Everything was great! The condo had everything we needed and loved the location. We had our grandchildren from 10 months, 2 1/2 and 12 years. The really enjoyed the pools and we enjoyed the Sunset Grill. Can’t wait to come back.

This was a great unit for 2-4 people. The only downside was an uncomfortable sectional in the family room. Everything else was wonderful!

We really loved the fact that our parking space was right at our door. It was myself and my mom, and having the luxury of pulling up with luggage, groceries, etc., was absolutely convenient. In past years, I stayed at places that, it was a job itself getting parked, going back to pick up a cart, then back to the car, then up elevators, leading to yet another elevator, then taking back the cart and being a trip in itself everytime we used the car. So yes parking at our door was awesome. Not only that, with this Covid stuff, we were able to park and not be in direct contact with anyone, as well as this made it a lot safer for myself and my mom going in and out.
Also, I want to thank Nicole, she was super. I had issues with my bank card and she made everything work. She made everything super easy and answered my text/ questions any time of day or night and made sure that everything was perfect. I can't thank her enough! She also is so sweet and a pleasure talking to. She was so sweet and friendly, very easy to talk with and was always just a phone call away. That was also a relief just knowing I could call about anything.

We really liked the condo. It was clean and had an incredible parking place right outside the door. We would recommend to others and would love to stay again in the future.

we had such a wonderful time! communication with the host went smoothly. She emailed my check in info so that we could just go straight to our room and skip checking in at the front desk. But we arrived at the front entrance instead of using the second entrance(gated) because we werent familiar with the area. anyway it was very crowded trying to drive into the Resorts parking garage and even more crowded as we drove up to the 12th floor🥵 that was a 20 minute journey to the top of the parking garage but we were able to park right in front of our room🤗 i cant express how beautiful the suite was upon entering😍 the suite was clean, plenty of rooms and space, it's so welcoming, you literally felt like you were at home. there was a balcony and the view from the 12th floor overlooking the pool area and the ocean was breath taking especially at night. as we drove to the suite, ww decided to unpack and head back out to the grocery store. complete MADNESS!! It was insane trying to get out of the parking garage and the same upon returning. i advise getting everything u need so u wont have to leave ur suite. we wanted to hit the beach after unpacking the groceries so we got ready to do so. we had to take the elevator down after waiting abt 10 mins for the elevator to arrive--so be ready for that! the beach and the pool area was really nice, crowded but we were fine with it. at night, everyone came out on their balconies, they were lit and it sounded like a party outside. over all we had a blast and had a hard time leaving because we werent ready to go😔 we will definitely return to this resort again

We stayed for a baseball tournament. Unfortunately, it was the week of 4th of July and way too crowded. It took at least 10 minutes to get out of the parking garage. As a family of 5 with 3 small children, we take a wagon to the beach with all of the things, and the elevators were a nightmare! Other than that, the condo was clean, the views were beautiful, the owner was very communicative and responsive, and we had an overall great stay!

The condo was great. Could have been cleaner. Elevator was horrible. Waited almost 30 minutes or more. Ended up taking stairs a couple of times and from the 12th floor with small children was not good. Usage of pool was horrible. Just about all day there was towels reserved on the lounge chairs Had to wait until almost dark before the kids could play in the pool. Ammenties for the beach (chairs and umbrella) should have been included with the condo rental

Great room! Great view! Room cane with reserved parking! Even better it's right in front of the room/door!! Elevator sucked most of the time but overall great room/property!!

Everything was great! The property owner was easily accessible and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again! Parking for this unit was right in front of the door, a major plus!!

The beach was extremely crowded, but that was most likely due to the time of year (Memorial Day weekend and senior trips happening.) The seniors were also loud out on their balconies, but once we went inside and closed our balcony doors, we weren’t able to hear them any longer. The elevator situation was a big issue. There were times we waited over 20 minutes to get on. The parking garage took 9 minutes to get down from the 12th level and was narrow and could be difficult to maneuver if you were in a large vehicle. Overall it was a great experience, with those few exceptions.

The condo was clean but the furniture is old and worn. In addition, the towels were old and faded.

This property was older with older furnishings and need a facelift. It was also not very clean on arrival.

My two girlfriends and I had a great trip. The only problem was rain all day Sunday but the condo was great. Wonderful view from the condo of the beach and great view of the fabulous pool from the large balcony. Will be staying here again.

Was here for Labor Day weekend. The property at Shores of Panama is Awesome!! The room we were in was very nice, and had an Amazing View, Room #1212! Yes, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat, but I do have to mention some things. 1st off the arrival to the unit is awesome, you have the parking code and the key code to the door so no waiting in a line to check-in, just go straight to the room!! Parking really wasn't an issue at all, we parking on the 12th floor right where our room was. Now, we did not leave the resort the whole time we were there, we walked everywhere, to eat and to shop so we didn't have to fight for a parking spot. There is plenty to do within walking distance!! This resort is huge! Yes, the elevators are SUPER SLOW!! We did take the stairs most of the time, good thing we are in shape because going up and down 12 flight of stairs was for sure a workout! This did not impact our time here, and we are not ones to complain about this, just take that into note when you stay here!! We did hear people saying the elevators got stuck a bunch of times with people in them, but there were signs everywhere stating no more than 10-12 people per elevator and if it gets stuck you will be charged! The room itself was great!! The bed did not sleep very well tho. I think it really needs updated! We did have an issue with the washer, as it basically flooded the bathroom floor on me, I contacted the owner and she immediately had someone come and fix the problem. The water pressure was awesome in the shower, and we never had an issue with having hot water!! The beach area here was very, very packed! I would assume it's because Pineapple Willys is next door? Still no worries, we took advantage of our complimentary chairs on the beach each day of our stay and enjoyed the beach and ocean water!! The water was Very Clear and we saw tons of fish while snorkeling! I have seen that this owner has other units so next time we book we probably will book a lower unit, so we don't have to tackle 12 flights of stairs!! Each night there was a guy that sang and played his guitar and it echoed very loudly, but we truly enjoyed it! Yes, at nights it did get loud with a lot of people hollering and screaming from their balconies, but with the door closed you couldn't hear it in the room! Pools were very clean!! Great Foods at the pool!! Loved booking with Nicholle, and I'm sure we will go back!! Thanks!

The property owner is amazing to work with, communication was super easy. She made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was perfect for our family. The master bedroom was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. My daughter enjoyed having her own space with bunk beds and her own tv. The kitchen has all of your basic needs to cook with. The Living room has a gorgeous view of the balcony that overlooks the ocean. The view from the balcony is perfect you have a full view of the pool deck and ocean. It's also very spacious. I enjoyed watching dolphins every morning from the balcony. The parking for this unit is right near the door to the unit so loading and unloading was a breeze. Definitely recommend this unit for anyone wanting a worry free vacation.
