Rosie is a delightful host. The Bungalo is really cute. It does, however, need a thorough cleaning. Dead bugs around the edges of the room. Baseboards need cleaning.
With some good deep cleaning--it would be a 5 Star place for sure.

Small but clean and cozy; had everything we could need. The mattress was way too soft for us—no back support so very uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well. Will stay here again though due to proximity to relatives.

The bungalow is charming with everything supplied for an even longer stay. It is quiet, back from the road, in a garden setting. Rosie and all the people there were friendly and helpful. I will return again next year.
Thank you for a lovely stay

By cozy we mean small. It is a tight fit for two people. Nevertheless, we had a great stay.

We needed a house in that area of the city. Very convenient location to our needs.

I arrived & turned down the bed. Upon walking in, it smelled like incense had been burned recently. Thought that was a little strange, but no big deal. I don't personally have problems with incense irritating me. There was a granola bar, hot cocoa sitting out. I was hungry, so I grabbed the granola bar and ate a little bit of it. And it was rancid. I'm not eating something. That's a little bit stale but this was literally rancid.
I went to turn down the bed, and noticed an odd odor. I leaned down and smelled the sheets
. The sheets smelled of body odor & pillow cases smelled like they hadn't been washed, but a different odor than the sheets. I went to the closet, smelled the towels on the shelf, and they smelled clean. So the bedding was definitely not changed. I looked down at the throw rug, which had white accents in it. The part closest to the bed, which would be more difficult to vacuum, easily, was dirty. The rest of the rug was cleaner. I sat down on the couch to call my brother and get his advice, and an ant crawl across my arm.
At this point, I was so grossed out that after being there, 15 or 20 minutes, I left. These issues are not something you can just fix in the moment. The place is pet friendly. And it definitely smells like animals are there. And that they don't shampoo the rugs or textiles. I was told by support agent that I would be issued a refund within five business days. Just waiting to see if that happens. Unsatisfactory.

Rosie tends a collage of rental rooms, shaded and sunny outdoor spaces with seating galore, and a plethora of flowers and foliage. The bungalow is cute, unique, great for my dog and cat, and inspires me to live in a tiny home in the future!

Rosie was wonderful. The place was nicely appointed and the property was beautiful. Close to shops by car. Great place. I highly recommend.

What a lovely experience! Super well stocked, inviting, and easy. We only got to stay for one short night, but I’d love to return for longer. The outdoor spaces were welcoming and all of the extra details inside were amazing. Definitely recommend this (there are several rentals here) !

Rosie was an excellent host & communicator. Everything was as pictured or described. Quiet location. Will be back!!

The home was small, but spacious enough for our family of 3 and our black lab. The pet fee was very reasonable, especially when considering the low cost for the stay itself. Communication was great. We hadn’t received check in instructions from VRBO, so we messaged the host and heard back within minutes. When leaving, we forgot an item, but the host had found it and had it waiting for us to pick up. Great place, great host.

Warning : the hidden fees put this dump over 275 per night, the owner was quite nice after we arrived and tracked her down on the little compound, I texed and reached out about our arrival but had no details on check in and was slightly panicked when we got there not sure if her or VRBO lacking in logistics, the place is very small and the bed is a Twin we managed but not pleasant, also looks like every picture taken on this place was taken 15 years ago when remodeled or built and not updated since, if you like cheap Ikea catch phrase art and well worn out amenities then for 250 plus this is the place for you, also lots of people live on compound this is not a you have it to your self property. All in all not a nightmare but for the price for a dog friendly place to stay I will look further next time, the owner was very sweet and I wish her well but time to spend a few bucks and make that place worth 250 plus

The bungalow was very nice. No neighboring rooms so it made you feel very private on the property.
It had grassy areas for a dog to do dog things. I'd definitively stay again. The property owner was helpful in finding the property as it is off the main road and side street.

We arrived to find a welcoming bungalow with mints in dishes, extra granola bars, coffee and tea, and everything else we might need for a relaxing night away from our complicated and busy lives. It was nice to have this respite!
