They are outward-facing and located at the front of the house. There are no Cameras or any audio recording devices in the backyard for your privacy.

We had a lovely stay! The property was clean, the pool was so relaxing, and the hosts thought of everything you might need including easy to connect WiFi and recommended places in the area as well! Great stay!

We had a great time at this house. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and in a great neighborhood. The pool and outdoor area was fun to use and had great views of the golf course and sunsets. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The house was wonderful and very clean and comfortable. Everytime we thought we might need something, we found it in a closet or cabinet. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, very close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was perfect for our small family. We spent much time swimming and playing cards by the pool. Just a wonderful experience!

This property was absolutely beautiful. The pictures were exactly as described. The communication with Tony the owner was great. I highly recommend this home. They thought of everything you may need while renting. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. The neighbor next door was very sweet also. My two sisters and I stayed there. Don’t hesitate to to book, you won’t be disappointed. ❤️❤️❤️

Very comfortable home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Amazing backyard overlooking the golf course; with a beautiful pool, covered dining area and a great fire table we enjoyed every evening. Our hosts were amazing in making certain our needs were met. The location is very convenient and easy to quickly get to great restaurants, golf courses, and shopping.

This was a great property for our family getaway! The location is in a very quiet/safe neighborhood and convenient to activities, grocery stores, and restaurants. Tony was easy to communicate with and the house offered everything we needed, plus more. While we were at the house, we spent the majority of our time in the lovely backyard outdoor spaces and pool - very clean and well maintained.

Wonderful time with old college friends. The house was even nicer than we expected. It was immaculately maintained both inside and out. Tony responded promptly to all my questions and had the pool heated and waiting for us upon our arrival. We enjoyed the fire pit and barbecued out one evening. The pool was delightly clean and warm and the house provided plenty of room for the four of us. The kitchen was well stocked; the only thing I missed was a whisk! One thing I think would have helped us and perhaps future renters is a warning of the step down from the laundry room to the garage. Two of us tripped twice both times twisting our ankles. Other than that, the whole vacation was a stress free holiday. Thank you, Tony for all your help.

What an absolutely PERFECT VRBO! Accomodations were warm, tasteful, comfortable and inviting. The outside space, pool, table and grill was perfect for a mini family gathering and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Oh, and if you’re a golfer, even better. We loved watching the golfers tee off and even enjoyed a round on the beautiful course (Lone Tree). Tony was easy to communicate with and made sure we were all set with everything we needed. We HIGHLY recommend staying here while in the Phoenix area!

Needed a place close to my brother for a quick weekend visit. The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool was the highlight of our trip. We probably spent the majority of our time in it. We had the host heat it, and it was very pleasant! The yard is maintained beautifully with lots of areas to sit and relax. Loved the beautiful views of the gold course! There were plenty of towels and the convenience of the washer and dryer helped loads! (No pun intended). This rental didn’t offer as much in the area of cooking supplies (limited pots and pans), but we mostly ate out so it wasn’t a big deal for us. My kids enjoyed the 2 cabinets full of toys, games, and legos. The location is close to shopping and restaurants, and it’s only 30ish minutes from the airport. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Arizona!

This home was very nice, had absolutely everything one would need while away from home. Tony was very attentive and responsive to our inquires. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard listing to the water feature of the pool and watching the golfers. This house would be perfect for a family - all the rooms (and house) are very well appointed and comfortable. The area is quiet and close to shopping when groceries are needed. Loved the area so much we purchased a home close by. Thank you for a lovely stay/

No issues getting into the property. Super nice house with just about everything under the Arizona sun. And the location is fabulous!!
Kitchen has just about everything you need plus a nice eat in kitchen area and counter stools.
Family room has more than ample seating (that’s in excellent shape and comfy). The pictures on the VRBO are spot on.
3 nice (and nicely decorated) bedrooms, 2 full baths. Plenty of linens (sheets, towels, dish towels, beach towels etc).
Pool area was nice! You overlook a par 3 with (what appeared to be frequent visitors) 1 roadrunner, 1, woodpecker and a pair of green parrots/parakeets and even a few hummingbirds.
Lots of seating on the pool area (2 loungers, fire table, a dining table, another patio table, a large fire pit, large gas grill, floats, large umbrellas too)!!!
We were so happy with this home. We travel at least 6-7 times a year and this is one of the nicest, well appointed houses I’ve ever booked.
Had a few minor things come up and Tony was quick to respond. No doubt when back in the chandler area I will try to stay at this VRBO again…

My daughter graduated from nursing school and we rented the property to visit for her graduation. The house was amazing and provided everything we needed for our stay. Check in was super easy, house was very clean and well maintained. The weather was incredibly hot and having the beautiful pool right in the backyard was perfect. Was a big hit with my granddaughter…actually a big hit with all. We had a few questions during our stay, messaged and received a response right away. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve been using VRBO for years and this was our best experience ever. Tony was very responsive to any questions and the property was phenomenal. It was stocked with everything we needed to include a coffee bar. A first and a must. I did drop the ball on my end and forgot to turn on the dishwasher. I apologize for that. We were there scouting locations for a future move and we will be back to this property again. Not enough good things to say.

I booked this stay to attend a large family party, location was important. I have also stayed at several VRBOs over the years. The house, location, views, cleanliness and amenities were outstanding. The owners have made it welcoming and the "little touches" like welcome snacks, plenty of convenient charging stations everywhere, use of the garage in the heat, to name a few. The house has everything you could ever want to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms are beyond well stocked. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable.
The pool and included toys are part of why I booked this, and it did not disappoint. The landscaping and views are lovely. I wish I could have taken advantage of the outside space more.
I didn't have any problems and when I did communicate with Tony, he's very responsive. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

The property was as listed. The backyard was amazing, with heated pool, fire pit , grill and plenty of seating. The beds were very comfortable. The house layout is extremely functional. The owner was very considerate and extremely helpful. We will definitely look to book this property again when we are in the Chandler area.
