I was in Lexington for my daughter's graduation. The location was excellent, and the property was beautiful. My wife and I are looking to go back. I can highly recommend this property.

This is a great place to stay with amazing outdoor amenities. The views are amazing and the large patio is great for a cookout. Amanda was a wonderful host and went above and beyond our expectation. Will stay here again in the future.

The home is beautiful with lots of areas for us to hang out. The views are incredible from every window! Our hosts decorated beautifully and were helpful with our questions. We can’t wait to stay there again!

The house and property is a great space for a large group. We could spread out and could enjoy a variety of activities on the property. Exploring the grounds and pasture allowed us to stretch our legs. Seeing the cows live a good life was refreshing.
The views are spectacular! After a long day of Family Weekend at VMI the back porch and hammock were super relaxing!
Would definitely recommend this property for anything VMI related.

Spectacular country view with a wonderful, charming house. Had some 12 plus guests plus family for an outdoor deck party which celebrated a graduation… wonderful setting for such a momentous occasion.

In town for a horse show and the location could not have been better. The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. The property is beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

Stunning views of the rolling fields from the deck in the hottub. Cozy furniture for watching TV, and a large kitchen, comfortable beds- it had it all. Thanks for sharing your lodge with us.

Family wedding followed by family gathered for Super Bowl. This house provided us with everything we needed including horses, cows and an absolutely spectacular view. Amanda was very responsive to any question we had.

The photos barely do the property justice, it was even more beautiful in person. Sunrise and sunsets are a must-see. We stayed here over the New Year’s holiday and really enjoyed being able to walk around the farm and see the animals and property. The living spaces were comfortably large enough to accommodate our group of 10. Location is very convenient to Lexington, but we preferred more to stay in and enjoy the space! Thank you Amanda for a wonderful stay!

I simply can't express how fabulous this property is. Stunning panoramic views of the Blue Ridge mountains and countryside around Lexington provided a serene backdrop that set the stage for a wonderful visit to Lexington VA. The well-appointed house provides a warm and. cozy atmosphere that easily accommodated our group of six and our desire to spend a lot of quality time together. Yet there is ample space and furnishings in and outside to allow one to find a spot to curl up with a good book or just the quiet sounds of nature if one desires. Super clean, and well appointed with comfortable furniture, everything needed to enjoy your stay is provided. Our group was in Lexington for our college reunion, and we all agreed that this should become our go-to property for when we get together (normally once or twice a year). So if you a looking for a place to stay when visiting Lexington (or a central spot from which to explore the Shenandoah Valley) I would suggest you look no further. The location is extremely convenient to Lexington and all of the main highways (RT 11, I-81, I_64) that are your gateways to the Shenandoah Valley.

I booked this property for my family as my niece was getting married in the area. The property was great. Beautiful views from anywhere on the Property. Clean and stocked. When I say stocked, if I forgot something it was there. From soap to an iron, can’t always think of everything to bring. That also makes it nice because We didn’t have to pack everything. The Property owners were great and super nice. Already thinking of staying again.

The experience was phenomenal. The place was great, the host was easy to communicate with.
We just wanted a place that was easy to get to for people coming from different directions so that we could enjoy the weather, views, food, and some gaming. Lazy acres provided a wonderful spot for us to come together.

We loved this property…we were met Saturday morning by two super friendly horses and met the owners dogs. Very roomy and amazing views

We met some extended family for a delayed Christmas celebration...adults and children alike loved the property. The lodge is roomy but has a cozy feel. You cannot ask for better views of surrounding farm land and rolling mountains and hills. This part of Virginia is gorgeous, and you feel part of the landscape at this house. The kids loved walking around the farm, seeing the horses, cows and other animals.
Sitting in the hot tub under the stars on a cold night will be a memorable experience.
Amanda, the owner, was always available and helpful if anything was needed. A great VRBO experience, we would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again in the future!

The property is beautiful, and the house is fully stocked. Amanda responded quickly and was available if we needed anything during our stay. I would want to stay in spring or fall, so we could enjoy the big yard a little more. Great place to gather with families.

Second time staying at this location. Would definitely return. There was plenty of room for our family (5 adults and 3 infants). Beautiful location and views.

We have been to many vrbos as a family and this was one of our favorites! The views alone make it a must if you are staying in Lexington. The cows, horses, hosts and home are all 5 stars. My kids had no trouble with the shower upstairs - there was more than enough room for all 8 of us plus an evening with an extra 10 kids from W&L.

The home is fantastic, complete with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Despite how lovely the home is, you may not want to spend much time inside once you experience the views! From sunrise to sunset... wow!
And the hosts are equally lovely. Thank you so much!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of seating inside to relax and the porch/outdoor area was breathtaking (at night, we were able to see a little bit of the Milky Way at night!). The drive into Lexington was about 10 minutes and yet it felt like we were on our own planet. Our hosts were incredible and when we had a hot water problem, they fixed it immediately (not to mention a whole spice drawer that was helpful for cooking). Our group is already looking forward to booking this place when we visit Lexington again!

We had an amazing stay at Lazy Acres. The views are stunning, the outdoor space is plentiful, and the bedrooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed too. We would definitely come back again!

Amanda is a stellar host! She was so helpful and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. And the property is absolutely gorgeous! We felt like we were at a rental in Sonoma! We would definitely stay there again.

Amanda was an excellent host. Her quick communication was appreciated. The house was stocked with everything you can think of. We packed way more than we needed. The house was clean, and we all enjoyed the beautiful views. Our kids loved walking the property and seeing the cows, and they became fast friends with the dog on property. The only thing to note is that this feels more like a 1 full bath and 2 half baths due to the bath/shower situation upstairs. Go into the plan assuming you will all be able to use the shower on the first floor. We made it, but it’s god for others to know if you are staying with another family.

We LOVED our stay here at Lazy Acres!! The property is just gorgeous, the views are stunning, We are super happy and wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much we will definitely be back.

We went for a birthday celebration and had an amazing time at the farm. The location is just beautiful with mountains all around. Weather was amazing and in about 10 mins drive the Lexington downtown has some amazing food and local shopping. The property owner Amanda was very responsive and helpful, she also gave us a tour of the property and we all had a great time chatting with her. I will definitely book it again.

This place was awesome!!!! Gorgeous view of the mountains. House was great for big or small groups. Highly recommend! Amanda is very responsive.

We had a terrific weekend here! The views and hot tub were fantastic! I think the hot tub is different than the photos but fit our 5 person family well. Animal encounters were fun too (cows, horses, dog). Our teen most loved the excellent WiFi and comfy couch. The house had lots of separate spaces to give folks room/privacy. Things weren’t brand new but were clean and nice. Amanda was very friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to one inquiry we had. The shower in the upstairs room is rather odd as other reviews mentioned - we just all used the downstairs one. Ability to easily log into Netflix, Hulu, etc. on the TVs was nice. Great outdoor space including fire pit, hammock, porch swing, kids swing on tree, etc. Walmart, fast food, etc. were very close and Natural Brudge about 15-20 mins. I’d definitely recommend.

This property has everything you could need for your get away. The house is very spacious, the hot tub was huge and where else can you play cornhole next to a field of cows! Amanda is amazing, she made sure we had everything we need. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away for a weekend or a month!
