While our stay was short, it was very nice! staff was great, A/C pumped, not much more we could ask for from a Best Western.

Stains on the sheets. No towels in the room. When I called and asked for towels he told me they did not have any clean towels and that they were all in the washer. I had to dry off with a hand towel.

Room 105 has bed bugs. I got bit on my legs and right should Bathtub was a little dirty. And NO HOT WATER. I turned on the shower. No hot water. Just cold. I spend there one night.

I backed my truck up to our hotel window because we were going camping in Yosemite and I had a lot of camping gear and bikes on my truck. At 11:30 PM I heard our bikes rattling so I opened the curtains and saw someone standing there trying to steal my bike. He had cut the chain, and almost had the bike off the rack. I pounded on the window and told him to put the bike down. I called the front office to let them know and they said that they would send Security out, but then I found out later they didn’t have any security guard on duty on a Saturday night , and said camera couldn’t view where I was parked. Needless to say I never slept the rest of the night. There are a lot of homeless people around that area and they have bent the fence between the hotel property and Chick-fil-A restaurant so it’s easy for them to come in and out of the property without being seen very unsafe feeling I won’t stay there again sad because we stay there every year when we go to Yosemite

The smell of the room was good, But It was hair in my son bed an in mine when I pulled the cover back, The carpet in room 131 is dirty I’m not gone complain about the bug in the bathroom it was just a cricket walking back n forth,Let’s not forget he main part the mattress was horrible my whole right side was in pain when I jump up outta bed you can feel the springs , I checked out a day early an they won’t refund me for the next day I didn’t stay. I have photos for some reason this site they won’t post.

It was perfect for our visit. Felt safe and fun for my 11 year old son. Just wished the hot tub was working. But the delicious breakfast helped balance it out. Super convenient being across from the shopping area with so many food choices.

Accommodations were outdated, old mattress that had no support, just a hollow box. Difficult entrance due to one way entrance off main road, and heavy traffic area. Would not recommend.

Overall look of hotel was dirty. Trying to get out of the proerty was very hard with all the trafic and you could only go one way. So much traffic that it was so noisy. Plus they did not inforce the pool closing time. I felt unsafe with all the homeless people around the area. Just wasn't happy at all. The office chair was a fack leathe and most of it came off the chair. The other fabric chair in the room had stains all over it. I had to sit on the bed since both chairs were gross.

My family and I were very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms are disgusting and dirty. Ours had what looked like pizza stains on the curtains, the carpet was falling apart and was visibly dirty, the refrigerator had old food from a previous guest and even the walls were dirty. The rooms need major renovations and a deep clean. For what we paid, we were extremely disappointed. The only thing that was decent was the continental breakfast.

Place advertises crib, there is no crib/play pen available warning. Place is near freeway so it’s sketch homeless/bums around property. The fence is broken into so anyone can get into property it was very scary

I had 3 different rooms that were all dirty. Room 229, room 331, and room 132. They did not offer a refund for the night 07/11/24 because I had checked in. I don’t think that is right because how would I know that the rooms would be dirty and to not check in? That’s called stealing.

Not the best stay, ran into multiple issues with our key not working & then having to switch rooms because our air conditioner was not working. Staff were very friendly & accommodating! Nice grab & go breakfast

The toilet did not flush so we waited to hear from the front desk about bribing a plunger to the room and finally after calling back they couldn’t locate one since the maintenance staff was not available. The room was dirty, torn sheet on the bed. We were finally changed to another room which has dirty towels hanging up and much more noisy since it was closer to the street. Spoke to the front desk the next morning and all we got was an apology. No form of compensation was ever offered for this inconvenience. Would definitely not stay there again nor recommend it.

Right off the 99 so there was a lot of traffic . I got to the hotel they said no rooms were available at the time of check-in . Very noisy and homeless walking around perimeter
