one that cares for the homes and grounds and Michelle is the one with the eye for decor and handles most of the bookwork and online duties.
Shortly after our arrival, Eliza stopped by to introduce herself and to make sure we were happy with everything. Before departing, we invited her to join us for breakfast the next morning at The Appalachian Coffee Shop. Despite the fact that they were leaving on vacation themselves later that night, Eliza met with us that morning and sat with us for a couple of hours, telling us about the area, answering our questions and offering to be of further assistance, if my mom were to consider moving to the area. Later that day, we received emails from them with more information about things my mom had inquired about! Again, going way above and beyond, especially when they were leaving town that day.
The only regret I have is that our stay was so short. I wish we had time to cookout and enjoy the fire pit outside and to just hang out and watch a movie or something. The layout of the home is ideal and it is so well put together, that it truly felt like a home away from home.
I would highly recommend any of Michelle and Eliza's properties to anyone looking to vacation in the Hendersonville/Asheville area. We WILL be back. :)

This beautiful cabin is in a nice area outside of Hendersonville. It is far enough from town to be quiet but close enough to be convenient for shopping and eating out. The furnishings are exactly as pictured but even more beautiful in person. The king size bed is very comfortable. Even though we didn't cook any meals while we were there the kitchen was well appointed. There are walk in closets (which are very unusual for a vacation rental)! The linens (both bed and bath) were luxurious. It was rainy while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the deck with a table and chairs or the firepit with chairs surrounding it. The new flooring and tiles were very nice. The owner was wonderful to work with. We were to arrive late so she had lights on inside and out so that we could see how to enter the cabin. This cabin would be a great place to stay while exploring Hendersonville, Asheville and the surrounding areas. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed!
