We have paid a lot of attention to selecting top-quality fabrics, beautiful designs, and comfortable goods to make your stay extra enjoyable. This includes a 50' LG plasma TV in the living room as well another 50' plasma in the bedroom. Beautiful chandeliers provide radiant light.
The Master bedroom has a queen canopy bed with a ceiling fan and access to a private bathroom and shower.
The second Bedroom has a queen bed with close access to a bathroom in the hallway.
Kids bedroom has a bunk bed (full over full) with close access to the hallway bathroom.
Fireworks can be seen from the kids' bedroom, second bedroom, dining room, and both patios.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of the home.
A washer and dryer are available downstairs inside the house.
High-speed internet and TV with extended channels are available.

This property perfectly met our needs. We were close to Disneyland, the home was very clean, and we had going communication with the host.

We had a great time, it was fun and very great environment. Conveniently close to the park as it said. The only stipulation I have is the photos themselves are bit untrue in their nature. The property itself was nice but the pictures sell it as a much more private area . Other than the photos being a bit deceptive, the property was well worth staying at.

The location is super convenient and close to Disney, probably one of the best and closest places to stay. The property was very well kept and came with many amenities.

The location is as billed, the closest you can get a rental near the parks that isn't a hotel. Less than 10 minutes to Downtown Disney which means Disneyland and DCA are just moments beyond. Pool and playground on property were only a short walk away.
Kitchen has all the cooking utensils and flatware that you'll need for adults and kiddos. Great sized fridge, dishwasher, gas stove and microwave made cooking meals very easy. Beds were comfortable and large, dressers and storage throughout, and bath extras available if you forget yours including hair dryers!
Neighbors were quiet and the property well kept. Parking for one vehicle was immediately adjacent to the unit.
Would recommend for other families!

The property is located across the street from the walkways to downtown Disney security, about 12-15 min from the gate. There is no actual cross walk, so there could be a little concern there for families with younger kids. The external areas of the property are dated and are showing signs of age. The interior is clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was good for what we needed. It’s just fine if your soul purpose is the parks and not staying in too long. Worked better for us than a hotel.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing! Walking distance to the tram to Disneyland is less then 10 minutes. The pool and hot tub area were fantastic. Communication was great.
Make sure to bring your own blow dryer as the one there does not work. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen to use. One of the burners on the stove did not work, but no big deal as we had 3 others to use. Very clean.
The one thing that i feel needs an upgrade is the front door. It did not feel like it was secure. Also maybe some new paint on the ceilings to cover the stains.
Our stay was magical and one to remember. We will definately stay here again on our next vacation to Disneyland.

Wonderful stay. The most comfortable beds!! Which was absolutely necessary for my pregnant self after a long day of walking. It’s very nicely decorated as well.

This place was perfect for our family vacation that had my family of four including an 11-year-old and a 9-year-old, 2 grandparents and another adult. There was plenty of space, the bedding was comfortable, the place was clean and the property was a great place for us to unwind after long days at the park.
The management team was also easy to connect with and very prompt to respond when I had questions.
I will note that it is a bit rundown, but for us it didn’t matter as we appreciated everything else it had to offer, especially the location. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others as long as they are going with the same mindset as our family had gone with.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It's within walking distance to Disneyland so perfect to go back and forth throughout the day if needed. It was definitely enough room for all of us, 4 adults and 1 child. We will be back!

We loved that it was in walking distant to Downtown Disney and Disneyland. We walked there every night just to be outside. It was also convient to other places we visited. We would definitely recommend it. We loved our stay.

You cannot beat the location of this property. The pictures all need to be updated. The property has been redecorated and some renovations appear to have been done since these pictures were taken. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience to the park.

The unit was perfect for our family of 6 with 3 adults and 3 kids. The place is within a great location to walk to Disneyland, making it easy to pop back and forth if you dont wish to do meals in the park. The pool and hottub were great way to relax at the end of the day aswell. I would recommend this place, and if we get the chance we'd stay again.

Just a 7 minute walk to the tram that takes you to the front gates of the park. Great local manager JP! Helped with anything that we needed. Places needs some tweaks even though they said it was just renovated. Pictures in the listing aren't accurate. It is now Turquoise and Gray. Was disappointed the red was gone unfortunatel. Great kitchen supplies and amenities except for the dishwasher latch needs to be replaced. Very hard to get closed. Wish the pool qas closer. Overall had an awesome stay and would definitely go back!

Rick, Nancy and the property managers at Magic Way Villas were a pleasure to work with. Instructions were very clear and communication was very open and transparent. Property was very nice and enjoyable. The beds were amazingly comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen and bathrooms were all newly remodeled and very nice. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Very clean, very cute, and very close. Well decorated and stocked with the essentials. The property is a short walk to Downtown Disney and the park entrances. So close, you can enjoy the Disneyland fireworks by just stepping out the front door (if you decide to leave the park early). We were all very pleased. I intend to book this property again on our next visit.

I loved this place. The property was fantastically clean. The property manager reached out to us the first day to check in and ensure we had everything we needed. I appreciated that extra effort. Our kids loved the bunk beds and all the Disney things around the rental. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the size and space were exactly what we needed. Laundry on site was clutch since it rained while were visiting. The walk to Disney is easy. Funny story - we checked online the first day for the best places to park if you need to drive and park near Disney Land. .. since it was raining we though - lets see if we can get as close as possible.. The site suggested the best place to park was the Disney Parking Garage… right across the street from the rental!! Seriously, we couldn't have been closer. no need to drive anywhere. You can go right through Downtown Disney to both parks in about 12-15 minutes from your front door. I am absolutely going to stay at this Property again the next time we visit. 5 Stars!!

Kids feet were constantly black from the dirty floors. House had a funny smell upon arrival and throughout the stay. The house is probably the loudest I’ve ever stayed at the walls are made of paper you can hear literally everything. All tv remotes were either missing or had dead batteries. Remodel was done by a DIY contractor. Tiles were loose on the floor, current rods crooked many craftsmanship errors. Proximity to Disneyland was great but house was a little rough. I give it a three star rating. If the house was actually cleaned adequately I’d give it a 4 star.

Fantastic walkable location to downtown Disney. Check in was easy, parking was convenient, the kitchen was stocked, the home had plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Great spot for a family going to Disneyland. Easy walk to the parks or Downtown Disney. Caring for our infant nephew was easy with the amenities, and we felt close enough to walk back mid-day for a nap if we’d needed it!

This property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was a very close walk to Disneyland and California Adventures.
It had good hot water, great AC, and the property manager was easy to reach and very responsive. One bedroom has full size bunk beds and a full size pull out futon (which was more than I expected from the pics). My family of 6 stayed there for 6 nights. We were happy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay while you are visiting Disneyland.

The location of this condo is the main selling point of this rental. So if your main objective is to visit Disney for a few days you should stay here. However, there are problems. First the floors were very dirty. Everyones feet were black on the bottom after taking off their shoes and walking around the house after a couple of hours. This was remedied by always wearing slippers or socks. Also, the AC was a little tricky. While downstairs remained very cool throughout our stay it was hard to get the upstairs cool. Even with closing some vents downstairs which we were told to do by the property manager. There was also an abundance of mosquitoes in the house. I killed 3 alone in the upstairs guest bathroom. So a few people in my family eventually ended up with bites. Also, I would say this rental comfortably sleeps 6 not 9 unless the other 3 people in your party are small children. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and it was a tight fit. The property manager was very nice and quickly responded to my requests for additional parking spaces. You can't beat the location though. Very quick walk to Disney, so if you are just spending most of your days in the parks it can be easy to over look the faults the condo has. I don't think I would stay here again though.

These are some of the nicest people. JP was very responsive. However, while this is a great location for Disney travel, it is very dated. The HVAC did not work and was not fixed. They said they needed a new unit but I think I read a previous review stating the same issue so they should have had it fixed. Fortunately it was not too hot and we dealt with it since most the time we were at the parks. If you get what I mean from this - this location is not quite "lipstick on a pig" but it is getting there as it ages. I would suggest verifying that the HVAC unit has be replaced.

Great location within a 20 minute walk to the parks. The kitchen was very well equipped with rice cooker, crock pot, full size fridge and freezer, dishes, pots, and pans. It felt like home! Mangers we’re easy to contact and very responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Great location, 5 min walk to the gates. Laundry facilities within the condo was a bonus. Close proximity allowed us to head back to the condo for a few hours when the park was getting crowded. The rental agreement is a bit time consuming but obviously people abused it and rules had to be enforced.

This truly must be the closest to Disney you can stay w/out staying in the resort. Very friendly property manager and staff who helped us as soon as anything was needed.
Did have some electrical issues with plug-ins not working, but other than that was a sweet, fun place.
