Check-in verloopt soepel.

The breakfast was fantastic. Beautifully presented. Dinner was also exceptional. The owners were very welcoming. The hotel was perfect, full of character. The town was a good base to visit the wine region of Rioja.

What a fantastic hotel. We loved the quirkiness of it, the attention to detail, the situation right in the village, the garden and Laura and José Ángel were amazing hosts. This is probably the best hotel we have stayed in in Rioja for years. We had a lunch in the garden which was amazing and breakfasts are so fresh and filling. There are a couple of great vineyards close by, Tobia and Taron, hence the reason for our visit to the village.
It is worth noting that the hotel is closed for meals on Sunday and Monday evenings, and also the Asador is too but there is a very local bar by the river that serves adequate tapas if you don't want to drive into Haro.

Fantastic hotel in a convenient location to visit the Rioja region - we had a great host who was willing to arrange wine tours (very helpful) parking outside or in an enclosed terrace (extra €10 ) The village is pretty and has lots of nice walks, beautiful church - hotel is situated very close to several bogedas which are worth a visit (book in advance)
The breakfast was outstanding, we had plenty to choose from and nothing was too much trouble. We would re-book this hotel again 😊

The decor and property was beautiful. Everything looks like the pictures. The place was really spotless. I liked the concept and style. The village is beautiful but everything is closed during off season. The owner seemed friendly and even offered us an early continental breakfast because we had to leave before normal breakfast hours. The bathtub was amazing but a little hazardous to access due to the step on the platform.
This would be a great location during the wine tourism season, but not in late October. Haro or LaGuardia are still active with open bodegas this late in the season. The windows aren't totally soundproof, so you hear all the late night social activities and the church bell that rings every 15 minutes until midnight. You can easily hear every noise in the neighboring rooms. The pillows weren't comfortable. The shower pressure is great, but the bathroom grades away from the drain location so most of the shower water flows through the entire bathroom, down the step and into the bedroom area. The mirror in the bedroom is positioned so that you can see the person seated on the toilet from the bedroom...a bit awkward.

Nice old property which has been converted into numerous rooms each with a Cinema theme ! Interesting… Based on the fact it was at one time used as a theatre.
Breakfast was fantastic.
No parking , frosty welcome.

Location, bedrooms, and breakfast were top! Made a last minute booking here and was so pleasantly surprised. The location in this quaint village is perfect to explore the Rioja Wineries. The owner welcomes you with some history on the property and gives you plenty of tips for exploring the wine region. The breakfast is huge with fresh juice, pastries, meats and quiches. But you just may miss breakfast because they rooms are so comfortable and quiet you will sleep like a baby. They have a communal living room where the guests can hang out as well as an outside garden. Private parking is available as well as an “honor bar” for 24 hour munching and drinking! Coffee is available 24 hours too! Loved this place and will be back.

Great atmosphere, spacious room and impeccable breakfast!
It would've been nice to have a hairdryer in the room.

Somtimes good things just happen to you. The style of the hotel, our room, the beds, the history, Laura the guestlady, best breakfast ever, the advices to have diner and do some winetasting in town (a visit of la bodega del tesoro is a must).... we can only recommend a stay in this hotel, even as a one night stay on your way from for example Portugal to France, Belgium,or the Netherlands!
Stay on saturday if possible for you because of diner and whinetasting.
Thank you Laura for the courage to invest your time and money in a project like this, make it such a succes and share your enthusiasm and passion with guests like us! We really hope to come back for a longer stay!
Absolutely nothing, this stay was just perfect

Stunning building which is uniquely decorated. Bedroom was comfortable with air conditioning which was invaluable as we were visiting during a heatwave. Very welcoming at reception & helpful with recommendations. Lovely continental breakfast. The honesty bar was very welcome as the village is small & doesn’t have an array of shops & restaurants/bars. Beautiful courtyard where we could enjoy a bottle of wine & our breakfast.

Everything. Delicious food, easy accommodations, parking right by, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. Rooms are spectacular. Very different, comfortable, pleasant, and interesting. Nice views, spacious, well appointed.
totally unique! Both fashion and function… Interesting and artistic, and fully functional. Great location. Wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Great location and nice place. The town its located in is really beautiful!
Not really happy at how the breakfast was managed as you were not allowed to touch anything because of COVID which is fine but would get a general platter of food which was not to our expectation to he honest. Furthermore, I had to request the facility for an invoice 4 times before they sent it out, not acceptable to be honest.

Breakfast was a very nice continental breakfast, with everything you could possible want. Especially good was the cheese omelette.
Not really the fault of the hotel, but on the evening we were there, there were no restaurants available in the town and nothing available at the hotel. We ended up walking for about 20 minutes to a restaurant on the by-pass, which was excellent

Very charming hotel in the middle of the small old town. All rooms are different and decoration is unique. Hotel has its own cellar and a self-service bar. Breakfast was exceptional, probably the best you can have in a hotel: fruits, tomatoes from the garden, yogurt, warm eggs, cheeses, meat cuts and sweets.
We failed to find good restaurants in the area, and most of them are open for dinner from 21h, which was too late for us, so we ended up driving all the way to Logrono, which is 50km away. But this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
