Guests access Deja Blue through a door in the garage. Once you enter the door, you will find an interior staircase to the home's first floor. On this first floor, you will find four of the five bedrooms, a game room with a sleeper sofa and three of the home's bathrooms. You can access the back porch and side porch from three rooms on this floor. Take the stairwell to the upper level to access the living room, kitchen, dining area, master suite, butler's pantry and den with a half bathroom. You can access the second level covered porch (which also leads to the roof deck) from the kitchen and den. Follow the exterior staircase on the covered porch down to the pool area and patio. There is a laundry room with full sized washing machine & dryer. There is a ping pong table on one side of the garage.
Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.
Elevator not available for guest use at any time. Guests of the home will need to navigate at least two different sets of stairs.

A lovely home and perfect for our three generation family vacation. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of fresh towels. Great location: easy walk to the beach and the battery to beaches trail. Only downside is lots of stairs (typical of the homes on the isle of palms) but possibly an issue for folks with knee issues.

The spaciousness, decor and cleanliness at this home exceeded our expectations! With 10 adults traveling we wanted to make sure we had enough space for all of us to be together as well as our own space when needed. This house did just that with many seating areas. All the amenities that we needed plus many more were available. Private pool and Short distance to the beach was nice too!

This was a fantastic house and a great overall experience. The accommodations were comfortable and the check in process was very easy. Fantastic location close to the beach, and the secluded pool in the back was huge plus. I would stay again.

We had the most amazing time at the Deja Blue! We had 12 girls and this house for everyone perfectly. The hosts were super communicative and welcoming, which was great help. Isle of palms is the perfect location to stay so that you can get beach access, a bigger house with nicer amenities than most of the options of downtown Charleston, with a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston too! One minor thing to keep in mind before booking is with it being so big, there are a decent amounts of stairs, so may not be best for anyone who cannot walk up and down stairs well. We will absolutely be going back again. Thank you!!!

The best condition of any private rental property I’ve stayed at. Nothing felt worn down which is so rare. Really enjoyed ourselves and the common spaces were great for groups to hang and enjoy each other’s company.

The house exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect space for a large group of friends or family to spend a long weekend. Everything was so easy from check-in to check-out. The home was comfortable and spacious, and just a short walk to the beach. Everything was perfect. Couldn’t recommend this home enough. 12 out of 10!

This property is well-appointed, comfortable and quiet for sleeping. The gathering spaces (inside and outside) are plentiful and spacious. Kitchen is great and includes two dishwashers, which is an added benefit for larger families. There are plenty of stairs to navigate, so caution for groups that include people who do not handle stairs well. Close to the beach and area restaurants; easy drive to downtown Charleston. Customer service is responsive.

We had an awesome time at Deja Blue! Everything was fantastic! We enjoyed the area, proximity to our event and the beach! Everyone had a nice room to themselves, and lots of space in the main home areas. We only wish we had known about the pool maintenance farther in advance. Overall, everything was great! We’ll definitely be back!

A group of Florida young fire department officers in the 70s became good friends by teaching together and although careers took them all over the country they stayed in touch. Now all retired we have a reunion every few years to renew the bonds. This was the 4th gathering. 7 of the 10 were able to attend. We visited Patriots Point and the Charleston Fire Chief gave us a tour and briefing of the Charleston 9 Memorial. We had trouble with a leaking ice maker but the rental agency responded quickly to mitigate the issue. A great visit. But lots of stairs and the elevator was out of service.

My friends and I came to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was perfect! The house is beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and we made some amazing meals. I wish I’d asked to heat the pool but that was my fault. We still spent plenty of time sitting by it. The beach was just across the way for amazing walks and to soak up the rays. I would highly recommend the property!

We had the best time renting this home in Isles of Palms. It was fully stocked, very clean, and even better than how the listing was portrayed online. My only suggestion would be to move the noise monitor, as this was above the kitchen island where everyone congregates. A few times we were notified of the noise levels, and you couldn’t hear us outside of the home. Other than this we had a 10/10 stay! Thanks for accommodating us!

We stayed at Deja Blue with a group of friends for a long weekend and had the best time! The location great- a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved having the shady pool as an option for the afternoons when it was just too hot out on the beach. The house was extremely comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped. Would definitely go back!

Our annual vacation in Isle of Palms was awesome this year - largely due to this beautiful coastal home! The house is spacious and very functional. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It is the perfect setting and location for our family of 12. The pool is mostly in the shade which we loved during the hot summer weeks-perfect!
We will most likely rent this property again in the future.

Our family stayed at Deja Blue for 4 nights. It was a beautiful home that accommodated our whole family. The kitchen is nicely appointed and has everything you need to make any meal, including a gas grill. The pool was lovely with many toys and floats available for our use.
We did had a problem with the microwave which they addressed in a timely manner. Overall our stay was excellent and we will plan to return.

Deja blue is a fantastic home with many amenities. Lots of space for a family gathering, with multiple decks, pool, and a very short walk to the beach. Everything was immaculate, beautiful furnishings and a very comfortable homelike environment. Steve was a great host, responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

While we loved many things about Deja Blue such as the location, cleanliness of the property, ease of check-in, and more, we had 2 issues during our stay. While the property management company was kind about both, 1) We were surprised to find out we were not allowed to have any friends over that exceeded the maximum number of guests staying on-site (not a party as we are all 30+ years of age and it was during the day to enjoy the pool on a weekend afternoon), and 2) We were not aware there was an in-home noise monitor, monitoring our decibel level in the home. Around 4pm in the middle of a Saturday we received a call saying we were throwing a party (we were not) and it was a violation of our contract. We then received a second call saying there was an in-home noise monitor and we were too loud - this was after it was only 10 adults in the house with music on low enjoying the grills and patio area. Both were surprising as there is ONLY an IOP-wide ordinance for after 10pm and we had spent ~$8,000 for 5 nights on the property and felt we were very respectful, clean, and quiet overall. We did not feel comfortable knowing that there was a device tracking our noise level as we wondered what else was being recorded without our prior knowledge. As an in-home noise monitor is not stated in the agreement or the listing, its something to be mindful of when booking this property if you enjoy music of any kind. We still rated this property high in each category as the home is nice.

Deja Blue was a fabulous vacation home for our extended family! Grandparents stayed in main bedroom and kids and grandchildren in the remaining 4 bedrooms and game room with pullout couch! We stayed over the Thanksgiving week and enjoyed the VERY short and easy walk to the beach and neighborhood park (soccer field and large playground)! We heated the pool but never used it - guess we will have to come back in the summer! Lots of parking for multiple cars but also lots of stairs (elevator not allowed for guests) so make sure everyone can handle multiple levels. The separation of living spaces was great and the open kitchen and dining space was nice for our crowd. We even used the outside table for Thanksgiving dinner !

Deja Blue was perfect for our girls weekend away. Plenty of space for all of us to gather and not feel on top of each other. If we needed our own space we could slip away. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Steps to the beach which was great and close to everything we needed.
We rented a golf cart to get around since we only had one car and it was delivered to the house and ready for us to use when we got there. Would recommend doing that to get around in the area.
I would stay here again and recommend Deja Blue to my friends!

We recently stayed at Deja Blue with several friends. Itrip vacations was very easy to deal with and responded to inquiries and issues very quickly. Deja Blue has plenty of seating areas both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate as it was too cool out to use the pool. I would definitely recommend both Deja Blue and Itrip vacations.

We had an amazing stay at Deja Blue in Isle of Palms! Location to the beach, shops and restaurants is perfect...everything within arms reach while the property itself is very private. The house itself is large and beautiful...high end fixtures and appliances, everything you need is already there. We had two families of 4 and had more than enough space, especially in the large third floor common room and huge main suite. The pool was a great addition and has plenty of shade in the yard for BBQs and yard activities. The property managers were prompt, friendly and accommodating with all communication. Highly recommended!

This house was perfect for our girls trip! The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. Being only 2 minutes from the beach makes it easy to go back and forth from the house. It is also really nice being super close to town. Some girls walked to town to get coffee and at night we were able to get Ubers to take us. The only negative I would say is that the pool area is very shaded and a little buggy with mosquitos so a little hard to want to stay down there and get some sun. But didn’t bother us as we either decided to go to the beach or sit up on the top deck. Overall perfect house for a girls weekend!
