Affordable place to stay

The location is perfect for exploring old Tbilisi, there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was nice, AC could work a bit better during hot days, but it was manageable. The owner/manager was really nice, we could store our bags at his office before check in since we areived quite early. There was a water outage during our stay and we were provided with a barrel of water. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

It was situated in the heart of tbilisi..accessible for everything that you need.

There’s a foul smell which is untolearable especially when AC is off for long period of time.

Best place to stay in Tbilisi

It was our second time to stay in the property and it really completed our stay in Tbilisi as it is very comfortable. The location is very good as well. Near to everything. The room is spacious and clean there is a small kitchen where you can cook if you like. The place is very secured.

Value for money and great location & staff

+ Amazing hospitality of the staff! Special thanks (madloba) to Zurab, George & Keti :) + Just 3 minutes walk from Meydan square (check out Entreé for breakfast), 5 minutes walk to sulphuric baths, and 10 minutes walk from Liberty Square + Clean & comfortable rooms + Kitchenette with all you need + Cosy courtyard

- Sometimes noisy drivers with crazy loud music passing by (but it not to the facility to handle ;)

We did a last-minute-booking. The apartment was excellent value for money and seemend to have been modernised very recently. Everything was high standard. We didn't use the kitchen tho.

The courtyard of the building generally is very quiet, but there was some weird noise all night so we closed the windows.

Superb

Spent short staying at 8 rooms, the location is in the center of old Tbilisi and close to almost everything around. Zuraan and George was really helpful and welcoming, i highly recommend the place for anyone visiting Tbilisi soon. Parking is not easy and a challenge in Tbilisi so i would recommend if you renting a car to keep it only for the long drives, park it in front of 8 rooms and use Bolt to move around.

musty smell and drunken parties

Great staff! Georgi is very helpful. 🙏 Excellent location.

The towels stink very musty and are as hard as sandpaper. Drunken parties outside the window, screaming and singing, noise all night. The door lock is is loise. The bathroom stinks of sewage.

Very good and central place

Very nice and comfortable place in the very center of the city. Zurab and Giorgi were very helpful with every question and issue we had. We enjoyed the stay and definitely will come back.

Our room was facing the road and when windows were opened, it was quite noisy.

Shower drain a bit clogged. The bed mattress will be perfect for those who like soft. I prefer tougher.
