About this house rental

1111 Lillian Street is a gorgeous bungalow built in 2018. This Five Points home is 2500 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a 2 car garage. Our property sleeps 10 people in very comfortable beds. We are within walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in East Nashville and only 2 miles from downtown.

We provide Luxury for Less. We know what guests want...Comfortable beds with soft linens and plenty of blankets and pillows. Beautiful décor. Stocked kitchen. Free parking. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping....even live music. Only 5 minutes to downtown.

With 4 fantastic bedrooms, all uniquely designed and comfortable so all guests will feel like they have plenty of room. All of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with 2 full bathrooms. The 3rd bathroom is on the first floor. There is a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances.

We provide shampoo , Conditioner and soap. We also provide laundry detergent and dish detergent. Trash bags. Toilet paper. Two double rolls per bathroom. Linens and towels are provided.

Master bedroom- King size bed and full bathroom with double vanity and double shower heads.
Bedroom 2- queen size bed
Bedroom 3- queen size bed
Bedroom 4 - 2 queen beds ... attached to full bathroom with double vanity.
Full bathroom on main level and additional full bathroom on 2nd floor with double vanity. 3 total full bathrooms.
Person making reservation must be at least 29 years old

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No more than 10 people in the house at all times, per Metro short term rental code guidelines. No parties! No loud music outside of the home! No loud get togethers on porch or in carport after 9 pm !

Very nice home and comfortable as advertised. East Nashville is a nice area away from downtown but close enough to enjoy the activities. If you don’t want to go into Nashville, home is located very close to many restaurants and shops.

This home was beautiful and the neighborhood is AWESOME! We stayed a couple of nights during a long road trip and is was very nice to have so many places to eat within walking distance. The home was beautifully appointed and beds were comfortable. We would stay again!

we were looking for a house to meet the needs of our family (5 adults and a dog) for a destination Christmas. This was perfect house! Each of our adult children had own bedroom with a queen size bed while we loved our spacious master suite. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to actually cook a Christmas dinner. The house is a 8 minute drive to Broadway and other downtown attractions and only 17 minute drive to Opry land and the airport, making it very convenient to pick up kids from airport and get to places that we wanted to see. There are grocery stores a short distance away to purchase any food etc.you might need. A lot of the houses in East Nashville seem to be recently restored/updated yet keeping their lovely unique character.. i enjoyed walking our dog thru the neighborhood, looking at them each morning. The owner was responsive with any questions we had. We appreciated that the house had a long driveway to park our fullsize truck as street parking would have been difficult. we would come back!

We Loved staying at this home. The house is spacious and comfortable. It is right in the heart of the 5 Points neighborhood of East Nashville, close to shops and restaurants and Shelby Park with gorgeous walking/running trails and a dog park. But, the house is also a short car ride to downtown Nashville. The house is well-stocked. The beds are super comfortable.

We loved this house and location, easy walk to neighborhood bars and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked along with toiletries in the bathrooms. We stayed in the room with two beds, the closet doesn’t have built in shelves so there is no where to put your clothes other than living out of your suitcase. A dresser would have been great. Ceiling fan remotes all need batteries. Beds were very comfortable, we would definitely stay again, this house was perfect and a short ride into downtown Nashville.

Large, clean home well set up for a group. The location is in a charming neighbourhood within walking distance to several restaurants, a beautiful park, bars and grocery stores. The drive to the music district is about an $8 Uber drive. It was actually nice to have a little distance from the downtown core and cooler during summer months to be among the trees. We really appreciated David letting us come to the house before official check in time on arrival day. A few minor glitchy things in the house and recommend a deep clean to get at base boards and the like but overall we were delighted and highly recommend this property.

This house was great for our family vacation with plenty of room for all 7 of us. Loved the big kitchen, dining area and living room sofa that accommodated lots of hanging out & visiting. Beds were comfortable and having 3 full bathrooms was nice. The games were fun too. The location was great - plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance or just a short drive/Uber ride to downtown. Would highly recommend for a group trip to Nashville.

We stayed here over July 4th and it was exactly what we wanted. A nice roomy house perfect for our 6 guest, but could easily fit a few more. The house was right outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville and was nice to come back to after the late fireworks and an evening out. Property was clean and comfortable. I would recommend!!

Very clean and comfortable! Plenty of space for our family of 7. Loved the big living room couch and large kitchen! Location is perfect for touring downtown Nashville! Safe and quiet. I would recommend adding a few things to make it more homey—throw blankets for napping and curling up on the couch, hand soap at all the sinks, and a few more kitchen pots and pans. Overall a great place to stay!

We had such an awesome time staying at 1111 Lillian Street! What a beautiful home. It was clean, modern and comfortable. The beds and linens were particularly comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were so lovely! We enjoyed the cozy living space and the games table was a nice touch. The location is perfect to immerse yourself in the East Nashville culture. As well, it is close to the downtown action. But after a night out, we looked forward to returning to the retreat of this cozy place. David was excellent to communicate with and was quick to return emails. I would recommend this property to anyone who plans to visit Nashville. Thank you for providing us with a place to make great memories!

Kids coming in from different locations arrived before me so when I got there my greeting was “ Mom, you found the PERFECT place” It doesn’t get better than that. As the trip unfolded it only go better. We left the cars in The driveway…the long , ample driveway and Ubered Downtown. 5 stars for certain.

The house was perfect for our family getaway. The proximity to downtown was perfect along with easy access to East Nashville restaurants. The main living area, kitchen, and one bathroom is on the first floor with all the bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second. The house is well maintained and clean. Dave our property manager was very responsive to our questions. We would certainly make this our top choice when visiting Nashville.

The property was just right for our family. Good location, and the house is just like the photo's. This house is really comfortable and very attractive. The location was good for our family, as we had a car. We would choose it again if we were in this area. Note: To turn on the shower in 2 of the bathrooms, we learned that you have to pull downward at the opening of the tub spout to turn on the shower. We had never come across one like that and letting others know.

This property was great! It had everything we needed. The location was great with a very short commute to Broadway, the football Stadium and Top Golf. Ubers were usually between $10-$15. The house was well air conditioned, however, the bedrooms would get hot at night. That being said large fans were provided for each of the rooms which helped. Our party had 4 couples. Each room perfectly accommodated everyone. I would recommend this property to anyone.

I consider myself a snob when it comes to my expectations when I stay in any overnight accomodations. This home was absolutely beautiful and had a warm, cozy feel to it. There was ample space, very clean, and I'll definitely miss the master shower! Just a short distance to Broadway which was great! You won't be disappointed!

It was a great stay in east Nashville. The house is very nice and the living room is amazing and cozy. The couch is perfect for movie night with the family! The neighborhood is developing and there are a couple cute little shops that are walking distance. Our dogs really enjoyed going to the pet store down the street!! Seems like there are more stores coming soon. It’s a short Uber ride to downtown and was actually very nice to be able to come home and escape the crazy of Broadway. Would stay again!!

Very convenient and easy walking distance to Five Points area. We stayed without a car and had no problem getting around. House is nice and relatively new - beds were comfy. Had a little confusion on which house we booked vs staying but otherwise painless
