We stay here for a long weekend and was delighted. The location was great, very centrally located in the Quarter but off the crazy path. We could walk prettymuch everywhere

Very nice

This place offered more than what we needed. It was convenient to the French Quarter while not being overly noisy. Furthermore, the check-in and checkout could not have been easier. This is how VRBOs should be run.
We did notice that the bed in the master bedroom shook most noticeably in the morning. We suspect that the building shakes when the elevator in the building goes up and down. Either that or this property is prone to poltergeist activity. No judgment from us. We all made it home safely.

Good location. Comfortable king bed. A/C worked very well. Had a hard time figuring how to adjust the temperature. The bummer was that there only 3 coffee cups for our group of 4.

We truly enjoyed ourselves so much. This house had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in my entire life.

Long weekend in New Orleans and this location and Condo was amazing! Located in the heart of the French Quarter and east walking distance to French Market, Canal and Burbon streets, and quick ride to the Garden District. Used Urber when we did not walk. From the airport about $50 and $25 to Garden District. Everything is walkable from this unit so save money and don’t rent a car.
Very clean unit with new Bosch appliances. On the 4th floor with about 6 steps up from the elevator.
Only suggestion I have is an additional key fob for entrance into the building and unit. 2 adult couples and 1 fob made it challenging at times but we made it work.

Property was nice, but building moved a lot, like an earthquake. There could have been more places to hang towels. Never figured out where the pool was-part of the reason we chose this location. Bed in smaller room felt like a coffin-like support underneath broke, and pocket door wouldn’t stay put. Place was suppose to be ready at 4, we checked in at 4-they had just started to clean and we had to leave our luggage unattended until they were done.

Don't pass this room up! It doesn't get much better than this. Clean room with great location and impeccable service from the mgmt company. Will be back.

Very nice and clean condo. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils etc. Very easy walk to shopping and Bourbon Street. Only issue was the wifi which the owner attempted to fix but it never worked quite right. Owner was very responsive.

Very nice place, in a super convenient location. My only complaint is that it says it sleeps six, and a twin air mattress is what they consider sleeping arrangements for person 5 and 6. Just say it sleeps 4…

Great condo. Clean, well appointed, close to public parking, walking distance to almost anywhere. Management company was very responsive. Perfect place for two couples. Highly recommend.

The location and amenities of this property are great. Bosch and Samsung appliances, nicely stocked for basic cooking and living. Walking proximity to most NOLA attractions (Bourbon street, Canal street, Jackson Square, Casino, etc). However, in the summer months in NOLA it is common to have a daily sun shower or two. And during our stay rain occurred daily. And with that rain came a leaking ceiling (appeared to be a timely hole that the water was coming from) which sprayed all over the floor and side of the bed in the primary bedroom. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer otherwise towel use would have been severely limited. Notified owner/manager and was told maintenance would be notified. Response was very quick from management. However, maintenance never came. There is also an uneven distribution of the AC in the unit. While the unit has a Nest thermostat which automatically adjust to your heating/cooling preferences, the second bedroom gets VERY cold meanwhile the primary bedroom runs warm. There appeared to be no air coming from the vents in the primary when the unit was running and it has large windows. Easy fix was to keep the drapes closed, run the ceiling fan and keep the door open, but if you want some privacy and run hot this could be an issue. Especially if you don’t want to freeze the 2nd bedroom. The wall hook also fell off the wall randomly while not in use. This provided a minor inconvenience and is an easy fix — find a stud or reinforce the drywall screws. You may also encounter some condensation around the ceiling vents which could also cause you to think there is a leak. This was not an unusual occurrence in high humidity however there is obvious wear around the ceiling vents that should probably be addressed.
Despite the high traffic/busy location, the unit/building was very quiet (brick walls) and requires a key code to enter the gated entrance. There is an elevator although you do still need to climb a short stairwell once on the floor to access the unit.
The unit was clean but did need to be swept as due to minor debris on the floor. We did find 2 dead locust bugs but it is NOLA — you should expect to see these critter even in the most cleanest of places. Bug control measures have been ensued.
The unit has been renovated beautifully and outfitted comfortably & provides a great location in NOLA. With some minor tweaks to address the aforementioned issues, it can definitely be a five star stay.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Management was easy to get in touch with and quick to call back when we had questions. The only negative was the pool. We were told it had a pool before booking, and honestly it's why we went with this condo. Traveling with a 15, 9 and 2 year old we knew we would need to take breaks in the day to let the kids cool off. The "pool" was the size of a oversized hot tub and it was dirty. Had we known, we would have booked somewhere else either with a pool or one without for cheaper.

Everything was beautiful, modern, clean. Had upper end appliances. Loved staying there. Could not figure out the smart thermostat so little cold AC but it was ok. Had soft throw blankets in all rooms when AC was too chilly. Recommend this condo to anyone.

Loved this property, would stay again in a heartbeat, however, the TVs in every room were not connected to WiFi more than they were which was kinda frustrating. Other than that the place was all updated, beautiful property. Clean and comfortable!
