I never made it to this hotel because my plane was delayed..... and then cancelled. I could not reach them by phone or email. I can't say anything good, and I can only say their customer service is not up to par for Hotels.com

The shower not working. No soap. Television not working. After all that stayed for only 1 night. Did not offer me refund but gave me points in their club

easy check in staff was kind at night check in staff in the morning acted as if she didn’t want to be bothered. Food was good and hot stay was over all clean and quiet I could smell cigarette smoke in the hall I was in a non smoking room couldn’t smell it in my room though thank God because my kids were there… house keeping cleaned my room while I was away thank you for that! Will definitely stay again for a quick trip near the airport

The service front desk was awesome! However the room didn’t have AC and even though it is winter you still need to have a cool room. The room went from 72 to 81 through the night. Reported to front desk and they just apologized and said maintenance will get to it. I didn’t sleep at all well because of the hot room but the front desk person then didn’t seem to care.

When we arrived there was no tv service. And instead of saying we could switch rooms he said the service was bad because of the rain. Which it wasn’t raining. Three more calls and then offered a new room. The next day the front desk told me that ours was the only room having problems.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the Atlanta hotel airport. You could hear planes outside if you were walking to your car but our room was perfectly quiet. Free continental breakfast very convenient.Uh, shuttle to the airport

Rooms were nice and clean. Not understanding why we had to pay to park. I travel a lot and have never had to pay to park at the facility!! The front desk staff was not very friendly!!!

Restful stay. However, toilet was cycling. Asked to have it seen to. Nothing happened. That's not so eco. Nice complementary breakfast. Front desk helpful to print boarding pass. Also secure parking for car for duration of trip overseas.

Initial room assignment wasn’t acceptable due to a strong odor in the room, perhaps due to microwave cooking? The staff readily accommodated by change request. The hotel is due for a refresh as hallway carpets have extensive staining and the room paint/decor is dated. The light in my bathroom flickered on and off during my shower. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn Express fare. Convenient to the Atlanta airport.

Came to ATL for the weekend, was looking for a place to crash near airport. They gave me just that with a lil breakfast. Room is tiny. Weird parking lot gate that needs a code to exit which I’m okay with due to risk of theft. They charge $15 for parking. Would stay again.

I get to my room, and the tv is not working. I ask for someone to come check it. They came, said they needed to contact the cable company. I was told there was an issue with everyone not having television because of work being done in the area, at 11pm at night. So, I had no tv. They did not move me. And,.was told at check-out that I was the only one without service, and tbat they probably only needed to reset something. I'm disappointed. One of the reasons for staying in a hotel room is for the television. When I take a shower and lay down, I want to turn on the television. Watch a movie. I'm very disappointed about this. Do I get compensated??

I have no idea how this property was rated so high in the reviews. The room smelled as if the carpet had been wet. The television only shows approximately 7 channels. The bathroom was so tiny once you sit on the toilet your knees almost touched the door. The a/c unit is extremely loud. The coffee machine did not work. Only half the electrical sockets worked. The phone did not work. The desk lamp did not work. The frig was lukewarm not cold. The breakfast was nasty and under cooked. If you need a quick place to sleep to catch a flight, this is the spot for you but I would not recommend for more than 24 hr stay or if you have children.

Our stay was good except that our TV did not work 2 out of the five days we were there and no one told Us about the $15 per day for parking. Good breakfast

I was charged for parking. If i had know beforehand i wouldn't returned my car rental and ordered a shuttle service. The hotel smelled unclean.My room was alright... still some hairs from a previous guest and the linens smelled funny. I was only staying one night. I won't stay again. Also, when i left around 3 am too catch a flight, i asked the night clerk of it was safe to walk through the parking lot to my car. He said yes. Did not offer security assist. Also a coffee was needed to leave the parking lot, he didn't give it until i had to come back in and ask how to leave.

I requested a king bed with a pull out and paid in advance but when I went to check in I was told there weren’t any kings and was give a 2 queen. Not much to pick from at the snack area. However having shuttle to the airport was good.

Two of the workers@the front desk were wonderful!!! One was a bit rude when my friend kindly asked for assistance, due to a medical problem when writing. The toilet in room#613 made a lot of noise when flushed!!!
