The home has ten bedrooms spread across the main house and guest house, with seven full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The master bedroom is en-suite with a jacuzzi tub, and a private deck. The beds will have fresh linens and towels upon your arrival, and the home is cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom by a group of professionals after every stay.
In the main house are two entertainment rooms, each with a wood fireplace, huge flat screen TVs, and plenty of seating. The ground floor entertainment room also has a wet bar with a refrigerator and dishwasher, and the sauna, which has a custom-made white birch changing room.
The kitchen has professional quality appliances with two ovens, a refrigerator and a wine cooler, granite countertops, a Keurig and classic drip coffee machines, and is well stocked. Your chef will have the plates, cups, silverware, and cookware needed to prepare the feasts for your group.

For winter guests, the VAST network is also very close to the house.
We have a concierge service that would be more than happy to make your stay even more luxurious and relaxing. The Perfect Day
No matter what time of year your group decides to book our estate, there is plenty to do to fill up a day with adventure and relaxation.
After waking up, enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the peace and quiet afforded by being surrounded by woods on all sides, then cook up a brunch while your group prepares for the day.
For warm-weather guests, you can head down to Harriman Reservoir, where there is a great beach for swimming, kayaking, fishing, lazing out in the sun on the grassy areas, or go for a hike on the trails. Golfers have several courses nearby to choose from, there are also boat rentals, tons of trails, and the ski mountains have plenty to do such as hiking, zip lining, and more. Or, you can have a relaxing day on the estate, go for a swim in the pool, a soak in the hot tub, spend some time in the game room while watching the game, and more.
For winter guests, Mount Snow is an excellent mountain and is only ten miles away. You can also spend the time at the estate with a fire in the fireplace, wrapped up in a blanket with a classic novel and a glass of red wine, go for a soak in the hot tub, a steam in the sauna, and then watch a movie on one of the several huge flat screen TVs.
After the day is done, light a fire in the fire pit and enjoy your favorite beverage as the crackling fire keeps you warm as the Vermont night encloses around you. Allow a private chef to cook you up a meal, grill your favorite meats and veggies on the barbeque, or head into Wilmington and have a dinner at any one of a number of great restaurants. Then it is off to bed for a great night’s sleep!
The Neighborhood
The location of this vacation home is absolutely incredible. Harriman Reservoir is a short walk or even shorter drive, with plenty of parking, a ramp to put in the kayaks, charcoal grills, picnic tables, hiking trails, and plenty of grass and beachfront.
Wilmington is a charming Vermont town with tons of great restaurants and bars, a downtown area to walk and explore with artisan and artist shops, a supermarket, all of which is a mere three minutes away by car.
Mount Snow is ten miles away, which means you will not spend your entire vacation in the car going to and from the mountains. Great year-round, there are trails, golfing, zip lining, and of course, skiing and snowboarding.
Berry picking season is from June to October, a real treat for kids and adults alike. Farms in the area are organic and have the freshest produce, eggs, meats, cheeses, and baked goods. You can pair your purchases with a wine or beer tasting set up by our concierge, or pick up a local selection in the nearby shops and stores. Blueberry festivals usually run from late July to early August.
Another great way to support the local economy is by visiting art galleries and shops, perfect for finding that thank you present for a house/pet sitter, or for friends and family who could not make it (sad for them!) Or find that perfect memento for your home or office, a great way to remember the amazing time you had in Vermont!
There is great fishing in the area as well. All fishers over the age of 16 require licenses, and when you pick them up, grab a copy of the Vermont Fish and Game magazine for a great resource on the best places to fish, as well as important information, rules, and regulations.
We know that you will enjoy your stay!
Please Note
We must be informed of all events on the property.
The pool is open from mid-May to mid-October, and heated from mid-June to mid-September, weather depending. We heat the pool up to 82 to 84 degrees, which is the maximum our equipment can support.
We have two outdoor security cameras on the property, one on the main house that looks down the driveway, and one on the guest house that covers both parking areas. They are there for your security and ours.

Our large (21) family group from Chicago had a wonderful time. The house is huge with tons of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. We especially loved the beautiful in-ground pool and large hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped with every pot or pan you could ever need, and lots of dinnerware and silverware. We had some excellent meals there. The guest house with game room was so much fun, with a pool table and ping pong table.
Dmitry, the owner, was very helpful and responsive to us when we contacted him.
We know you’ll have a great time!

We stayed for a week at this magnificent house. We were a family group of 18, but everyone was comfortable and happy with their accommodations. The house was clean and well-appointed, and the children enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the fire circle, and the sauna. There was lots of fishing at the nearby reservoir, and everyone spent time prowling around the beautiful little town of Wilmington. Our week was cold and rainy—the worst week of the summer for weather. But the house was so lovely that we all had a good time despite the unseasonable weather. Few criticisms: the refrigerator is small for the size of the house and kitchen, and a manual to explain the features of the house and the equipment would be useful. But these are minor quibbles. It’s a great place, and we would gladly return.

This is the second year we’ve rented from Dmitry. We have 14 immediate family members that get together once a year for a week. Dmitry is a great host. As it is inevitable that some items might not work perfectly, Dmitry is extremely responsive and addresses any issues that come up immediately. We will probably stay at one of his properties next year again.

This is a beautiful property and we had a wonderful time. We were a family group: my wife and myself, four grown children and four grandchildren. I think we were in the pool every day during our stay, as well as a couple visits to the reservoir and rental of a pontoon boat one day. We went for a nice hike in the nearby park. And we explored what the charming little town of Wilmington had to offer.
We had a few minor issues with the property, but Dmitry was very responsive and actually came to the house to facilitate repairs.

We had a great stay and felt the house was just as gorgeous as the photos if not more so. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. And there are multiple areas for hanging out which was nice. The reservoir nearby was an easy walk and had beautiful views. We mostly relaxed at the house but there are also many places close by like restaurants, breweries, and a distillery. Our only disappointment was not using the beautiful pool because it was cold but we went in Mid May before the summer season. We went with a large group of girlfriends and many of us want to return with families and other groups! Dmitry was also very responsive and accommodating!

We had a large group of adults and children stay at this beautiful home. Dmitry was an incredibly gracious and communicative host. He stocks the home more than most hosts which is so helpful (amazing touches like individual shampoo/conditioners in each bathroom) and is available at a moments notice for any question (ie we weren’t familiar with how to best adjust the heat). The house is also laid out incredibly well for large groups- if you travel with large parties you know how important that is!! Everyone has their own space but there is also plenty of wide open communal areas. The proximity to Mt Snow is amazing and additionally to things like a supermarket, coffee shop, etc. you feel like you are in your own peaceful oasis but can easily get to anything needed. We already reached out about planning our return before checkout! Bonus if you have littles - the driveway doubles as a great mini hill for sledding will the bigs are skiing at the mountain :)

Every year we get together with extended family for a new years ski vacation. House was very comfortable and fit everyone comfortably. Lots of room to spread out. Beds were very comfortable. The 3 laundry washers and 3 dryers were a great perk given our large group and wet ski clothes. Sauna and hot tub were amazing. Dmitry is very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

I literally can’t think of another thing this property could have. Sauna, hot tub, easy hiking, perfect kitchen games, great television… It had it all.

This property is stunning! A fantastic secluded sanctuary with great amenities and plenty of space to spread out. We loved sitting by the pool, relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, and enjoying some games of pool in the evening. The property is also a 10 minute walk from the reservoir, which was beautiful as well. Great location with only a short drive to downtown Wilmington. We were sad to leave, but know we will definitely be back.

Overall great stay! Very responsive/attentive host (Dmitry) checked in on us several times, and responded almost immediately to questions/concerns. Beautiful location and amenities were enjoyed by all. Is as advertised on VRBO. Highly recommend this spot - won’t be disappointed!

We had a fantastic time. The house gave everyone plenty of space to hang out or spend time apart. The lake is a short walk from the house and was a really fantastic place to spend the day swimming, eating and laying around.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Given all of the positive reviews we had read, we had high expectations before our visit. Those expectations were exceeded. The property is as beautiful and spacious as described and pictured. It also afforded a high degree of privacy. It met all of the needs of our wide-ranging group of 18, which had gathered together to celebrate a milestone anniversary. Everyone was very comfortably accommodated in both bedroom and living space. The kitchen was also large and well-equipped. The swimming pool was beautiful and the billiard and ping pong tables in the separate game room came in especially handy on a few rainy days. The wifi and home entertainment were excellent. The property is a 5 minute drive to Shaw's, a large and well-stocked supermarket, and close to other shops and suitable activities.
Dmitry is the consummate property manager - very accessible and responsive. We had some unique needs, which he went out of his way to accommodate.
All in all, the perfect place for our family celebration. Highly recommended!

Perfect Vermont home to stay with friends and family. The house is roomy, clean, and the location is amazing. Plenty of seating outside and inside for family breakfasts and dinners. Kitchen has all that you need to prep for meals. The house is located 5 minutes from town and walking distance to the reservoir. Haystack golf course is only an 8 minute drive. The kids loved the guest house with recreation room that housed a billiard table and ping pong table. The pool, hot tub and sauna are fun activities in the summer. The large screen television is perfect for family movie night. Dmitry was a wonderful responsive host. He left a wonderful welcome night and bottle of wine. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning soon!

Dmitry is a responsive and detail oriented host. From check-in to check-out, he made our stay enjoyable and worry free. The home is BEAUTIFUL and in a great location. My extended family and I loved being all together - outdoors, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and firepit; indoors - the bedrooms and common spaces were comfortable and appealing. THIS IS A GREAT HOUSE, IN A GREAT LOCATION in Vermont. We plan to return there next year. Thank you, Dmitry!!

The Boyd House was home for a week for our 3 generation family group with our 5 sons & their families, 23 total this year. We enjoyed a first class experience in a quiet, secluded beautifully appointed home with a lodge feel and all amenities. Very well equipped kitchen, unique giant slab dining tables with tree stump bases, game room, pool, hot tub, sauna were all enjoyed. The grounds around the home were well maintained and landscaped.
Our host, Dmitry, was attentive and easy to work with, and can be justly proud of his home and the guest house.
We were all pleased to share them for a great week in Vermont. Plenty of activities, shopping, and local restaurants in Wilmington and other nearby towns.
This property should be high on anyone's list for a memorable family or group vacation.

We were a group of ~25 people, with kids and two puppies. Location was great and property immaculate. Excellent response from owner/handyman after a heater went down due to thunderstorm, they came in and turned it back on within 20-25 minutes. Everything was perfect and clean, would definitely come again.

This property is very special and Dmitry was a wonderful host. We had a gathering of 16 older adults celebrating a birthday here for the weekend, and the house and grounds absorbed this crowd perfectly. The amenities and supplies in the house are excellent. Its also a beautiful location near a lake and sweet town. Hope to return sometime.

All the comforts of home and more. Great layout for multi-family gatherings with 2 living rooms - large kitchen and dining room tables to seat all.
Beds were comfortable and the house was spotless when we arrived.
The hot tub and sauna were a hit after skiing all day.
The house came stocked with wood for the fire place.
Owner was always just a text away with any questions and prompt in answering.
Can't wait to go back next year.

This was an outstanding property and Dmitry was very active in checking and making sure everything was what we expected. It’s perfect! First class all the way- in every aspect of the house.

Our group of friends + our families booked this property for a winter getaway. Despite being the coldest weekend of the winter, we had a great time.
We were able to spend more time at the property due to the mountain conditions. When there was an issue with the heating due to the unusually cold temps, the property owner and his crew were there working to fix it immediately. Even bringing in space heaters.
The guest house with game room was fun for both the kids and adults in our group - ping pong tournament!!
The hot tub and sauna were nice after a day of skiing.
Our only note is that the upstairs rooms (4) share one bathroom, which wasn’t ideal - but still workable.
You won’t be sorry if you book this house!!

Converged with a group of 18 family member over the holidays for some bonding, skiing and general winter fun. House was perfect for us. Beautiful setting. Very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Great sauna and hot tub. Great game room. Everyone loved it. And Dmitry was very helpful when any issues arose... even on Christmas! Family had a great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for a family reunion with 19 family members ranging in age from 1 year old to 76 years old.
The house had PLENTY of space with comfortable bedrooms and a lot of areas to hang out (backyard, main living room, game room, kitchen area). Our kids LOVED the pool and hot tub and the house was incredibly comfortable and had all of the amenities we could ask for.
The property manager was very responsive (we had an issue with the WiFi one day but it was quickly resolved) and were in constant communication ensuring that we had a great stay.
There were a lot of activities in the area that we enjoyed (hikes/walks, fishing & swimming at the Harriman reservoir, renting a boat from High Country Marine, white water rafting, etc.) so we had a wonderful week enjoying all that Vermont has to offer.
I highly recommend this property to anyone that has a large group and like the outdoors and a beautiful setting in beautiful Vermont. No complaints at all, we would come back for sure.

This property was perfect for our reunion for our family of 28! We filled up the house and the guest house with all our family members. There's a great backyard with an amazing table that seated our whole family, two BBQs, a hot tub, pool, and a game room (located in the guest house). Dmitry was also very helpful with answering our many questions prior to arriving, during the trip, and even after the trip when a few family members left items behind. We had a true Vermont experience with a bear in the neighborhood trying to get into the garbage shed. As soon as we let Dmitry know he drove by to help us out and patched up the shed in the pouring rain so we wouldn't have any more problems. We had a few other minor questions and needs and he was quick to accommodate us.
There is a lake within 15 min walking distance and about 3.5 minute driving distance away. The kids had so much fun there. We also found multiple places to hike within 15 minutes of the house. We celebrated 4 birthday parties and had so much space to lounge and hang out as a family. The concierge service also helped us set up a yoga class at the house! You will not regret your trip to Wilmington and staying at this house.

We had a great time at Dmitry’s beautiful house. The house is very well stocked, clean and fit our group of 22 people, easily and comfortably! We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and at the grill cooking and ate outside by the pool at the huge outdoor table.
The beds are comfortable as are the rooms. Good storage space!
The pool and the jacuzzi were a major highlight. The house us 10 min walk from a large and beautiful lake in a nature preservation, which has picnic tables and grills.
We had a great time and I while- heartedly recommend the house for large gatherings!!

Dmitry was the perfect host from start to finish, he was very responsive, answered all our questions (there were a lot) and was very accommodating. One day we had a big snow storm and Dmitry proactively text us to reassure us of backup generators and plowing service.
The house is just incredible, my wife commented that she has never stayed in such a well cleaned Vrbo. The furnishings are exceptional and everything is very high-end.
We are already planning to come back this summer and next ski-season.
