Outside safety entry does not work, anyone can walk in. Ice machines don’t work. Rooms are musty as much as there is a new appearance. Breakfast was nice and so was checkin.

check-in was easy and quick. Exterior looks dangerous around back and sides. We moved our vehicle to front in fear of break-ins, baseboards in bath and room were chewed as if dogs had been in the room prior..need to be replaced. Love the toiletries, frig and microwave in room, exterior hotel outside door within 20 feet of room did not require key entrance,, so appeared dangerous for guests with no security to stop unintended parties from entry.

Overall not worth the price. The room had multiple cosmetic issues. It was all laminate flooring so very loud and you could easily hear guests in other rooms. Almost no water pressure in the shower. Staff at the front desk couldn’t be bothered. Extremely disappointed.

Staff were very friendly but the rooms had roaches. We stayed for 20 minutes and in those 20 minutes, we saw about 10 roaches.

My husband is a disabled veteran so we requested a room with handicap accessibility for some ease and comfort. We stayed in Room 105. It was for the most part accessible for him. The slip resistant safety tape in the shower was worn and slick and he slipped and fell while he was in the shower causing him to hit his head and back on the tub. Hopefully this gets replaced so that this doesn't happen to any one else. Also, we were sent a text to verify our time of departure and we clicked the 11:00 am departure and submitted our response to the front desk. At about 10:30 am or so the housekeeping came knocking on the door wanting to know what time we were leaving because "it was almost check out time." I proceeded to tell the 2 housekeepers that we'd be out at 11:00 am and they both looked at their watches and seemed quite annoyed with my response. I just felt that was uncalled for, especially since we had not passed the check out time frame. This was a little disappointing and made us feel really uncomfortable.

I would not recommend this hotel. Definitely outdated and in need of a lot of TLC. Had many creepy crawlers in my room and left before check out due to the ones we kept seeing and killing.

Roaches in the rooms. Front desk was nice. They couldn't check me out bc my card was on hold. She read my card and it was the wrong number. I showed her my receipt that was already paid in advanced. She fixed the problem and told me Hotels.com charged me more bc the room was cheaper. I wasn't happy about that.

The hotel was recently remodeled. I stayed here with my dog and really appreciated the new vinyl flooring in the room. I find hotel carpets to be gross and never walk barefoot on them. I don’t know why more hotels don’t use vinyl flooring as an option. The breakfast options were lacking. Unlike most La Quinta hotels, there was not a hot breakfast option. Prepackaged muffins and danishes, coffee and oranges and apples were offered along with to-go coffee.

They've redone the whole building, parking lot and redoing the pool,the rates have even come down. I know where I'll be staying on my next trip to Round Rock. Great job!

Hotel was under construction which was not stated online, the pool wasn't available, the customer service person when we checked in was horrible and more focused on their phone call then taking care of the guest. bed was so old that half was caved in when you sat on it. over all i would consider this a 2 start hotel. Oh and the window in the room has broken and cracked. Not worth the money we spent on it

Their internet was down so they wanted $62 cash. I told her it would leave me short of cash for my week in Texas. I was staying at this hotel for 8 days. The young lady called her manager who wanted a picture of my license as well as my credit card, in lieu of cash. The swimming pool was green and closed for repairs. I then went to my room, pulled the cover down and settled to the tv. I felt crawling and discovered some little bugs. I scooped one on a card and showed the young lady at the desk. She gave me a new room but I was nervous about staying. I found another hotel for my stay, sans internet since it was down.

The reservation was canceled at the moment they had issues with the gas, didn't had hot water and the pool was closed but the main thing was the hot water, the price was a good price but didn't stay though. The lady at the lobby was polite and help us to canceled the reservation with not charge because wasn't our fault.

I was charged twice, they had no hot water, did not know when they would be able to fix. Halls were dirty with trash the doors did not lock to enter property anyone could enter the property floors were so dirty in rooms I would not stay here again
