All three bedrooms have private large bathrooms with double sinks and 50” smart TV’s. Two bedrooms have access to the main covered balcony and the rear bedroom features its own private gulf front balcony.

The living room has a 75” smart TV and the sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper if needed.

The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances. A Keurig allows you to brew an entire pot or k-cups for single use. Pots, pans, dishes, crock pot, Ninja blender, and more are provided for any cooking you want to do.

A laundry room with washer, dryer, and storage shelves are provided for your convenience.

This unit is located on the end which avoids hallway noise and provides a private area just outside the entry door to keep your sandy items. There are two fast moving elevators close by with a trash chute next to them.

Two free beach chairs with umbrella will be setup daily for you on the beach! (March through October)

Long Beach Resort has one of the largest private beaches due to the layout of the four towers and condo floor plans. Enjoy 1300 feet of sugar white sand and clear emerald water. You will have plenty of space and privacy for all of your beach activities.

The beautiful huge Polynesian style Lagoon pool features two tropical islands with waterfalls and palm trees. The two smaller pools are seasonally heated. Each pool also has a jacuzzi hot tub.

Enjoy some food with your favorite beverage at The Hangout Grill located right next to the Lagoon pool. The infamous Pineapple Willy’s is also just a short walk away. Other restaurants are within walking distance.

Parking is directly in front of your tower making it quick and convenient to access your vehicle. You don’t have to worry about a tight parking garage across the street with elevators to wait on. The property also has gated access with 24-hour security seven days a week.

The great location is within walking distance to many attractions such as Wonderworks, Miniature Golf & Rides, Ripleys Believe-It or Not, and several restaurants. Walmart is right across the street for pickup or schedule a delivery. Pier Park, more great restaurants, and other attractions are just a short drive away.

This is a very nice condo. We really enjoyed our stay. Seating and beds are comfortable. It's very close to restaurants and shops. There was a bedroom that we couldn't ever get to cool down like the rest of the condo.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach in this property. The view and proximity to the ocean were perfect! Our group of 11 had plenty of room to be altogether but stillhave our own space when needed. The location of the resort is close to all of the major attractions. The kids had a blast in the pools!

Property was OK. A bit disappointed by the property for the price. Countertops in the kitchen were painted over and in very poor condition. There were no potholders to use and of course I burnt my fingers grabbing hot pans out of the oven with towels :( Two loungers and 1 umbrella daily are included with the property. It is an additional $50 per day to rent a couple more loungers and umbrella on the beach. For a group of 8 it is pretty difficult to enjoy the beach with 2 loungers. It would be nice if the property had additional beach chairs to take to the beach. We bought sand toys for our grandboys and left them at the property for others to use. Gym was not available to use while we were at the property which was very disappointing. Also, no recycling rules in place. I do not agree with that.

This condo was absolutely the best! The bedrooms are spacious with full baths in each one. We had a girl's trip of 10 adults and we had plenty of room to spread out. Ocean views in all room, side balcony was a bonus! The main balcony had amazing views and plenty of room for all of us to sit and watch the sunset. I would stay here again and again! Also, Kerry the host was quick to respond if we had questions about anything. Great place to stay!

This is a big condominium property. Close to a lot of things . The condo itself has a huge living room area and beautiful ocean front view. Kerry was easy to work with and gave us some great meal and activities suggestions!

This condo unit , is exactly what we were looking for. It has an Amazing ocean front view, in all three bedrooms . All bedrooms had there own private bathrooms also. The condo unit was amazing. It fit our family of 10, perfectly. Nice tile floors, every wall decorated to make you feel at home. Cold A/c in all the rooms. T.v in all the bedrooms. The bedrooms also had there on door out onto the balcony. It is very nice. We had no problems during our entire stay. The location of this condo unit , makes you feel safe , due to the gated facility. The walk from your car to the beach is so close . There was also, never a wait at the elevators. The parking was the most convenient parking we have ever had on vacation at PCB. The beach was not crowded with people. The room came with chairs and an umbrella on the beach, put out everyday . The pools and hot tubs were nice . Also the live music and bar is in walking distance, right beside this condo unit. It always had a fun vibe due to the Karaoke and live music. If your an inside person , the internet is fast . We watched football and also movies during our stay. This condo unit and host went over and beyond to make sure we had a great place to stay. Would highly recommend to anyone. I will be staying here every vacation to PCB, if it’s open to book .

If you're looking for beautiful ocean views, you can't beat this condo!! A view from all three rooms, with a private balcony in the 3rd bedroom! It was perfect for my husband and I our teenage daughter and her friend and my oldest daughter, son-in-law and grandson. It was big enough for all of us with privacy when needed. It was very clean and well stocked with every thing we needed. We will definitely be back!!

If you’re like me, I hesitate to make a booking because I always think I’m going to find something better after I make a reservation. Well not this time. This was the perfect condo in PCB. The balcony was huge, another separate private balcony. Perfect Views. Very clean, and spacious. The stretch of beach at the condo wasn’t crowded at all compared to the other PCB beaches. Kerry was very helpful and very responsive with the questions I had before we arrived. The location was also centered and close to so many restaurants and shops. Don’t look further, book this place. It’s perfect.

Beautiful condo and excellent service from property manager! I took my Mother in law and her sisters. As well as some daughter in laws and daughters for a memory making trip! Condo very clean, well spaced out for all to have a place to gather or place to relax alone. Well stocked kitchen, beautiful views from every room. Highly recommend this condo for any group- young or older .

One of the best properties in PCB. Clean well stocked condo. All in all couldn’t have found a better place on short notice. Beach chairs daily and ground level parking make this the best complex on the beach.

We truly enjoyed our time at this condo - the furniture and beds are so comfortable and the view of the ocean is amazing! We saw dolphins from our porch and loved soaking up the sun on the beautiful beach! Kerry was so helpful and super responsive! We will definitely be back!

I first highly recommend Staying in one of the three homes owned by Mr. Jones when you’re planning to visit Panama City. I have now stayed at two of them. Mr. Jones is easy to work with, he responds quickly to messages, questions and concerns. His homes are beautiful and stocked with everything you would need to have a great vacation. This particular home easily slept the advertised 12 persons. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the check in and check out procedures are easy. The location is perfect. Within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment facilities. I highly recommend staying in Mr. Jones homes.

My family and I spent 3 weeks here in Jan/Feb and it was a perfect stay! For the long time we were there, we never felt like anything was missing. The kitchen was well-prepared with any we’d need & there were plenty of extra blankets and covers if we’d need any. There was even a broom so we can clean out the sand during our stay. Everything was updated and of good quality and Kerry was easy to contact & always a help if needed. There was a mild power shortage and we were immediately updated by Kerry about the situation, which was resolved quickly. The building was also always clean and never sandy or dirty. The only thing is that the unit next door and above us were going through some renovations so it got pretty loud with the clanging and fixing, since the bedroom walls were up against the next unit. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend this location for a perfect beach vacation!
