This was the last night of a 2000 mile road trip around the southern USA and was the nicest accommodation of the trip. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was smart and very clean. Breakfast was served in a corridor to take away and eat elsewhere, either on the road or back n the room.

Much older property that would normally be a $99/night (or less) hotel but was heavily marked up for an OU weekend event. It is generally in average to poor condition. Our room was accessible from an interior corridor but many appear to be only accessible from the parking lot.

The property wasn't what we had seen listed. Upon arrival, the property is ran down. The hallway to our room was dark and felt unsafe. The area outside was trashed, and the building needs to TLC. The room had a stale smell, but we were so tired, it didn't bother us too much after we ran the AC for a bit. However, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The bathroom was dirty because it had dead insects and hair from a previous guest. The “breakfast” was really a grab & go snack, not an actual breakfast with eggs or waffles. But the check in was fast, and the room was spacious and easy to find. Overall, I think is too pricey for what it really is. I would not recommend it.

I have stayed here many times before this time the AC really didn't work very well at all it's very very musty in here the toilet doesn't flash there was pee in it like it doesn't flush at all the TV isn't working it's just loading with no end in sight no matter what I do.

I can canceled my reservation because the area was unsafe! Homeless people all around the area. Wanted a refund and was denied because it was after the check-in time! The pictures are miss leading in Expedia. They still give customers the wrong info and don't want to refund!

Rooms were awful. Smelled like cigarettes (even non smoking room) and mildew. Bugs everywhere. Real dirty room. Carpet sticky. Beds comfortable and AC cold but couldn’t make up for filth. Front desk staff very nice.

Check in put me at far end even though most rooms were empty. He was gruff and lacked any sense of customer service. Room smelled of old stale smoke and pet urine. Huge matress stains, hopefully from coffee. Stains on other furniture. Room in fair condition. Lobby closed and no actual breakfast or coffee as advertised. Lady at checkout was wonderful, though.

Bedspread was dirty and holey and so were the sheets. The check in clerk was rude and not helpful. If I had not paid online when I reserved the room, we would have left immediately.

1.Strong smoke smell inside the hotel (everywhere: in the corridor, inside the room) even our room was - non-smoking. 2. Poor lightning inside the building and in the room. 3. They do not have Refundable option in case people may not like to stay (We did not stay as it was not safe to breath smoke odor for us and kids).

The second we stepped foot in this place we knew we made a mistake. The hallway reeked of mold and smoke which also permeated into room 160. Normally I don't take pictures of the rooms but I had to make an exceptional in this case. I checked the windowsill and it was disgusting: hadn't been cleaned in months. A prior guest evidently practiced their karate abilities on the wall and someone with zero plastering skills tried to hide the damage. And for some unknown reason a person "tried" to paints parts of the ceiling. But they also lacked painting skills. As previous reported by a previous guest three months ago, the toilet was difficult to flush. Wow, what should be done with this place? Just tear the complex down.

The hallway and room smelled of mildew and mold. I will never stay here again. The bedding was at least clean so it’s not house keeping, it’s years of water damage and mold!

BED BUGS in the recent reviews. So we canceled through Expedia but they canceled the wrong reservation. Hoping we don’t have to pay for a room we didn’t use because we didn’t want BED BUGS!!!!

I didnt like front desk was rude not welcoming. Persisted to try to recharge me after I had explained i had already paid even after showing my receipt The first room i was given smelt horrible and molded like it had been wet and had roaches crawling on the table. The second room i was give walking down the hall you could smell weed and cigarette smoke even though the whole floor was supposed to be non smoking rooms. There was large cigarette holes in the top blankets on both beds

BED BUGS! And a rancid smelling room. So bad that by midnight on my first night of a 3-night stay I had to leave to another hotel. (The front desk help was great, so thanks for that.) Place needs to be shut down and renovated.

Soo that was awful. Front desk was rude and not helpful. Rooms reeked like cigarettes and animal urine. Lots of homeless people outside. Very uncomfortable the amount and type of people lounging outside. Our tv kept turning off, tub floor was dirty, makeup on the pillowcases, floor felt saturated with urine, OUR TOILET DIDN’T WORK so they gave us a plunger. I don’t recommend al ALL

Rooms smelt of dog and smoke They were filthy and beds had bed bugs. Staff seem to think this was ok and heard from a taxi driver that Norman county use the place to house homeless people. Should be removed from Hotels.com

Room was dirty, cigarette burn holes in furniture, it smelled bad, no extra pillows or blankets in room, fridge stinks, the “breakfast” was powdered donuts, apples, and some small bottles of juice. Over all very ran down and dirty.

The hallways stank of cigarettes and mildew. The lobby was closed the entire time, there was no breakfast, but considering how bad the place was I don't think I would have eaten anything anyway. The mattress had nasty stains under the mattress cover that kept coming off every time I rolled over. The pillows were old and lumpy. There were not enough of the tiny towels to try to dry off with. There was not a working clock and certainly no USB ports to charge anything like a phone. My daughter saw a roach in her room next door to us. We were lucky enough to have a working TV, but my son's room did not.
