Great location to bars and restaurants. The shower drainage was very poor and ended up with a soaking wet floor every time we showered

I liked the apartment and I was lucky to have a decent view though I know others were a little disappointed with their views. I was on my own so the space was an added bonus and it was generous. Balcony, lounge, galley kitchen (with plenty of utensils), a good sized bathroom and a bedroom at the rear where it was quieter and darker. The dining room was clean, bright and the food choice was excellent for breakfast. I didn't eat there at lunch nor dinner time. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The receptionists need a little more in the way of customer service training as they are 'bland' and there is only one serving at any one time and it can become quite hectic there.

Relaxia Lanzaplaya was a very nice resort. The Location was very good and staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Food were delicious. The facilities were not as good as other very top resorts but with the price we paid it was definitely very good value for money and we were glad that we have made the right choice. Really pleased with our stay at this resort!

Recently stayed here as a young couple. Very central location in the new town - approx 1 minute walk onto strip and 4 minutes walk to main beach and only a 20 minute walk into the old town. Hotel very clean, apartment spacious and had cooking facilities & fridge. Free WiFi available and a safe at a small extra charge. Rooms cleaned daily with clean towels left most days (more could be obtained at reception). Breakfast had a wide selection of cooked and continental including freshly cooked omlettes, waffles and pancakes. Pool area quiet with lots of loungers always available including luxury type. On check out could leave baggage in a locked storage area and also use of a free courtesy room to change before leaving hotel. Free tea and coffee facilities also available in reception. Overall if I was visiting lanzarote again I would definitely choose Relaxia lanzaplaya.

Hotel was lovely, our apartment was nice and quiet. Good location for accessing the beach, strip and busses/taxis. Good pool and lounge area. Not a big fan of the buffet, the breakfast was OK but the dinner wasn't very good, plenty of nice restaurants a short walk away. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly

The property was beautiful, staff were really nice, room was so clean and the location is brilliant. Enjoyed our stay here alot. Only thing that was a bit frustrating was we requested a late check out online when booking. When we arrived we asked again and were told to ask the day before leaving. We did that and were told to ask the morning of the day we were leaving. We did that and had to wait for a call back, still they weren't sure. But we got it in the end but it would have been nice to know even the day before departure so you can plan your day and night knowing you don't have to leave early in the morning.

This was the best complex I have every stayed in on the island of Lanzarote and i go twice a year my only negative is I never found it earlier . The staff the hotel it's self are 2nd to none. The food is amazing and the apartment it's self and location was fantastic. I would highly highly recommend relexia lanza playa to anyone and I can't wait to return

Staff was friendly, rooms were lovely (could have done with cleaning the floor more often when cleaning the room!) Food for all inclusive was buffet- not overly keen on most of the buffet. They have a restaurant that only opens. Couple of days a week which was amazing compared to the buffet. Pool was very cold but the facilities around the pool was good. Bar next to pool was good.

Lovely pool , when the pool area closed glasses and paper cups wasn’t removed until the next day but not all , floor area could of done with washing down daily. Also people left towels on beds that were not removed even though they were not there we moved them off the bed and the remained on a chair , it was clear to me and others the people had gone home.

Lovely accommodation. Newly renovated would definitely return. Only thing I would suggest to owner is to do more towel changes . ( only had one towel change in 6 days. Other than that perfect.

location , very central .didn't like the noise and smell of greasy food from the air con vents from the restaurant or the view of the back of the restaurant. the extractor vents are extremely loud

Good location although on a little bit of a hill. Hard to find the room had to get help, the rooms aren't very well mapped out. Room was OK for the money but breakfast wasn't very bright, but this is the case with most hotels abroad.

Really nice. Good location and great hotel, my room was clean, well decorated and spacious. And had a sea view. Pool was nice and all inclusive food and drinks were really nice. Overall was very impressed.

From the moment we arrived into the place the staff couldn't do enough for us. The place itself is spotless and the pool area is beautiful. Breakfast is fantastic, there are plenty of choices of both hot and cold food. Will definitely stay here again. It's location is also fantastic

I loved everything about it ,the food was excellent and the staff so polite and friendly Always smiling from reception ,to catering staff to pool bar the girl at pool bar exceptional nice and good taste in music loved it all . Can’t wait to go back x
