The location is great! About a mile walk to beach. Newer kitchen( but why no knobs on cabinets?) and newt bsthrooms a plus. The master bed was broken. Leg was broken so bed leaned down and to
The side. Needed to adjust it with.books do it was level. The house was cleaned but drawers were dusty and musty inside ftom age. We didn't put any of our clothes in drawers. Furniture was from early 1920s. Furniture very old. We had to put sheets over the family room furniture and sunroom furniture as it was very old and stained. We found dirty dishes- dirty coffee cup , knives, pots and pans. This may not be due to owners but prior guests? Maybe institute an on site check to be sure all is in good shape for guests. I also had to call vrbo the Friday pm before Saturday check in as I had not heard from owner how to get in. This was really upsetting as I was also
Working at the time and had to chase this down. Definitely done new furniture, beds, and a thorough cleaning of all dishes, pots and pans eoukd have improved our experience.
Was our gguess. Lots of wear and tear

We had a great time at this house! Beautiful, well maintained property. Well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom with bathtub made this an exceptionally easy place to stay with kids. Would book again in a heart beat.

The house is in a great location-walkable to shore & town. However, the house & furnishings need a major facelift-very outdated feel. House also wasn't very clean--lots of personal effects in drawers, dirty clothing found under dryer. Mattresses seemed old. The garbage also had not been picked up in over a week(s)?--it was attracting flies, birds & rabbits. We reported the problem to the owner but she told us she was out of the country, and didn't seem to have a property manager onsite to immediately take care of the problem. There was also a very large bee/hornet nest on the side of the house that was worrisome.
All in all, the house has some potential given its location, but needs some major updates. I definitely feel like we were way overcharged given the condition of the house.

Our second year staying here was delightful. The house is super comfortable with an open plan, many amenities and pretty yard. We walked to Narragansett Pier Beach every day and enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants or took a short ride to others. Good for families or couple. This house is welcoming as is the lovely host. My husband and I can't wait to return. Heidi
