Great for overnight stay, I’ve used them before. They are always very friendly, accommodating, and they have a good basic breakfast.

I didn't like the room setup with the sink light so close to the beds. The toilet / shower area was old and stained. It needs to be completely redone.

Woke up in the middle of the night scratching and itching from the bed. Couldn’t stop scratching. Must have been bed bugs. Also WiFi didn’t work properly.

The check-in went quickly and smoothly. The clerk was very helpful and friendly. We opted to take the "pet friendly" room despite not having any pets as it was the last downstairs room. It was at the end of the hotel which worked well for us as we had our camper and had easy access in/out of the building. The room was nice, clean, and very spacious. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Just know that if you're on the first floor, you may hear all of your upstairs neighbor's movements as they walk around, shower, and flush their toilet. Lol. The breakfast left a little to be desired (due to my dietary restrictions). Eggs, sausages, and waffles were available as well as cereal and yogurts. My issue came from the same housing being used for the eggs and sausage and the same utensil rest. Some sausage contains flour and cross contamination like that is too big a risk for me. However, it would have been more than adequate otherwise!

No hot water in the shower. The bath tub needed maintenance around the edge..looked very run down and leaky. Lost reservations and had to call expedia customer service for help. That was an hour phone call!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

The property was clean. The breakfast was average. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was good and it was easy to find. Even though it was right on the main road the noise level did not disturb us. It’s probably time to replace some of the beds. You can kind of hear and feel the springs when you sit on the side of the bed.

I'll state right up front the three key areas of my room were clean, the bed covers, the bathroom and the separate vanity. Areas not so visible or scrutinized, however are in serious need of a deep clean. A peak under the desk reveals a layer of grey dust on the power cords, power strip and the last couple inches of carpet where it meets the wall. The room has an odor of dust and staleness.

Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast options were sparse. They ran out of food early.

After driving across country for 20 hours we decided to book a room. We’ve stayed here before and it was fine. This time our room smelled like weed and cigarettes. Torn wall paper. Brown goo on the walls. Holes that were patched with drywall mud and human goo on the side skirt of the bed. We wanted a new room but the hotel was fully booked and we were so tired that we just made do. When we went to check out, the front desk I’m pretty sure was asleep. To add insult to injury. Like I said in the beginning. We’ve stayed at this location before and it was fine. This time was the last time we will stay at any Quality Inn in the future.

Slow check in process by an unfriendly woman. There were only 2 people in front of me. Very slow and unpleasant experience. The beds were very comfortable. Great breakfast. Good location.

No elevator to second floor so beware if you need an elevator. Overall, we were just passing through and was a decent place to stay if you needed to get off the road for rest with the family. The area seemed a little shady that we were in but we survived the night. This was one of the better options to stay in near this part of Raton.

No elevator to the second floor! What hotel doesn’t have an elevator? We are 67 lugging hugh bags up stairs! Not fun at all! The carpet is very dated also! But it was clean and the beds slept well and I did enjoy the hot tub!

The room smelled really bad like it had been wet a lot. Gal at the front desk was great. Main entrance was going to be blocked off. Definitely had better continental breakfast options at other hotels. This used to be a real nice place to stay. This time we saw bugs in the hallway!

When arrived on property it looked bad vehicle s park were ever when you enter property you had to be careful when you drive in and there was parking spots Open and a large area in the back for large vehicle and at the end of the building a truck with a trailer was parked in the spot for car's and myself and a elderly couple we're told to park there and we couldn't so we just parked and went to our room.
