Outdoor space was the real selling point. Kitchen was well stocked with full sized fridge, drip coffee maker, etc. 1-1/2 bathrooms was very helpful and bedrooms clean and airy. Location was absolutely perfect. The 3 flight climb became easier as the week continued. Owner responsiveness was extraordinary - answered on the first ring and kept in touch. I would definitely rent this apartment again.

The location was excellent, I attended a meeting at the Palais and the location was outstanding. As a single female traveler I felt very safe. I am picky when it comes to cleanliness and overall condition and this apartment exceeded my hopes. I will absolutely plan to stay again - there are several restaurants located steps away and were excellent, the access to the water and shopping - all great. The décor is adorable and the owner was very responsive and truly cared that I was prepared for the stay. I enjoyed a bottle of wine - and meant to replace it. My apologies! :) I will definitely stay again and would recommend this with confidence. I was not aware (though my friend said this is something to expect of any walk-up apartment in France), make sure you find a light switch on the stairway because it was otherwise pitch black dark in the evening. My mistake, but you may want to include that in the overall summary/instructions.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Very clean with perfectly adequate amenities. including a nice balcony. Close to all restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Only 10 minutes walk to the train which is the fastest, smartest and least expensive way to get to anyplace in the entire region. A car is not needed and is more trouble than it’s worth. It’s a 3rd floor walk up which is not really difficult, but not so good for those whose health or mobility is compromised.

This hone was complete Serendipity. As I walked in, my first sight on the wall was the building I see leaving my home every day. I knew this was home, away from home. The building is quiet and the home has plenty of room and is well equipped. The host was delightful. . The luxury of fresh cold drinks in the fridge made the stay almost as beautiful as the home length terrace. My kids stayed the last couple nights. I hope they did not drink all of your wine! Thanks for. beautiful stY in Cannes. I hope you will have me as your guest next year!

Needed short rental in Cannes and Ron delivered. Accommodated my last minute request. And don’t miss the seafood restaurant downstairs and to the left. Delicious

This property is a gem! Perfect location and a lovely apartment. Enjoyed every moment. Cannot wait to have the opportunity to stay there again.
Note that it may be better to pack several smaller pieces of luggage rather than one big suitcase as it is on the 3rd floor with no elevators.

This is a great apartment for people/families looking to spend some time in Cannes. It's simple and affordable with an amazing location - steps from the brilliant Marche Forville open-air market, one block away from the charming old town street Rue Sainte Antoine, 5 minutes walk from the Palais and the public beach, and right above great seafood restaurants.
The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 5. The highlight of the apartment was the gorgeous terrace overlooking the quaint shopping street Rue Meynadiar. We really enjoyed the large terrace having breakfast, lunch and dinners or just seating to chat or read a book. Plus, you can see the clock tower in the old town through the charming rooftops. Each room has a nice, firm, king bed and doors that open to the terrace. There is plenty of closet space and a standalone AC unit. The extra W/C is a bonus when travelling with friends or work companions.
Our host Ron was very attentive by email. His instructions were very clear. Those few times I had questions he was very quick to respond and to help us. I was really impressed with his professionalism and kindness.
This apartment has got everything you need to have a lovely time in Cannes and the location can't be beat.
I would definitely book this place next time we vacation in Cannes.
Thanks Ron for your great hospitality.
Cheers,

The property was perfect in terms of cleanliness, location, service and amenities provided. We had a very comfortable stay, made even better by not just having the harbour area and beach nearby but also a large balcony to relax and have meals on when at 'home', under the lovely Mediterranean sky.

I had a great stay here. The apartment was clean, easy to find, and in a great location. I especially loved the terrace that wraps around the entire apartment - it was great to have a glass of wine and dinner on the terrace when I wasn't at one of the many amazing restaurants in the area! Would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. This apartment would work for families too, so I will definitely consider coming back to this apartment with the rest of my family!

What a fabulous and welcoming home you have in Cannes – it couldn’t be better appointed and yet miraculously quiet. It was such a joy being a stone’s throw from the market and able to enjoy meals at home with the freshest of the best of Mediterranean fare. It was equally so valuable to be able to pop home during the day and get a bit of work done. All in all, it was one of my most productive and enjoyable Cannes. Many thanks for your warmest welcome and for sharing your place.

I just returned to the U.S. after spending a month at this apartment in Cannes. There's a lot to like with this property. First, the owner is fantastic. He was so helpful and always responsive to answer questions. (And the local property manager was also very helpful.) For me, this fact alone qualifies it for a high rating. Second, the location was perfect. It is centrally located in the old port on a continuation of the major shopping street-Rue D'Antibes. It is walking distance from Le Suquet, La Croisette, Boulevard Carnot, La Palais des Festivals, movie theaters, the train station, and virtually all the best cafes and restaurants. Third, it is convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and just enjoying walking around the city. It is neat and clean with maid service available. The only negative is that the pedestrian street behind the apartment is very noisy sometimes at night with loud voices and garbage pick-up. On the other hand, that street is one of my favorite places for shopping and restaurants. Overall, a wonderful place to spend a little or a lot of time!
