This hotel is a must stay. It's quiet, clean, and conveniently located next to the highway for easy access and plenty of food options. The front desk staff was very courteous and professional and made checking in a joy. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very clean and firm. My only complaint is they need more food options for breakfast. Overall this hotel was a great place to stay and we'll definitely be back.

No soap in the bathroom. Room was dirty feeling. The bathroom do would not stay shut....wouldn't latch. The television shuts off on its own every 10 minutes if you fail to push a button. Breakfast was very minimal and bland....will not stay here again nor recommend.

Dead bugs in the bathroom, shower was outdated with several nics and damages to the tub, covers had old stains that looked like they couldn't be removed ( replace if thats the case). You could hear other guests walking around and talking from the room above. Last min hotel for my sons baseball camp near by. I would definitely choose another hotel if i had the option

We have stayed here before but this time our toilet was giving us hard time. The flushing system was getting stuck after each time we flushed. Our remote control for our TV was broken only the ON/OFF button was working, so they gave us another one but only the changing channels buttons were working not the volume.. so we had to use two remotes. Our towels had stains. They were clean because they smelled clean but i think its time to bleach them or replace... besid that evening was fine. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

No cars in the parking lot should have been a clue. The room smelled funny. Little did we know it was too cover up the mold smell. Carpet is soaked by the air-conditioning. You can hear the water in the carpet it you walk over there. Front desk said they can't help. There are no more rooms available. 3 cars in the parking lot. Humm! No phone to contact front desk. You have to go down there. There is an electrical strip setting on the soaked carpet. Needs did not look fresh. Slept in them anyway. Did not see the old dried blood on one until I got up this morning. No working light on bedside table. I've never stayed in a worse place. Especially one that none cares that we are breathing in black mold. The wetness has been ongoing as evidenced in the photos. This place needs inspected by the board of health! For some reason it won't let me upload any photos.

The room was at a discounted price of 126.00 through Expedia. I assume certain rooms are reserved for 3rd party booking because this room was dirty and unkept. The refrigerator was disgusting and all the towels were dingy or stained! The phone and the tv were also not working.

We have stayed here many times, and we'll never be back. The pool has NEVER been available, there were holes drilled in the dresser top, the bath towel I used had big stains on it, the air conditioner made a loud clattering noise, and the breakfast was so awful looking we went to an IHOP instead. When I complained-- nothing: the young man just stared at me. When I asked for some kind of compensation, he told me he'd"let the next person know". Who did nothing... She was unfriendly and made no effort to apologize or anything else. We have been to very many places, and this was the WORST.

The basics in the hotel aren’t horrible although all of the finishes doors, walls and fixtures are in serious need of attention. Every single wall and every single door needs painted. The furniture is really banged up, the remote in the room didn’t work. The air conditioning unit is somewhat falling off the wall, even though it works and there were several bugs in my room when I got here I’m from Texas so I’m used to some of that but I think it’s insane that this was $150 a night for this place

The pullout sofa was not usable; the mattress was so old it was falling apart. The refrigerator did not work and there was water all over the inside. Breakfast was sparse; no cereal in the cereal containers and the muffin/bread container was never refilled. The only positive thing was the lady at the front desk was friendly.

This hotel has seen way better days. Seems like they're keeping it open until it falls apart. No blankets, broken ac units, missing hair dryers, broken exercise equipment, unusable pool. The staff is nice, but more of a motel than a hotel and expect missing or broken amenities.

This was a brief visit to the area to move a student into OU. The room, while booked for 4 adults, only included one set of towels. These towels looked like they had not been laundered, as they were dingy and stained. Upon asking for more towels, the fresh ones that arrived were also stained. The property itself was mostly clean, although the cigarette smokers which were right by the front door tended to permeate the air in the lobby with cigarette smoke smell. The room was also missing a remote control for the television in the living room (this was a 1 BR Suite). The furniture was uncomfortable and minimalist at best. Last complaint, the milk that was served at breakfast on the first day of the stay was spoiled. All in all, this property "Will Do" but has a long way to go before it can be considered a repeat visit.

The tv was broken. There was a lot mold on the air conditioner. There was, what appeared to be, a smearing of feces on the side of the toilet tank. Gym ac was pumping in warm air. Last time we stayed, it was lovely. Not sure what happened the past 12 years, but it’s gone way down hill cleanliness and functionality wise

The appearance of the hotel from the outside was excellent lobby was great inside the elevator was a little beat up. Rooms were OK but a little bit worn some stain on the sheets and seem to be questionable guests moving about the hotel evening and morning, very filthy person with a big dog. Not the place for young children or your wife.The breakfast was very limited, but the area appeared to be clean.
