Gute Lage um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Sehr gute Moskitonetze, gute Dusche.

The location was good. Breakfast was very good. Spacious room
The night lamps by the bed did not have right plugs. Could not be used.

Room, view, amazing staff
Breakfast buffet - serving plates were emptied quickly but filled up slowly. Otherwise tasty.

We had booked the family room but the way it is structured we would not have bonded with our kids - they accepted to add two beds in one room so that we were all together and achieved the family room setup.
Breakfast buffet was not continental - mostly local food so i had a challenge with my kids having breakfast.

Centre part of town. Their breakfast was the best I had after staying in 3 hotels
My room didn’t have a window

Breakfast was good. And the location is good

Location and size of room

Breakfast was very good and varied.
The manager, Mr Gereson was respectful and hands on.
The receptionists and cleaners were equally good.
The TV was large and modern with Netflix.
The location was very central.
Discovered that there were some rooms without windows and some where the windows opened onto a corridor. Kind of found this quite odd.
Having to change lifts every time at the reception level when going out.

Hotel management violated my privacy by selling cctv footage of my guests to a third party without consulting me. This action was done in complete disregard of the client's rights to privacy. As a result my guests got into trouble
Violation of personal privacy

I liked the general attitude of staff to duty. The obvious aim of getting clients the best of service. The professionalism was top notch.
It was all great.

The food, cleanness of the hotel. Its a 5 star hotel
Improve cleaning common toilets next to the restaurant
3.9
Good location if you come to see downtown but it is a bit noisy in the day time but I was ready for it
Breakfast seems poor a bit to my expectations.
Toilet at room was not clean enough at beginning.
Bed needs to be renewed

The hotel occupies floors from 8, to 14 or 16. So all rooms have views to the city center. The location, is very centric, just opposite of central police station. It is in walking distance from the local artesian and crafts shops. and from down town. Some rooms are spacious.
The hotel occupies floors from 8 to up. To move in, you need to go through the ground floor with small shops and businesses, to take elevator to the flor 8. The reception is there. From floor 8, to upper floors you should change and take, a different elevators. At the time we stayed in the hotel, graduation parties was celebrated in some spaces of the hotel. The insonorisation is not too good, so it was a bit loudly in the room.

Excellent room and great service. Very comfortable, clean, and well looked after. The location was useful for getting to tourist destinations, and for restaurants up towards the golf course. The room was large and the shower was lovely.
The breakfast was varied, but not of amazing quality.

good and professional hotel , very lovely staff and perfect place to live
3.9
Good soundproofing considering how centrally located in the middle of Kampala city. Depending on personal preference, this hotel directly thrusts you onto Kampala city streets as soon as you exit, hence convenience and easy access to every major landmark.
Extreemly unconcerned customer service, slow room service, cumbersome underground parking managed by two of the rudest older women at the front desk.
