The home was perfect. Other than having to sweep the porches, which is expected because there was a breeze, this home was fully furnished, and everything worked as expected. Absolutely the best vacation home we have stayed in. We will be back. thank you

The Ship's Bridge
My opinion, some good and some bad.
Please read all.
While at a restaurant toasting my dear mother’s 80th birthday and enjoying the company of my family, I received an annoying text to take out the trash. I was really upset by this. It totally ruined my mood. I recommend having this type of information written down for guests. In my opinion management should have handled trash removal. I’m not opposed to removing our trash but there were three carts filled with maintenance materials to include air filters. (Not my job)No one even instructed us where to find the bins.
There was conflicting guest information located in three different areas: an outdated guestbook (which included an expired certificate) a framed sheet and text messages
Difficult entry
Primary bath toilet had a pink ring of mold
Two dead light bulbs in primary bath
Trundle bed very heavy (solid wood, no whees) to pullout. Absolutely no room to open closet (had to move chair into hallway)
In the kitchen the light bulbs need to be replaced and should be of the same color ( There is a mixture of warm and cool in the same fixture)
Dishwasher not installed properly was falling forward.
Ventilation wouldn’t turn on.
All three Ventilation hood lights need to be replaced
Front Left gas wouldn’t stop clicking once lit and gas reduced to the desired level.
Griddle was rusty and unusable
Cobwebs and grease all over vent hood
Pans unusable

Beautiful home with lots of light and space. The best part is the view of the bay at sunrise! My family had a great time swimming and fishing off the beach.

We love every minute of our stay at this house. The view was stunning no matter what time of the day. Each morning was a panoramic view of the beautiful sky at sunrise and throughout the day there were sailboats, birds and the sound of the gentle waves - every moment was very special. Our family enjoyed our stay and we immensely appreciate the owners of house for sharing their amazing home with us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house!

The house was perfect for us - three generations were in town for a family wedding. The views are amazing, the master bedroom had its own porch and wonderful views. The basement bedroom and living area was perfect for my daughter’s family, with a small fridge that they could keep bottles in for the baby. We mostly stayed in and and cooked when we were not attending family events and the kitchen had everything we needed. The small beach across from the house was fun for my young grandson. The location is perfect, beautiful and quiet, and it is a quick drive or Uber to downtown Annapolis.

This is our 2nd or 3rd time staying at this lovely home in Annapolis. A group of 8 and found the house perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen is a dream, we cooked meals together, played cards at the large dining table and lounged in front of the fireplace for morning chats. It was April and the weather was colder to start and ended up mid 70's and sunny. The private beach across the street was fun and relaxing. We brought corn hole and played for hours. We even took dips in the bay! I cannot say enough about the views! Overlooking the Bay Bridge was serene! The house has plenty of comfortable bedrooms well stocked with linens and blankets.l! In fact enough bedrooms for our group to spread out and we even used the fold out couch in the basement family room. The heating and cooling system was always spot on to keep us at a happy temp. The afternoon and evening breezes were amazing so we were lucky we didn't need to use the A/C much. Town is a quick 15 minute drive and the iron rooster pop tarts are a must. Grocery stores near by made it so easy to just spend most of our time at the house. It's decorated like a beautiful show room but thoughtfully arranged so it's comfortable and easy to feel at home. One of the nicest homes we've rented and we will definitely be back!

Let me start by saying that this is house is utterly beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again - however, we did encounter three issues:
1) The door locks are very wonky and frustrating. You are supposed to keep the front door locked and use the back door for entry and exit. There is a code, but you have to pull the door very hard towards you and turn the knob at the perfect angle to get it to work. When we went to check in on the first day, it took us 10 minutes and a phone call to get inside. Additionally, it was a little inconvenient using the back door during heavy rain and wind because we had to walk around the house to get to the cars. Not a dealbreaker, though.
2) The upstairs hallway bathroom toilet wasn't working when we arrived; there was no water in the tank and it wouldn't flush. We contacted management right away, but two days later maintenance still hadn't given us a call despite being promised it would be taken care of. I finally called management back after some unsuccessful texting back-and-forth and the woman asked me to check the tank again - at which point the issue had resolved itself. (Apparently the tank sometimes doesn't fill during certain weather conditions due to the well system? I didn't really understand what she meant.)
3) The listing photos show a playground, so I assumed there would be one in the neighborhood, but we could never find it and we did look around. I even asked management and they didn't know.

This house was a great fit for our 2 families. Very spacious and well equipped. Great neighborhood to walk around in and the process to check in and out off was very easy. The communication was very quick with responses whenever we needed something. Great trip and the views out the front porch were beautiful.

The house was perfect for our family of 10. The views of the bay were magnificent. Plenty of room for relaxing and dining with everyone. The beds were truly comfortable. The kitchen had everything and more! Close to downtown Annapolis and great, walkable neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive to questions as we were making our travel plans.

This home has it all. We were a group of eight adults attending a reunion at the Naval Academy. We spent countless hours on the parch and balcony reminiscing and enjoying the incredible views big the Bay and Severn River. The host was extremely helpful . All in all an fantastic weekend

Beautiful home! The views match how beautiful the home is, we enjoyed our time inside and out! This house was absolutely perfect for our family to get together for a few days. The small beach across the street was wonderful during the day to be together. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, clean and has everything you need to have a great couple of days! The rental company was great to work with and everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!

Great home base for our USNA 50th reunion! The home is beautiful and well laid out for social gatherings. Love the entire area. Spectacular view of the Bay (yachts, USNA training boats in the distance, sail boats)!!

My family and I stayed at The Ships Bridge at the end of July. The home was very well cared for and nicely decorated. Lovely big kitchen and dining table and plenty of room for my whole family not to fall over each other. Big front porch was a great place to hang out, too. Kitchen was well equipped with everything that was needed including a blender and plastic glasses and plates to take outside. Lots of beach chairs and towels. The house looks out across the bay and has a lovely position. Nearby Annapolis was fun for an outing one morning. Otherwise, we stayed in and around the beach the whole weekend. Would fully recommend this home for a vacation.

My family enjoyed this home for a week and it was perfect for all of us. It is decorated beautifully, not fussy and clean and bright. It is very well equipped with a lovely kitchen equipped to do family dinners. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and towels provided.The porches allow people to relax and enjoy beautiful views of the bay, with the beach immediately in front of the house for easy access. It is set in a lovely neighborhood, and while you feel miles away, it is close to all that Annapolis has to offer, and is just minutes from downtown. I definitely recommend this property to others.

Spent the Thanksgiving holiday here with our family and were ready to move in permanently! Beautifully appointed home in a lovely neighborhood. Preparing a Thanksgiving dinner in the open, spacious kitchen was great.....even with lots of traffic in and out of the work area, it never seemed crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a turkey baster and meat thermometer. (Le Creuset bakeware, Calphalon pots/pans, stand mixer, food processor, Williams Sonoma linens, the kitchen was equipped with the type of high end items not typically seen in a rental) We would love to come back when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the beach.

Thank you so much for renting your amazing house to us. My wife, six year-old daughter, and I live in New York City. We needed to leave when COVID-19 hit and spent April & May here. These last few months have been an unsettling time....but we enjoyed every moment we spent here. Board games on the balcony, baseball in the backyard, fishing in the Bay. We were able to create some very special memories. The house is beautifully finished and has a well stocked kitchen with top line kitchen appliances. 4 couples spent a few days and worked out great. The driveway is big enough to park 4 compact cars

The Ship`s Bridge was the perfect setting for my family`s mini-reunion. Our guests arrived from all corners of the world; by train, plane, bus and automobile. The Amtrak station and BWI airport are a short 35 minutes away. The spacious home with four lovely bedrooms was comfortable for travel weary guests. We also appreciated the beautiful decor and view of the Chesapeake Bay from the porches where we sat drinking cocktails and watched sailboat races. The kitchen was spacious and contained all the equipment needed from baking to grilling. The neighborhood is a family oriented community with walkers and bikers exchanging friendly greetings. You can swim right off the beach. Shopping and restaurants are a short drive away. The At Home-Annapolis crew was spectacular!

We grew up in Annapolis and have lived away for some years. This was the perfect spot for our families to meet up and spend some time in our old stomping grounds. The house was so well appointed and in such a beautiful spot that we found ourselves hardly able to leave. The view of the Bay , the Bay Bridge - we swam and swam - rocked on the porch, made delicious meals in the well stocked, amazing kitchen! Beds were comfortable, our needs were thought of and our house manager checked in from time to time with us to make sure all was well. Highly recommend for friends and family gathering. You won`t be disappointed!

We had a terrific time in this really lovely house! The location is perfect. The two porches were wonderful for sitting and watching the Bay. The house is so light and airy with a magnificent and well-appointed kitchen. Not only is this the nicest house we have rented, but the assistance from Diana at AHA and then from Kim (AHA host from Bay Ridge) was fantastic and unprecedented compared to prior rental experiences elsewhere. We cannot wait to come back!
