Never stayed in a hotel before where the people walking in the room above sounded like they would come through the ceiling. Floors SO creaky. Hallways not heated so you had to bundle up to walk down the hall. Heating unit set to your desired temp didn’t work, room just kept getting hotter and hotter.

This was a quick overnight while moving. The hotel is in a good location, right next to a Black Bear Diner. The room had recently been refreshed, yet, it still didn’t have a single usb port. That was a huge oversight.

Bed uncomfortable, chipped furniture, cheap pillows, inconvenient parking garage in conjunction with office to get a trolley, also elevator in parking garage so had to walk back in the rain to office for trolley. Strange men lurking in garage smoking, as well as some guests near the elevator also smoking. Location was fine for me but challenging to get back out onto the main road. No information in the room for WI-FI, room service, phone message retrieval instructions. Very outdated as most Comfort Inns are. At least Lincoln City has a few more amenities.

The place is a dump. The shower didn’t work because I was told two years ago a maintenance man installed the cartridges backwards and no one ever fixed it. I was not told that the rooms are only serviced on request, and there is only one day’s supply of shampoo and soap. So after a long day, I had to go searching for bathroom supplies. In a nice area like Beaverton, this place Is a joke. There are much nicer hotels in the same area.

The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was great, though we would have preferred beef bacon over ham. The main issue was the Wi-Fi, which was very poor and hardly worked. On a positive note, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the dryer was out of service, which became a real problem since we washed our clothes but couldn't dry them. We were told that a new dryer had been ordered.

This hotel was perfect for a one night stay after a concert at Chateau St. Michelle winery. It is close and easy to get to. It was a pretty typical hotel experience. The usual room, breakfast and checkin. The only thing that was unusual is that the bathroom had a sensor light. It was annoying to have it turn on in the middle of the night when I went to the bathroom…and off during the middle of a shower.

The housekeepers were great but the front desk staff had no problem solving skills. I asked for a dish, sponge and towels for the kitchen and was told they had only rags I was going to suggest they go to the dollar store, but I realized that was beyond their capability. The cash machine was out of money and when I notified the front desk and ask them to call management, they looked at me as if I was nuts. In the seven nights, I was there. I had a hot shower only once and that was at 3 AM.

It was very noisy. People staying there not respectable. Management ineffective to stop them 2 nights in a row people knocking on our door at 2am. Not staying there.let in by other people staying there. Got on camera. Didn't feel safe and will not return or recommend that hotel. Not a good mark for expedia.

This property seems to be fading fast. No one at the front desk, note said out on property but no way to connect and happened 4 times in 2 day stay. Air conditioning was not working in our room but couldn’t move us 105 outside temp. The only plus is it’s cheap

Overall safe and clean, but property has maintenance issues. Our toilet kept getting clogged even when just flushing “number 1”. The shower faucet took brute force to turn on. Positive note, the kids had fun in the pool.

The facility is not clean. The key card for the elevators and the room doesn’t work and I have to go back-and-forth to the reception area. Their hospitality is very poor compared to other hotels. Customer service is very poor and not interested in anymore.

Recommend bringing your own pillow as theirs have no support. Rooms are sparse, but had amenities like microwave, refrigerator, TV and coffee maker. Decent breakfast available and there’s a great diner within walking distance. It was ok for our short visit.

We stayed for six nights and had the room serviced only one day. Happy to reuse towels but there are no towel racks to hang them on. Had to go to front desk for towels on first night. Enjoyed the parking under the hotel. Very large spaces and convenient to our room. Breakfast was adequate. Proximity of Black Bear Diner also useful.

Remote on TV didnt work. They came and replaced it. Then the tub would not hold water. Called front desk about a plug. They said they didnt know where they were. That probablem didnt get fixed. Walked barefoot on the floor and it was gritty and dirty. Had to brush my feet off before I got into bed.
