The property is a two-story house. in the ground floor there is:

the pool is on the ground floor. It's 9x4m. The first 1.20m is a unique step where you can play safely with children and babies and put the sunbed / lounger on top. The pool is provided with an electric cover that helps maintain and increase the temperature of the pool throughout the day. The pool also has an electric heating system. 8 hours of operation are included in the price. 24 hours of operation have an additional cost of 15 euros per day.

Great Villa with good pool and plenty of sunshine through the day.
Villa was clean and tidy and well equipped with everything you could need.

Recently stayed here with a group of friends and the villa was just like the photos! It is ideal for a family or group of friends with lots of space and comes very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The check in and out process was super easy. The host is very friendly and willing to help should you need it. We had a lovely time and would definitely return!

Beautiful villa.
It does say 8 mins from the beach, yes if you on a zip wire!, 10-15 mins in the car to be more truthful, also the property is high up on the side of a mountain so you will need a hire car.
Saturday and Sunday were the quietest days as there was constant loud noise from building work through the week.
The pictures of the Villa don’t show the building site next door, a bit of an eye sore from the balcony.
The pool is lovely and well maintained.
All in all we loved our 10 night stay here and would book again if there was no building work!

The villa is absolutely stunning and exactly as described in the listing. Really spacious, clean with an amazing pool and garden area.
We had a small problem with the pool cover which was sorted out extremely quickly and professionally.
The host couldn't do enough for us. Would definately recommend this property and hope to return.

The villa is absolutely beautiful and the view is too. The host was amazing at dealing with a couple of minor issues (weather related) through no fault of anyone’s but had someone there to fix the issues within hours. He was very polite and accommodating also. The villa was very clean, had everything we could have needed. Cannot fault this place at all. Definitely worth the stay if you are happy to get a taxi to and from the villa to be away from the tussle and bustle of the main part. Wonderful stay would stay again. Thank you

We had an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is fully equipped. We enjoyed the lovely swimming pool with nice warm water. From the cozy balcony you can enjoy the beautiful sunset every evening. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood. In 10 minutes (by car) you can be at Playa del Duque, in our opinion the most beautiful beach in Tenerife. Contact with the owner could not have been better!

We recently enjoyed our second stay at this villa and would recommend to anyone looking for a family holiday, with easy access to the local resorts of Costa Adeje and Playa de las Américas, which are both within a 10 minute drive from the villa.
The villa is well looked after and has everything required for an enjoyable family holiday. When we encountered an issue the owner, Alessandro, was on hand to rectify the problem and was frequently in touch with us to ensure no further issues arose.
Would definitely recommend and will return again in the future.

Very clean beautiful villa. Very long walk to the beach. Good communication from owner. As property not ready on our arrival. Cleaners still there. Had to walk back down the hill with small children and wait for 1-2 hours. Very clean and well equipped.

The villa was exactly as it looks! Alessandro provided all the check in info and directions so getting there was no problem. We had a few minor issues which were resolved really quickly and communication was great. The pool is heated and has a cover, bedrooms and main rooms immaculate a bit like a showroom! :) Location wise its up in the hills so away from the noise, close to shops etc.. had a great time - thks!

The Villa is exactly what it looks like in the picture loved it. Bin helped a lot. He also gave us a booklet with details to help us book taxi and other things. I wished I stayed for longer. The villa is 10/10

We stayed here in mid may and had a great time. Wished we had booked longer than 10 days as it went so fast. Villa is lovely and well equipped for everything you need. It was exactly as it was described on the advert. Ale checked in via phone to make sure we was ok and happy throughout our stay. We had no problems at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The view was amazing and so private. It is very modern, clean and the windows let in so much sunshine. We loved the kitchen and the island. We cooked several meals, and the open plan was very conducive to ensuring everyone was part of the dinner conversation. I would recommend renting a car, especially if you are planning to visit other areas of the island. We always tried to walk down the hill into town and then jumped in a cab for the return.
We had a few queries upon arrival but they were easily sorted as Alessandro was only a text or phone call away. He was so responsive. The pool was a bit cool so we did pay the additional fee to have the heat on for our entire visit.
The guest book in the villa had information on supermarkets, restaurants, and the taxi service. The villa was spotless, and the pool and grounds very well maintained. This modern classy villa has everything you need if you are looking for a private, safe abode to get away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas.

We had an amazing holiday at this villa. The pool was large and warm. We spent loads of time in there. The villa itself was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Nice, quiet location up the hill from the main resort. We hired a car but I think you can also get taxis easily if needed.
Thank you for a lovely stay and we would definitely return here if we come back to Tenerife!

The property is very well appointed and Alessandro was an incredibly helpful host..
As an example the Wi-Fi wasn’t available due to an issue in the street. However I was pre notified of the issue and this was solved by Alessandro providing a Wi-Fi dongle that covered the entire property.
The property is in the hills and overlooks Adeje. In order to get a Taxi - I’d suggest trying to book on the local Taxi app (Uber is banned) and paying for trips in cash.

The villa was spacious, modern, clean and very well equipped. The area around the pool was huge with sun loungers, a quiet reading area and a dining area by the bbq. The garden and pool were well attended and clean and tidy.
Inside the furniture was modern and comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were fabulous. The terrace leading off from all 3 bedrooms got the evening sun and looked out to the sea, it was a great place for an evening glass of wine.
There was table tennis in the carport which my teenage boys really enjoyed.
The villa is up the hill from the beach/shops but we hired a car so was not a problem in fact it was great to come back to a large, quiet house at the end of the day.
Communication with the host was very good, I only had a couple of small questions whilst we were staying there but always had a reply within an hour.
I would definitely come back to this villa if we go back to Tenerife and will recommend to friends and family who are planning to go there.

Lovely villa with everything you need. The veds are comtable, the kitchen well equiped and the pool lovely. If i had to be picky it would be that the villa is at the top of the hill so a.car is z must.

First of all let me start at the end. The next time I visit Tenerife, I’m staying here. The accommodation and pool were exactly what I was looking for and lived up to every single one of my expectations. The distance and height from Adeje’s waterfront provided us with the perfect distance from the front and whilst you will need transport this is very easy whether car or taxi.
The only downside was the extensive building work going on in vicinity of the property during the day. Whilst mostly this was easy to combat with a trip to the beach or Teide on the weekdays when we needed to stay put this drilling was incessant.
Overall whilst a distraction from perfection, this would not stop me from highly recommending Alessandro’s property.

Great stay & Alessandro was prompt & polite with our requests. Within easy reach of the main centres of Adeje - we had a car. Local supermarket within easy reach too. We knew there was still building work going on nearby but this was a marginal disturbance.

We have stayed before and my previous review goes into detail about how much I love this property. Nothing has changed, still perfect for us, a family with young children. The pool is so safe and ideal for little ones to play in. The host is always on hand to answer questions and is friendly and accommodating, even granting my request for an extra night at short notice, so helpful.
