Direct Oceanfront 2br/2ba condo located in a small, private 30 unit complex, offering you an uncrowded, private beach and large heated pool. Our home has been recently updated in 2019, new tile in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen - wood floors in living and dining room.. The kitchen has custom cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new washer/dryer and a view of the ocean. The open living room and dining rooms have views of the ocean as well. There is a private balcony off the living room which overlooks the ocean and heated pool area. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the ocean, with your morning coffee. Enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean over lunch or dinner, on the outside table. The night sky over the ocean is also spectacular to view before turning in..
The property is DIRECTLY on the beach, there are No roads to cross or beach parking issues. There is a private ocean deck to access the beach which has an outside shower, to wash off sand from self, chairs, toys, etc. The Large heated pool, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, is another great place to relax, read a book, nap under the shade from surrounding palm trees and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. The pool area has lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas and two private bathrooms. The boardwalk and park with cabanas and barbecues is a short walk on a private path. This park has a small cafe that serves breakfast and lunch only and there is a lifeguard station there. This lifeguard station is within view of your private beach.

No Roads To Cross or Car To Pack!
Just grab your towels, beach chairs and umbrella (all included), pack a meal, beverages and step down to the uncrowded private white sand beach or hang by the pool and just relax..
Ocean Club III is private, safe and secure, VERY quiet and designed for pure relaxation. The convenience, comfort and huge cost savings of "living" in our spacious, fully equipped, oceanfront home (versus) "staying" in a very small, very expensive and worn out hotel ROOM , with just a TV & Microwave, cannot be over emphasized.
No Daily Resort & Parking Fees and NO CROWDS!

Fresh Linens and towels are provided. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit, as well as brand new central air conditioning.

The kitchen has both a keurig and standard coffee makers, it's fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve a wonderful meal. The breakfast bar seats two for a quick bite or place to pack a lunch to go. The dining area comfortably seats six for formal dining. However, with so many top rated restaurants and pubs just a short walk or drive away, you might just decide to dine out every night instead!
The living room has been newly furnished for comfort, a large flat screen HD TV, DVD, chrome cast, xfinity CATV and internet access for your enjoyment.

Orchid Islands main street is less than a mile away. A short stroll on the nearby boardwalk will get you there or you can walk into town along the sandy beach. Grab a cold one at one of the many ocean front restaurants/bars, such as Cobalt, Mulligans, Ocean Grill, Waldo's and many more on the beach and along ocean drive. The village has many boutique shops, a local farmers market every Saturday. Over the bridge, in the old Vero beach antique district (14th ave) there are many antique stores and shops, restaurants, pubs to enjoy a lazy afternoon checking out the antiques.

This property is professionally landscaped, there are (2) elevators for your convenience. Next to the front elevator, are wagons and a dolly to bring up your luggage and groceries. Two parking passes are provided for your stay. There is a full time caretaker on the property and my local property manager, is just a call away, to ensure a smooth, problem free stay.

The condo was wonderfully stocked and very clean. It was easily accessible. The view was...amazing. Veey much appreciated beach chairs, towels and other beach items included. The owner was wonderful to communicate with. This is definitely a wonderful place to rent for families who enjoy both beach and pool.

Main issue with unit us that there was no privacy at night when the lights were on because there were no blinds or curtains to cover the two corner patio doors. There were just two fabric panels that covered part of the patio doors. We were two 75 year olds and two 33 year olds with one barely walking with arm crutches due to a surgery. The online description didn’t indicate that you had to climb a ladder to get down to the beach and that the boardwalk was just a wooden sidewalk wide enough for two people.

Our stay in this condo exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfy, kitchen stocked, and we were steps away from a wonderful pool and beach and restaurants. Everyone had a marvelous time and the property owner was fantastic to work with.

We could not have been happier at this well appointed, pristene and well stocked condo. Everything was as advertised on the vrbo listing, including simple check-in and great communication with owner. Our favorite part was balcony directly over the pool with beach on the other side of pool. Two minute walk from our door to the sandy beach, with umbrella and chairs in hand. We will definitely be booking here again. Thanks, Janine!

The condo was very clean and in a good location. There was a great place to walk. The pool was very nice and the balcony had an ocean view where I sat every morning while I had tea. The condo had nice amenities. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Been using VRBO since this service began. This condo has a great location, good views of the pool and the ocean. The owner does the best job in providing a fully stocked home - very refreshing versus other rentals. This is a small condo complex and the only noise we heard was the surf crashing. We hope to return.

This condo is located in a beautiful area with restaurants and shopping a short drive away. The uncrowded beach is adjacent to the property and is accessed by a set of about 15 steps. And there is a good size heated pool with plenty of loungers on property. The condo is fully equipped, nicely updated, and has comfortable furnishing.

We enjoyed our 11 night stay with our 2 teenage Granddaughters. The furniture arrangement in the living room was very comfortable & perfect for all of us. We could enjoy the view & sounds of the waves from part of the living room & onto the balcony, that overlooked the pool & ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts, lunches & dinners, with a view of the ocean from the kitchen window. The bedrooms had comfortable beds & a TV in the master. They provided everything we needed for a comfortable & fun stay. We can’t wait to come back & be able to have our Granddaughters come stay with us again.

The unit was just as described. It was well appointed and spacious. Location is great for walks on the boardwalk and to shops and restaurants. Pool area was nice and clean. View of the ocean was great from the balcony. No issues on check-in. Would stay again.

We had an amazing stay in Vero. The condo was clean, smelled amazing, and had everything we could possibly need - from kitchen gear to puzzles to beach supplies. The check in was easy - the condo was even ready early and we found fun snacks upon arrival! You can not beat the view! We used the pool a ton and it was always spotless - the grounds are very well taken care of. The owner was so kind and very quick with communication. We have stayed in several VRBO locations in Vero Beach and this is by far the best. We will be back!

This was our first time using VRBO and staying in a property like this. I fell in love with the pictures online when booking and reality did not disappoint! This property was more than what we had expected. Janine was super nice! This is a fully equipped property that had more to offer than I could have asked for. The condo was very clean and well decorated, it was equipped with everything we needed and then some! We rode out the Tropical storm from hurricane Ian and felt so safe. We couldn’t get out during the storm so the owner graciously offered us a free night and checked in with us regarding the weather, etc…It was our first visit to Vero Beach and it was fabulous!

Beautiful oceanfront condo with everything a family would need and more. The outside grouds were well maintained, which included coconut palm trees. The condo, grounds and area made for a calming and relaxing vacation. Having the close by boardwalk was a plus, which we walked daily. We continued walking after the boardwalk on a sidewalk to old town Vera Beach. A charming and lovely town. Janine, owner, provided lots of helpful information in a notebook and also provided a basket of goodies which we enjoyed. She can easily be reached by phone. We highly recommend this condo!!! I wish I could say something bad, so we can keep it all to ourselves! But this condo is fantastic! Beds were so comfortable, AC was stellar, kitchen was equipped and updated. Location was great, beach was fantastic, pool was inviting! This place is well appointed and decorated great, with just enough stuff. Views are great and location is near so many things! The property owner was very gracious and easy to communicate with and was very prompt. You will enjoy yourself here!

Condo was just beautiful. Great view of the beach. Loved the private beach area. We literally had the beach all to ourselves. Janine had a notebook with menus for restaurants and things to do. We had a wonderful time. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Lovely condo exactly as described with everything supplied to make this an ideal holiday. The location to the beach was just perfect & sitting on the veranda listening to the crashing waves was everything you dream about for a beach holiday. Janine the owner was quick & efficient in replying to any queries & wish to thank her for the goodies provided it was a lovely surprise. All in all this was a perfect location & if hopefully if we are able to return to Vero Beach we would not hesitate in contacting Janine again.
