This wonderful and extremely private, 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths home, fully fenced is situated just 13 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean in the Delray Beach neighborhood near downtown famous Atlantic Avenue. The property was renovated and has been custom designed.

We are pet lovers so our house is PET FRIENDLY!!!! Pet Fee is $150 per pet, no more than 3 pets.

Guests shall not be under 21 years old. Not allowed guests under 21 years old without an adult over 21 years old.

The house presents just as it does on line. It’s pristine, immaculate, and was the perfect rental for me and my family. The booking and checkin processes were seamless.

The property and the hosts were fantastic. Almost totally accurately described with no bad surprises upon arrival. My few suggestions to enhance guest stay would be to get light dimmers, additional plugs for electronics in the main living room, a recycling bin (I brought all of mine to my dads each day), easy to access cable TV, and the biggest concern was the pool wasn't heated as described and even though I reached out that was never fixed but the house instructions said not to touch it so of course I didn't. I wasn't there much so it wasn't a huge issue this particular trip but if I was there on vacation and the last day of my stay I needed that break from taking care of dad, would have been a significant issue.

This is an outstanding property. All is as described and it is clean beyond belief. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Convenient to everything. Comfortable beds. Owners have thought of everything. Reserve this house, you won't regret it.

This home was the absolute perfect choice for our family to enjoy on our recent trip to Delray Beach! Clean and well stocked with everything we could possible need and we especially enjoyed the backyard, pool and grill. The location of this property gave us easy access to Atlantic Avenue and the beach. The only change I would ask for is a recycle bin as I feel it is everyones responsibility to recycle! I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

Large beautiful clean house. Three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, great common spaces, large fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful heated pool with lounge chairs. Exactly as shown in the photos. Everything we wanted for our family weekend in Delray. I would definitely book this house again and recommend it without reservations

We had a wonderful stay. The home was modern with a large kitchen that was well stocked. The pool was large and water set to a perfect temperature. Location was close to shopping and a park with a walking path. Owners were great - extremely helpful and responsive. We let them know the grill was not working and they came out to check it in a couple of hours and delivered a new grill the very next day!

The house is very well kept , clean. The location is excelent. Every time I had to comunicate with management was seamless. They responded and resolved imediately. The only thibg I did not appreciate is the contract I had to sign for a 10 day stay. I have never been asked to sign a contract before for a short term rental.

This house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The layout of the house gave everyone privacy when needed but also allowed for family game time and meals. We especially enjoyed quiet, relaxing evenings by the pool watching a movie and enjoying comedy projected onto the outside wall of the house from our projector brought from home. We highly recommend this place!

We had the privilege of renting this beautiful home in Delray Beach for 3 weeks. The home is very clean and has everything you would need for an excellent vacation. The pool is amazing and so is the backyard. It’s all private. The manager Alex was exceptional in answering all of our questions and got back to us within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this home if vacationing in the Delray Beach area. I give this home FIVE stars!!!

The house is very clean, very well stocked with everything we needed to get our two month-long vacation started. Furniture and bedding is very comfortable . The only reason I rated communication as OK is because I prefer to talk live but that’s just a preference. Cable TV throughout would be preferred over sling. The managers, Gabriel and his brother fantastic. We will return next year and look forward to our stay again. The only suggestion I would like to make, is, and the lawn care guys should come before the pool guy not the same day because the pool guy comes and then the lawn care comes and the pool is a mess again for the whole next week. There should be a back up plan for entry other than just a keypad. When it locks you out you can’t get in the house. A key should be located somewhere as a back up.

My parents moved to Delray Beach right before Covid hit. This was our vacation, but also an important reunion for our family. Thankfully, this property was everything it said it was on the website and more. Not only was it beautifully decorated, it was also CLEAN and well-stocked. The owners anticipated what we would need before we knew we needed it - from toiletries to towels, pool floats to pizza trays. They put a lot of love into it and it shows. We had tons of privacy, made many memories with our kids in the pool and had beautiful family meals around the large table. I can honestly say, I will organize our next trip around the availability of this property. We have officially found our home away from home. Thank you to these owners for a fabulous vacation!

Over all this is my second time down there. But everyone in the group first time they loved the house. With five kids we cooked three meals a day at the house. The kitchen was well stocked up with everything. The pool was great the adults and kids loved it. Will say I loved that door and windows had alarms on them which was nice with all the kids. Only suggestion I would have is maybe a few board games. We had brought some with us. I know with covid it could be hard to have board games. There is plenty to do with the family. There are some beautiful parks. I could go on with how amazing this house is.

We absolutely loved the property!! The house was very clean and the pictures were exactly what the property looked like. There was plenty of space for everyone (we were two adults and three kids ages ranging from 7-15). We had a couple of questions the first night and we received a response within minutes. The house was stocked with random things such as cleaning products, paper towels and laundry detergent. These were excellent to have and not have to purchase. The grill worked great, the pool was heated and all had a fabulous time! We will definitely stay again!! About the area: the boys farmers market (and great meat) is a half mile away along with the girls ice cream parlor that we went to daily! We know the area very well and every thing is within 15 minutes driving: Beach, downtown delray, delray marketplace. Very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. A++++++
