Welcome to this bright and airy three-bedroom home located in the SERENE neighbourhood of South Granville.
Directly on the edge of downtown Vancouver, this three-bedroom family home is minutes from numerous Vancouver highlights, including Granville Island, Kits Beach, and Yaletown.
This space is perfectly equipped for families of up to eight. Kids will be fighting over who gets the top of our cozy bunk bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, and more! There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. Be sure to open the sliding patio doors and enjoy Vancouver's beautiful weather.
This well-established and upscale neighbourhood has everything a visitor could dream of. Just one block over on Granville Street, you will find plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, bookstores, and art galleries!
Granville Street and neighbouring Broadway St provide extremely easy taxi, uber, bus/transit, and car service access mere steps away.
The light-filled home is spacious, airy, and fun. Intentionally kept and minimal, this is the ideal place to gather with family and rest after an activity-packed day.
Please note* This home is one of two units located inside a duplex, one stacked on top of another. This is the upstairs unit, meaning there are some outdoor stairs to access the home. This is something to consider if you need to carry a stroller or other baby equipment. We do not supply baby equipment (e.g. pack and play, high chairs, etc.) however, there is a great company called Wee Travel which will arrange for equipment to be dropped off and picked up from home.

We had a wonderful time. It was clean and stylish. It accommodated 4 adults and 4 teens. It was nice to have parking available, and then we were able to walk and bike to different parts of the city so we could explore the best parts of Vancouver. The host was easily accessible and was able to answer any questions or concerns regarding the property we had. We would definitely stay again if we visit Vancouver.

This rental was perfect for our stay prior to our cruise. Location is very close to food and shopping and just a short ride from the cruise port. Host is very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great and very peaceful. It was close to shops and restaurants. Easy pick up with Uber. Definitely recommend for group stay. We liked the location a lot. Would go back again!

Great location and plenty to walk to in the area. 5 adults here for 3 nights. Didn’t need a car as ubers were plentiful. Short car ride to the Canada Place port. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Vancouver.

Lovely location close to everything (walking distance to Granville Island, many shops and restaurants, etc.) Spacious and bright, with very comfortable beds. Note ensuite bathroom in Master Bdrm is very small. Only cons were that cleaning could have been better. There was a used towel hanging on back of door when we arrived, and on departure we found someone else's (dirty?) children's clothes in the MBR dresser. Laundry room sorter was also full of (dirty?) bedding. Seems like there wasn't much time between rentals, and cleaning may have been rushed. Otherwise, was a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. We came to Vancouver to check out UBC for my son. The location was ideal to get to the school and surrounding areas. We had more than enough beds for the 5 of us and the beds were comfortable.
The entire home was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. And Granville Island was an easy walk.
We enjoyed the scrabble board it was a fun addition to the home! Highly recommend!

This property was great for 2 families. The check in process was smooth and Nora was great to deal with! One complaint from the kids is the 3rd bedroom has a sky light and 2 uncovered windows which brings in a lot of light. Curtains on all 3 would be awesome! Having an extra bathroom was great. We used Uber from the property which made going downtown and Granville easy to do without having to find and pay for parking.

We stayed in Fairview with an extended family and the great space and configuration suited our group really well. The house is clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped for longer stays.
The location was really good with shops and eateries within easy walking distance.
There was a little bit of construction noise close by during the daytime, but it wasn’t too bad.

This was the perfect property for two families to share. Between us there were three teens and four adults. Having two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, as well as a large living/dining combination was absolutely a plus.
The location of the apartment is very central to many of the neighborhoods that we visited, so that was ideal. We were able to take a bus or walk most of the time and finding a taxi or ride share was easy as well.

Place was very clean and quiet. Beds slept great! Kitchen was very well equipped. Covered space for car was great. The stairs to get to the house were somewhat narrow which proved a little difficult in getting suitcases up and down. We would definitely stay there again.

Light and bright second floor condo with plenty of room for the five of us on a mother daughter weekend. Responsive property manager - I would definitely choose this location again!

This place magically had three rooms, each suited to my party's preferences: a bunk bed room for kids, room with a bed suited for a couple, and another room with separate beds for two people (who prefer separate beds). Wonderful. The place was clean and easy to access. The location was tremendous with easy access to Granville Island and downtown Vancouver. All of our tourist destinations seemed to be within a 20-min drive from this ideal location.
