In the heart of the historic center of Desenzano del Garda, a few meters from the beach, on the fourth floor of a quiet building with a lift, we find Ciao Lago. The name of this magnificent apartment already makes us understand the proximity of the beautiful Lake Garda.
Upon entering, we are greeted by a long corridor decorated with marble tiles in various shades of beige. The colors are complemented by a dark brown vintage cabinet, accompanied by a huge and beautiful Venetian mirror.
To the right of the corridor we find the first double bedroom. This has a 4-door wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables and a large French window that lets in natural light. The copy of the very famous painting "The Starry Night" by Van Gogh, creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.
Past the first bedroom, along the corridor, we find the bathroom. Decorated in a modern style, with white and green tiles, it has: a sink with a large mirror, toilet, bidet, shower and a glass window that allows the use of the balcony as well as the passage of sunlight, which makes the environment very bright.
The second bedroom, immediately after the bathroom, has a double bed with wonderful wrought iron decorations, a 4-door wardrobe, a dresser and a balcony.
When we arrive in the living room, we are greeted by stronger colors, a black and white marble floor, a large orange sofa with a glass table, gray, white and blue cushions. In the living room there is also a SMART TV that allows the use of the internet or programs to watch movies and TV series in streaming (NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME). However, the highlight of the living room is the huge French window accompanied by the terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake.
The kitchen (in a separate room) is habitable, modern, equipped with everything you need to make your vacation one of the best. Not missing: table and chairs, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Like the whole apartment, the kitchen is also well lit with natural light.
This gem also has air conditioning and free WI FI!
Guests can make use of the discounted parking area for an additional fee just 30 meters from the apartment.
The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and until 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00
Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day, upon request we provide you with a welcome pack if you need it, consisting of a cot or booth, aluminum feeders, mat and food ration for the first night . You can pick up the material after the holidays and it will remain your property. An additional fee of EUR 15 per night will be required for this additional service.
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200. The deposit will be collected upon check-in and released in cash on the day of departure if there is no material damage.
