The TV, location and countryside scenery. It was also near a good pub with nice food and carvery. Also, had a shop with petrol and ATM nearby Near the town of Dunster and castle. Parking available nearby.
Floorboards need replacing, too many holes in floor boards. Hard pillows. Not for disabled people as steps quite high. .

Lovely location in a small village, uninterrupted countryside views from the windows at the back, and no streetlights at night!
Parking was actually OK, but reversing up a potentially muddy slope with deep track-marks may not be everyone's idea of easy. Plus we overshot it first time because my husband did not believe that the slightly dilapidated-looking garage could be anything to do with the nicely kitted out cottage that he'd seen pictures of. I wonder if it would be possible for the property owners to spruce this up a bit.

very comfortable and peaceful location. Very quick responses from property owner and lots of good info
I came with a bike so an outside tap to wash it would be great

could have done with a bit more outside space

The cottage was lovely, quiet and comfortable. Perfect for a family break.
The payment process was confusing and frustrating.

The living room was cosy and warm
The bathroom was cold. The kitchen facilities were out of date, particularly the oven didn’t work so well (it’s very old).
10.0
Log burner and master bedroom
The bathroom could do with updating
9.6
The clear night sky (no light pollution), the creaking stairs, decent WIFI, the cookies in the kitchen, the cottage was warm and clean (no pet hairs), the location and the fact that I was able to book it minutes before setting off.
Parking was interesting (narrow lane), no phone signal meant I had to move out of the area to contact the Hosts for key details (otherwise I didn't miss the phone), second bedroom only had room for a double bed and a coat hook, first breakfast of bacon under grill with toast set both smoke detectors off.
