Property was what we needed for a weeks break. Was slightly dated and the pool area was the smallest I ever seen but served our purposes and would recommend and would stay again.

From start of our holiday to end this villa was excellent. Place was spotless inside and out swimming pool was like our own personal pool as we were the only ones to use it when there pool man was there 3 times that we saw in the week cleaning. Decor was very appealing, David was very quick to reply to my queries and lovely to met him aswell. Will definitely love to come back.

We are regular visitors to Puerto del Carmen and have tried various accommodation over the years and I can honestly say this property is one of the best we've used. 10 minute walk from the very start of the strip (Spoons end) the walk up to the location from the front nowhere near as steep as it can be if you are staying more centrally. The property itself was an ideal size with a double bedroom and another with 2 singles (noticed a fold up bed and a cot stored n the wardrobe if you need extra beds). plenty of wardrobe space, 2 good sized bathrooms 1 with bath and shower, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area. Utility room with washer, iron and ironing board, another door out to a secure area to hang washing. A great little home from home. Plenty of room on the patio area for sun loungers and a very short walk to the communal pool, a lot of the people on the complex seem to live there so the pool area is very quiet with only the property next door and ourselves actually using the pool the entire time we were there, the pool is a quiet relaxing area (great for adults not ideal if you have kids who want to play in the pool but its not that kind of setting anyway). The property was very clean and the one tiny issue we had with a door lock was resolved immediately (1 email and a local fella attended and sorted within no time at all). Overall I would recommend this property to someone who wants a nice relaxing base to explore the resort, will book here again

This is an absolutely fantastic villa, in a quiet area and spacious. Having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus, has all amenities you would need. Only a 2 minute stroll from the nearest and well stocked Spar and from the sea front. Thank you June and David for an amazing villa and for the great communication. We'll be back!

This villa is amazing. It has everything you need. Washing machine is a major plus for us. It was spotless inside & out. When we arrived we could leave our bags till the cleaner was finished as our flight was early in the morning. David & June are fabulous hosts. The Villa is on a complex of 11 & there are sun beds on the terrace & also by the pool. We like to sunbathe by the apartment. The complex is on the flat side of Puerto del carmen which suits us as my husband is an amputee & not fond of the hills. We will defiantly be back very soon. Thank you David & June for an amazing villa.

initially disappointed as when booking the advert was of number 9, we thought we were getting this property, actually we got number 10 with no pool view. saying this on reflection number was better as not overlooked. This complex is for residents only, unfortunately other people renting had invited loads of friends around and the pool was completely full, so unable to use. this needs to be addressed for future bookings, we would like to return in the future with issues addressed. Thank you David for letting us stay

Had a great, relaxing stay in this lovely detached bungalow / villa in a very quiet residential area of Puerto Del Carmen. Still only a short 5 min walk to the seafront with a nice sized shared pool. Would highly recommend booking this place.

Nice location, just a few minutes walk from the main area of the resort. Accommodation was nice, although I found the double bed to be too soft, also felt a bit small but maybe because we have a kingsize at home. We didn't get a mid week maid service and therefore no change of towels or top up of toilet paper. I bought loo roll and the change of towels would have been nice but there was only 2 of us so we managed, if there had been 4 it would have been a struggle. I didn't really use the kitchen but it seemed to have everything you would need should you wish, and what is really good is there is a good selection of things such as salt, cooking oil and herbs ect. so you don't have to start from scratch at the supermarket. Overall a nice little Villa, perfect if you are looking for a quiet chill, sunbeds could use some soft cushions, there is one which suited us but if you had 4 adult staying it may be a problem.

Overall good experience. The property was 5 mins walk from the beach but the main beach of Playa Grande was a 30 min walk away. Amenities were good but instructions on how to use the TV need seriously updating ! The pool at the villa complex is not heated and was really cold so unable to use it in Jan/Feb. When we had an issue David was quick to respond and provide help. Overall a good experience, it was just the weather that could have been better !!

Just a short drive from the airport this villa is in a great location for beach, restaurants and amenities. The accommodation has everything you need to stay in and relax by the pool or venture out to explore the Long promenade walk - perfect for us!

We had a lovely time at the villa, it is like home from home with all amenities available for your stay, and we loved the large patio which is only seconds from the pool! Location is great as only 5 mins walk from the beach and start of the main road of shops, bars and restaurants but still in a quiet location. Correspondence prior to our visit was dealt with promptly and check-in process was so easy and all details provided beforehand. Also appreciated being able to check-in early which made the start of our stay even better. We would definitely stay at the villa again when in PDC. All communication with June and David was excellent. They organised a cot and high chair for us. Checkin and checkout very simple. The Villa was spotless. Everything you would need was there. Pool was excellent. Fantastic quiet location within a few minutes walk to beach, supermarket, shops, pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely return. Thanks for a great location for our holiday.

Very comfortable stay, in the best location as quiet but only 5 mins walk to everything you need. Large rooms, well furnished. 2 Very comfortable large sofas. Lovely large terrace with basic Sunbed’s, and large table & chairs. Great access to lovely pool. Bathrooms both very good, plenty of hot water and very modern. Kitchen is basic but perfectly equipped, with a few pots and pans, Owner very helpful and reimbursed us quickly for replacement pillows we had to buy. We would very much recommend this villa. If we had to make a suggestion to make it perfect it would be a better Smart TV and decent wifi as it was very poor and due to Covid we stayed in a few evenings and found this frustrating - Tv and Wifi reception was quite poor. It was quite a challenge doing our location forms as the wifi keeps dropping out. Other than that a great place to stay.

The Villa was lovely and David and June were lovely owners with great communication throughout the booking, gave reassurances regarding covid and rebooking if flights cancelled etc We did have a flight amendment which was accommodated with ease. Villa was suitably located near where our daughter and son in laws villa was located in Los Pocillios which suited us as we spent a lot of time with them at their villa during the stay. Would most certainly book again for the location and flexibility offered by the owners. The pricing was cheap but the location, standard of Villa facilities and friendly owners meant more than the pricing to us. Thanks David & June

A great villa, everything it said on the tin, fully equipped kitchen, great showers with loads of hot water, nice spacious bedrooms and lounge area, lovely and cool inside, no need for A/c, patio area is lovely and is cover in shade all day, all patio equipment was perfect, pool is nice, well maintained and cleaned every other day, loved the town and even the walk back up the hill, the electric scooters are a great addition to the sea front, if you have kids, recommend you take a trip down the the airport and watch the planes come in. Highly recommend this villa and I most definitely will return.

Great place well equipped villa on a nice small residential complex. Sun on terrace from early morning until late evening for sun worshippers Short walk to sea front Have stayed in many apartments/villas over the years this is one of the best. The villa is fab, would certainly recommend. The welcome pack, which we didn't expect was super. The patio area was lovely and private, gets the sun all day, even added visits from a local cat.Tried to booked for next year but just missed out. Had a wonderful 10 days at this beautiful Villa, everything you need is here. The villa is spotless and has a great TV system and superfast Internet. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. I am looking forward to my next holiday at this great villa
