We checked in late. It was clean and the room had a lot of room. The beds were comfortable.

Staff was friendly, check in and out was convenient. Got a quiet nights rest in a nice room.

check in agent shouts to a point of irritation. TV did not work...no one available to check it out TOILET DID NOT WORK....NO WATER IN TANK

It was a good stay! It was what I expected.

Expedia said it had a balcony wich it didnt. Other than that it was a good stay. The front desk attendant was extremely helpful and very friendly.

Very pleasant, very friendly desk agent, clean and comfortable room. Internet painfully slow, barely detectable, not for streaming. Breakfast very minimalist, but fine if you’re good with coffee, juice, toast, cereal and waffle machine. Despite those things we had a very restful stay.

While it’s obvious the older hotel is being updated - pretty wood flooring and plantation blinds - updated paint inside and out and updated bathroom there is some things I wasn’t impressed with . At first glance when I went in the room I could see it’s been renovated with very nice and modern updates as well as the exterior . But I sat on the bed in my “ no smoking” room and dead center is an unmissable burn hole in the bed cover ( but a beautiful new blanket under neath . Ok I thought no problem - I can deal - But I took off my shoes after being at an all day memorial event from a Church to cemetery to banquet - I was barefoot about 45 minutes and while the flooring was nice my feet were almost blackened from just a short time of walking around on it ... ok - it’s hard to tell when that type of floor is dirty ... but as I sat on the love seat next to the bed I looked up and could see them red painted wall was shiny clean just around the edges of the tall head board however the rest of the wall was covered in dust ... I’m thinking they probably clean early in the day so they have only day light but with the lights on at dusk it’s unmissable ! So I wanted to go fill the tub of the newly and beautifully tub/shower and there’s no way to stop the water to be able to fill it ???? If we didn’t find a suction cup in one of our bags I couldn’t have used the tub ... the next morning as my other guest showered he said there is next to flow coming out of the shower head .

Not in the facility control, there was a several hour power failure after 10PM on second night. Evening clerk was at a loss to deal with the power company or provide anything to aleviate the total darkness in the rooms. The complimentry breakfast was much less than what I have experienced at other places I have stayed at. that having said the facility was nice, clean and comfortable.

Room was nicely renovated and clean but insulation was horrible. Sounded like an elephant was above us. At 2 am they finally settled down. Next door their tv was blaring all night long. The loud heater was actually a good thing, drowned out the noise.

I just noticed I had a $100 deposit charged twice on my credit card. Not sure why.

We've stayed at this hotel many times in past years, before the renovations. We always enjoyed our stay but with the renovations it is outstanding! The room was spacious, the bathroom very nice and the room as clean as any hotel we've stayed in! The surrounding grounds and pool/spa area were in great shape as well. The only negative is that the wifi is so slow as to be worthless. The response when I called to see what's wrong with it was "May be better in the lobby area, but there's nothing I can do about it." I hope the owners will address the wifi problem so the other great work is more fully appreciated..

Very clean

Someone had a dog nearby or the owner or manager had a dog on location, the dog barked all night and thru the morning.

We stay here alot during covid its safe and clean the only thing i am not impressed with is the breakfast not so great.

Two star hotel with updated rooms, pool and spa. Linens had stains and cigarette burns and were in dire need of replacement. Outdoor areas were a bit dirty and in need of some power washing. Continental breakfast had waffles, tiny muffins, a couple of different breads, small apples, two cereals, hard boiled eggs, coffee and juice, fewer options than those at other similar hotels (Holiday Inn Express). Staff were friendly but the hotel could’ve benefited from having one more front desk staff for a busy Saturday night. Hotel is conveniently located off the freeway and near several fast food options, Target and Bowlero bowling alley and arcade.

Very noisy, rooms were clean enough. Park in well lite areas. Sleeping is tough , bring a sound machine to drown out the noise.

Average motel, room and bathroom was clean. Outside was clean green grass clean pool with people swimming. Room itself had damaged walls, hole in closet door. Cigarette burn in comforter. Vending machines worked fine, dining close by. Easy freeway access. Poor disappointing breakfast, need to step that up bug time.

The door to my room literally would not latch. Someone tried to come in at 1:30 am and luckily I had the secondary latch latched. Staff just acted like it was no big deal and didnt care. My family cared....
