The stay itself was nice. However, the reservations were all mixed up. We ordered a suite and then later added a regular room - for a total of two rooms. However, the hotel instead CHANGED the reservation to only keep the second room. It took quite a while to figure it out but at least they were helpful and the hotel had an opening.

Everything was good EXCEPT I needed the shuttle service twice. First time, I sat and waited for over an hour at the airport because the reception did not tell the driver I was waiting. Second time, I needed to leave for the airport by a certain time but because I’m not a priority member, wasn’t put on a list and was treated as such. Had to take an expensive Uber when I chose the hotel for the shuttle service. Very disappointed! Every guest should have value

Not as great as the first time I stayed. The room had a lot of scuffs, marks on the walls and some wear and tear. The breakfast was respectable and the bed comfy. My fridge froze all of my food, not cool.

I was traveling with a friend to visit family in Idaho. We drove to Mpls and had an early flight the next morning. We needed to leave the hotel by 3:30 am but their first shuttle was at 4:00. Was planning to take an Uber but the shuttle driver came in early to take us and another couple to the airport which was greatly appreciated. Veronica at the front desk was very helpful with check in arrangements. Parked the car and stayed there the night of the return trip. Will definitely stay there again… also the breakfasts are amazing. Lots of choices including gluten free.

Toilet would not stop running. Front desk was not friendly. Room was filthy. Left right after checking in and rebooked with Cambria hotel nearby— much nicer. This place is dated and dirty and the parking lot is sketchy .

Liked size of hot tub and pool area. Liked that there is a bar and restaurant on the property! Didn’t have to drive around in unfamiliar territory to find some place to eat. The containers for hand wash and body wash were empty asked to have them filled, never happened so ended up using shampoo for body wash!

I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express locations in the past and was always satisfied. This location needs some work. I have never had to pay extra above the room price for the breakfast before either, so I took “That Business” elsewhere…As I wasn’t overly impressed by the looks of the food selection anyway.

I am visually impaired and I felt that the staff was very understanding, hands on, and ready to help! I loved my stay here! The only thing I’d say that’s an inconvenience would be if you don’t drive, plan on catching a flight, or plan on going to the mall it’s a long distance to visit the cities. Overall though it’s a nice place.

Front desk staff was not overly friendly until ONE person when we checked out. My room was not cleaned the three nights I was there. Had to ask for extra coffee pods (see above). Didn’t take the garbage. No new towels. Guess it’s not automatic to do these things. Everything else was fine. No issues. But nothing special.

The front desk staff that checked us in was fantastic. She was friendly with great energy. The pool was nice. Breakfast was good . The housekeeping staff was so friendly and really took care of the property.

Awful. Employees smoking in the main doorway. TV only had a few channels which they claimed to be working on. No maid service. When asked about it they laughed then apologized. It happened again second day. Had to put garbage in hall to be taken and beg for clean towels. Hallways were in dire need of vacuum. Asked for a manager was told not available. A comment was made well you reserved through Expedia so not sure why they were rude and no cleaning was done in room or not. Do not waste your money here.

The price was reasonable for the area. The breakfast was one of the better hotel buffets we've had. Road construction made getting there a bit of a challenge.

Hotel staff was the BEST ever. I have never had such great service in my travels. I highly recommend this hotel. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good. Common Areas in the hotel were awesome. Beds very comfy, bathroom a bit tight (separated from Sink area. No grab bars for getting in and out of tub. Will return for sure next year.
