The stay was OK. Comfortable bed, and towels are available. Free breakfast was good. Typical selection but better than none. Front desk staff needs more training in how to provide professionalism. While the check in was completed, it took 30 mins with lack of empthaty. For the price, look elsewhere.

The location and price were ideal for me. However, the building is old, rundown, and outdated. Most of the staff are often on their personal phones, not responding to guest calls or simply ignoring you. Bottom line: I wouldn't book here again in the future.

Sabrina at the reception desk was very helpful and kind. My son and I had a room with a sofa bed, which I slept on a mattress was absolutely horrible. It was stained and very uncomfortable. I mentioned it to Sabrina upon leaving as I had enough going on without dealing with that right then she made a note that they would Getting another one.

Nice area close to shopping malls and restaurants easy access to highway , staff was good , room clean but the carpet was dated and stained

The hotel was good, but just after an hour, we checked in another family, entered our room, and we got so scared that the receptionist assigned our room to someone else too so that made the experience unsatisfied. Rest breakfast was good and cleaning was satisfactory. Thank you

The staff took my towel woth hotel towel although my towel is different quality and therebtowel different brand,they don't know that there towel is the brand Hotel choice and the staff hhey told me they don't have Landry but I found the information in my room about Landry prices.

I liked everything about the location and the property. Except for the door to the fire escape to the second floor. It was broken and it would slam the wall constantly. Also the Folgers coffee was terrible.

The staff were wonderful and the location was good, next to a bus stop to the metro. The interior was very dated and the rooms were not the cleanest. Quite dusty. The room had a very slight off-putting smell, similar to body odor and smoke.

Air conditioner did not work became very stuffy and smelly and God forbid the staff speak one word of English. For what they charged I would not stay there again

Pros: friendly staff. Free parking. Beds and pillows were very nice. Good size TV. Nice sized bathroom with a good shower. Cons: weird smell in the room, may have been coming from the bathroom. Toilet broke immediately on arrival. Very thin walls, can hear knocks on nearby doors and it sounds like your door. Very loud air conditioner constantly turning on and off - not the easiest to sleep through. Overall the place was fine for one night, if you’re a heavy sleeper.
