We totally enjoyed our time in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg but the cabin, while it met our needs - we were disappointed by the overall presentation. In the kitchen specifically the cooking utensils, pots and pans were in very poor condition and completely disorganized. There was dust along almost every baseboard, cobwebs in bedrooms. One bedroom was missing a tv, one of the dining room chairs was broken, one of the rocking chairs on the deck was broken. Small things overall but based on the pictures we expected a little more attention to detail within the property. We were also greeted with an unusual occurrence upon check-in. When we arrived there were some ladies there who had been inside the house. They said they were renting the house next month and were there to look over the place as they were planning to get married there. They said the cleaning crew had just left. I don’t know if the cleaning crew mistook them for us or if the cleaning crew left the doors open because they saw them waiting to enter. They asked if they could walk around a bit because their wedding planner was going to be meeting them there to go over some ideas. We reluctantly allowed them to do so but it was awkward to have them there as we were trying to unload our cars and get things set up.

Our church group was comfortable here with plenty of room and activities.

Other than no lights in any of the showers, this is a beautiful place. Very clean and tons of space.
We happened to pick the busiest weekend of the year, so the traffic was absolutely horrendous. Stay away from the strip and chain restaurants; give the local mom-and-pop shops your business instead!

Great place for a family reunion. Lots of room. Many things to see and do within town. Hiking & views are spectacular. Entrance ramp into the cabin was perfect for handicap, & elderly. Lots of parking. The owner needs to change or the rental company needs to change the cleaning company. I would give it a 3 on cleanliness. Yes, it is a beautiful giant castle cabin in the mountains, but I did expect it to be cleaner with the price it cost to rent. Dirty windows, floorboard trim loaded with dirt, heavily moldy shower curtains, leftover items from previous renters, such as shampoos, used soaps, etc. One of the two dishwashers top shelf is broken. A few doorhandles were falling off. A few of the toilet paper rods were missing so nothing to hold the toilet paper. It seems that abuse from multiple renters are starting to show. However, we had such a fantastic time and despite the cleaning companies inefficiency, we will definitely rent again.

Amazing cabin with plenty of space for a large group. Surprisingly, the views are better than advertised. The only issue was the hot tub not warming up, even after a service call, but there were so many other amenities that it didn’t impact our experience.

When we arrived we were in awe! It is beautiful and has so much open space which was appreciated. Everyone was so impressed with the layout and overall appearance. There were a few things that were not up to par. Some of the beds did not have sheets and there were no sheets for the futons. The firepit did not work which was a disappointment. A gentleman came out and attempted to repair but was not successful. The hot tub became dirty with all the use. Someone came out to check it out, but did not add chemicals. This did result in several children having to obtain medical attention for a skin condition. Your management responded to this complaint after we left in an acceptable manner. This left us with a good feeling about possibly returning when we are ready for another reunion. In general, everyone had a good time which made my sister and I very happy we chose your cabin.

The property was perfect for our intent. Unfortunately, one of the main features we liked, which was the gas fire pit, was not working and could not be repaired during our stay. A few other maintenance items took 3 days to get taken care of which I'm sure is a staffing issue. We understand those since we are also business owners. Overall, I would recommend this property.

If you have a large group this is the place for you! We were traveling with our 7/7 football team for a tournament and it had more than enough room for all of us! I would definitely stay here again! Pool was clean, hot tub was already going. There were a few things housekeeping missed like dusting the ceiling fans, cleaning some of the drawers out but nothing big.

A little late on making this review, but, I am very pleased with our stay at this property. It was huge and amazing. Plenty of parking and a great view! The description is missing a few details here and there though that I hope will help the next guests!
There is an upstairs king bedroom and a bunk room that share a balcony, another upstairs king bedroom that shares a balcony with the upstairs living space. There are 2 king bedrooms on the lower level that share a balcony leading out to the hot tub & another lower level king bedroom that has its own balcony. No bedroom is really bigger than the other and bathroom sizes are about the same. There is only one bathroom that has a tub.
They have a cute little bar room that has a garage which opens pretty quietly (which is awesome) that leads out to the deck area with a beautiful view. Love the concept of the open space the kitchen/dining room/living room has. There are plenty of dishes, silverware, and cookware. So much space all together!! Plenty of towels are provided also.
Door code & WiFi password provided were wrong but customer service was able to help with no problems. There is construction going on so you might wake up earlier than usual if you aren’t a morning bird. Futons still had some crumbs on it. They also state the pool is heated but I’m pretty sure during the first day it shut off. We really wanted to the get the waterfall working also. Called twice to get maintenance to come check it out but no one ever came. Regardless though, the kiddos had loads of fun and didn’t mind at all.
We still had a great time and I HIGHLY recommend this property!

. Swimming pool made kids and few adults allergy.
2. Hot tub unable to use due to heat was not working.
3. Smell outside the cabin and back side of slop. Very bad. We are unable to get fresh air from balcony and good view due to smell.
4. Construction noise outside the cabin made few kids nap time disturbing.
5. We did not find any welcome coupons and signs.
6. No vacuum mob
7. Heating system was not reaching few rooms in second floor.

The house was lovely with many things to do. Nice new community but a lot of construction still going on. Difficult to find not only to get there but to find your actual cabin. Would be nice to have all of the information prior to arriving vs. having to call to get the code to get in, wi-fi info etc. Trying to call when traveling or when you get nearby without a signal was difficult. Had to call maintenance regarding light bulbs out or none actually in the lamps. The firepit not working, tv's not working, the temperature throughout the house was inconsistent. Freezing in some rooms, hot in others even if they were on the same floor. Beds were not made entirely. Some had sheets folded under quilts. Strange. Some bathrooms could have been cleaned better. I believe some of this may be because they are still very new and need time to get consistent services/standards.

Beautiful cabin, great pool and all rooms were perfect for a large group. The kitchen and eating area also amazing! Only issues were upon check in the code given was wrong and the WiFi password was wrong. However customer service quickly helped! Biggest problem was that the gas for the fire pit was completely out so we were disappointed that we couldn’t use it the entire stay. Still a great stay with beautiful scenery off the porch.

Our large family enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Kids had a great time in the pool. Would love to stay here again. Only downside is the remote location as it would take 20+ min. to get to restaurants and attractions. But, it did have a great view from the spacious deck.

We had our first trip ever as a family that all stayed under one roof. There was a total of 40 of us and this cabin worked GREAT for us. Everyone loved it so much they want to make this an annual family getaway. There were only a few thing we had a problem. One problem was with the air conditioning on the main level went out but manager was aware. The second was one of the three microwaves didn’t hear, but this was very very minor. The third and final thing was two of the 15 bedrooms were missing a TV, management is aware and fixing the problem. Other than this everyone enjoyed. This place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, so beautiful, spacious, and fun that my 4 year old asked can we move there.

This cabin is amazing, beautiful and fabulous! Love the kitchen, dining room, bar area. So spacious. The only issues we had was the circuit breakers kept tripping and someone fell out the chair because it was broken. Love this place! Definitely would recommend it... will be back.
