洗練されたスタッフの対応、交通至便、設備抜群、

浴槽が四角くて清潔感があった。お尻洗浄対応の便座だった。地下鉄駅から徒歩２分のロケーションの良さ！其処からソウル駅には一駅で行けた。ホテルからソウル駅までも歩いて２０分で行けるので、早朝の列車に乗るのにも便利だった。コインランドリーで現金だけでなくクレジットカードも利用できた。

考え付かない程良いホテルだった。コストパフォーマンスもとても良かった。

Un très bon hôtel à proximité de la gare

Personnel très agréable, l'hôtel est très calme, avec plein de restaurants autour. La chambre correspondait à nos attentes, c'était super !

Brief visit to Seoul

Good room and room amenities. Friendly staff

Althonly 1 metro stop from the ce tral train station, the area is a little secluded / off the beaten track. So not much around it.

My bathroom had a smell that won’t go away, it smell so bad we bought air fresheners and it didn’t help , train was so noisy and no plug near bed

Great place, 1 stop from Seoul station. Room with a city view! Decent size room & a full size bath.

Only get 1 full size bath towel for 2 people. (2 hand towels).

Overall good location - very convenient to go to the main touristy areas via metro.

Location was very good, one metro stop away from Seoul Station. The staff was very friendly and helped us store luggage before we could check in and similarly after when we checked out.

The hotel was above a very busy road, and the traffic could be heard from the rooms. We booked two rooms and the conditions of the room were inconsistent, one room seemed more worn out. The air conditioning for both rooms appeared to be faulty too.

The location is perfect, staff super friendly and the coffee bar on the second floor was really good

No room to put your toiletries on the sink in the bathroom

good location, we can access to subway in front of hotel or walk to Seoul station and LOTTE mart .

jacuzzi in room, bcz I didn’t use and reduce space in room.

The location was excellent. The views were awesome. The room was a good size. The train station was a skip and hop away. There’s a couple of good convenient store close by.

The air condition was not working, or rather suddenly started up one night out of the seven nights we were there. The bathroom was awkward - the toilet and bathroom are separated but there’s a gap on top and at the bottom of the separator panel……. Also no fan extractor… Oh, and nowhere to hang your clothes or towels inside the bathroom.

The location was great and the staff was very informative.

we spent one night coz we came from busan. the room was big, but the shower and toilet bowl was in one small compartment

near the train line

the staff are all young. they seem to be not properly trained yet.

Location was right near the subway station. Staff was accommodating as we needed a larger room upon check-in. They had a jacuzzi in the room as well which was a nice plus.

Good value for money and great location

had a brilliant view and the window is fantastic, the room was clean and simple which I liked

there was a bit of mold in places and the room needed to be touched up with paint perhaps in a lot of areas
