The service at this hotel was amazing. Kinga was especially great. The location is fantastic for all the local activities. The rooms are very small, but that is probably because of our American standards of larger rooms. No coffee in room which sucks. Breakfast was fantastic. Not so sure about boiling you own eggs though, would have preferred reaxy made, but this way, you can.cook them to the doneness that.you like, i guess. I know brits like 5 minute eggs. The popcorn ceilings and walls could use an update because that looks super 80s. There needs to be more art along the walls, hallways, and in the stair corridor as it looked a little sparse. Great stay, would stay again.

Our 5th stay at the hotel. But this time, with 24C+ in the room and a window opening on the boulevard, we could expect the airco to be functioning. Actually, it is disabled, and heating is enforced. I could not sleep, really ! I told this at the desk, but the lady in charge answered simply that it is too early in the season. That's it. Very unpleasant experience. On the positive side, the breakfast is really generous and the room was perfectly clean.

Convenient stay in Reims - comfortable bed and easy to walk everywhere. We parked in the car park opposite and it was just €4 per 24hrs.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room and toilet ceiling has serious mold problem, spider web were obvious. Room space is good enough for 1 big and 1 small suitcases. Breakfast choices were ok standard, serving time is long until 11pm. Public parking is just outside until the bridge for free at night. We stayed for 1 night for stopover and visited the town for a few hours. If we didn't plan to visit the town for a bit, I would just go for a budget Ibis instead, at least there weren't any mold on ceiling while you are sleeping with the window closed.

We have booked one night stopover at this hotel and we have had a very good sleep. Breakfast was fresh and tasty , staff spot on and very attentive. 🙂

Nice hotel, small secure carpark (charge) good for motorbikes and cars although there is public parking right next to hotel. Staff friendly and polite. Covid controls in place. Easy walk into town, good buffet breakfast included in cost of room. We have stayed before and will again.

Hôtel situé non loin de la cathédrale. Personnel de la réception et du petit-déjeuner très aimable et serviable. Chambre propre et conforme à la description, literie de bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité, du jus d’orange frais :) Parking de l’hôtel payant mais pratique. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Nous y retournerons. S’il pouvait y avoir un petit frigo ds la chambre, ce serait parfait !

We had a very good 1-night stay here as a stopover to the Channel crossing. The hotel is very careful with Covid arrangements, including requiring masks and having hand sanitiser available at various points around the hotel, which helped us feel secure (though some management of the breakfast buffet to avoid people crowding each other would be welcome). The room was basic but fine: comfortable bed, clean bathroom. An extra pillow would have been nice as only one per person is provided. Good location, easy walking distance to the cathedral and areas where restaurants are located. Overall a good choice for our 1-night stopover.

The room was ok, pretty basic. The problem is that the hotel doesn't have enough capacity for the breakfast. There was a queue of guests waiting for tables, there was of course queue to get the food/beverages, some options were missing as well, one type of bread had finished the two days I was there, the orange juice machine stopped working because they needed to empty it and there was nobody to do it, some people had to ask for knifes. Also, they were giving everyone one plastic glove to be used when getting something on the buffet, it just makes things messier and in terms of COVID, I think it's even worse.

Good location for expoloring Reims. Basic hotel but there was somewhere to store our bikes and easy cheap parking right next to the hotel. The Brasserie Boulingrin is definitely worth a trip - buzzy good atmosphere and excellent food. We had snails and bone marrow on toast! Lots of wine by the glass. The Cathedral is a 10 minute walk.

Not as close to the main bars and restaurants as we have stayed before in Reims. But ideal stop over on way back to the UK. Room was massive we opted for a family room as was traveling with 2 dogs. Secure parking if needed but over the road a massive public car park less then half the price. About a 10 min walk over the flyover was a huge park ideal for the dogs to stretch their legs after traveling across France. If you just need somewhere to rest and refresh on a budget then this hotel is ideal but not as central as the name suggests.

Solid hotel is good location though not as close to Reims Cathedral as name would suggest; about 5 blocks away. Rooms are clean and concise; although big telephone bedside stand wastes precious space. Price is right for very clean and cheerful Hotel. Breakfast was quite good.
