Good value hotel with great breakfast!

The breakfast is great! Location is a little away from center but easily walked to/fo. While the staff didn't speak English, they do try their best (with google translate or whatever). Overall good value

The room has no windows, and can get stuffy but they put a big fan in it, which helped a little

never stayed because the staff never answered the phone and refused to answer the door. I called at 3 different times with no answer

We will stay here everytime we travel to Matagalpa!

The value was excellent. The staff was very helpful and exceeded our expectations. Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was fabulous and the coffee was amazing! They told us where we could get 15 pounds before we left. Very hospitable.

Very good

The personal was amazing and very helpful. Delicious breakfast. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the city They have a 24 hr reception

The internet was instable and quite weak.

Clean, comfortable with good wifi

Great place to stay. Room was big and clean (and was further cleaned every day), it was quiet, we had stabil wifi (and for those who need a quiet working space there is an extra working room), good breakfast (with different options to choose from), tv with Netflix and the staff was very nice and helpful (e.g gave good food recommendations and bus options). City center is in walking distance.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, good value.

The hotel was beautifully clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything in the room works properly and is in good condition. The staff were very accommodating. It is also in a great central position.

Would prefer to be able to access the hotel independently rather than needing staff to let you in.

Superb

While the receptionist answered my questioms, she was not terribly friendly. When I asked about checkout, and discussed a particular challenge in my schedule she did not offer any solutions that might have made my day easier.

The bed was memory foam and the best I have found in the country for the price. The room was spacious and comfortable. The TV was a nice size for the room. The breakfast options were nice and when I didn't know what I wanted to drink she suggested something I absolutely loved.

Breakfast options, awesome dinner, very clean and spacious room, helpful staff, I felt safe, it was quiet, the air con worked well, there was hot water in the shower

That I didn't speak Spanish and only one of them spoke English 😄but we managed with a translator. Also, it says breakfast from 6 am but on the last day I was told to wait 15 minutes, which I couldn't do so it's best to pre-arrange it a day before if you know you're gonna have little time left.

Very good services, a 10/10!

The staff at Hotel Work-Coffee is adorable and does everything they can to make your stay as good as possible. Communication was efficient. The hotel disposes a small conference room which also serves as an office space, making the hotel suitable for business travel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, as are the common spaces. The breakfast is excellent. There is also coffee at your disposal during the day.

The kitchen is very limited during the day and night, however there are restaurants and cafés a short walk away.
