The hotel was great, the location not so much is close to the airport and could not sleep due to airplane noise. Will have to take earplugs if I stay here again.
2.0 / 10.0
The hotel is convenient to the airport with a shuttle; however the shower had no warm water and you could hear guests in the hallway all night. The hotel also had a strong chemical smell.

Went right to sleep

If you want to see a cockroach on your bed and a horrible condition of bathroom, I recommend this hotel. I did not even try to consider taking a shower once I saw a bunch of hairs in the hole of the bathtub.

Very nice and secure

Rather dated hotel, but was clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk checkin was quick and courteous.

Had an overnight layover, so the free airport shuttle was very convenient for pick up and drop off. Gave them a call when we’re ready for pick up and they came in good time. Bed was super comfy and clean, which was needed after an 11hr flight. If you’re just looking for a place with the basics to shower and sleep close to airport this is for you. If you’re picky about small things like chips in the bathroom tile then move on, but not a game changer. Would stay again. Front desk workers were super friendly.

Second stay here. Rooms are a bit beat up and dated. They are cleaner than expected. Most inexpensive rooms need a deep cleaning. Not these. Shuttle to and from the airport was a breeze. Staff is super friendly. We will be back.

The staff was great and helpful. We didn't get a queen bed rooom like we paid for, the floor in the room were old and felt like we needed to wear shoes or we would scrap our feet

Dirty rooms, felt like cleaning staff didn't really get our rooms ready for new guests check in. Even found fleas in one of our rooms. Maybe someone had a pet stay here.

Very clean room. Great shuttle service. Breakfast was was bread, cereal, and yogurt. Not much, but at least something. Nice staff.

Waited for shutte to hotel. Shuttle came and despite 3 people waving at the driver, he just waved back and kept driving. Shuttles are supposed to be every 30 mins but waited another hour and none came so we had to take a taxi.
Upon arriving at reception were "greeted" by a lady who just said "my computer's not working" and left us to stand there for 20 minutes whilst she complained to her co-worker. Not a word from her to offer water or an ETA on when we could get into a room. Finally as the numbers of people standing at reception were getting up, the co-worker suggested she could give us rooms and work it out later.
It's ok for one night. Plenty of places within walking distance to get food.
All in all, overpriced for what it is.

Stay was good with one big exception, “No hot water!” When you have to get up at 3:00 AM, you look forward to a hot shower to wake you up. No such luck!

Older hotel but clean and comfortable

The toilet won’t flush. No one came to fix it despite complaining.
There’s free breakfast, but the quality of food is low. Everything is super high in sugars, and unhealthy! Not enough fresh fruits.

This hotel is basic but convenient for airport stays. Free shuttle, clean rooms furnished with wardrobe, working table, small sofa, and fridge. Decent breakfast. No frills, but good value if you need a place to crash near the airport.
There are convenience store and restaurants nearby.

The staff was very professional. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The room was very off to us. The king bed was nice. However, the spa tub was dirty or dirty looking, there was a cutout space between the spa in bathroom to the bedroom. We did not want to use the spa. (parts to spa also seemed to be missing. )

Much better than I expected for this level of hotel. Staff was attentive and didn't seem put out by any reasonable request. Very clean but a little wear and tear here and there. Nothing that caused any trouble or discomfort.

the situation I encountered at the Days Inn Hotel in SeaTac, Seattle, was completely unacceptable. The conditions of the hotel were appalling—filthy, outdated, and unfit for habitation by both humans and animals. upon entering I discovered a dead bug, When I called the front desk to address this, they sent the driver instead of environmental services to remove it. Additionally, the sheets were visibly stained, making the room uninhabitable and raising significant safety and health concerns.

Hotel shuttle pick up and drop off at airport was great. Continental breakfast was great.

The night desk person appeared to be sleeping in the corner. There were already 2 sets of keys on the counter and I tried to get his attention but he didn't respond. So, I left my keys on the counter also.

Well first off checking was fine but had to wait for the front desk person to finish what she was doing in the next room over. We were not acknowledged at all.
The rooms were not very clean. We found items in our room on the floor that were left from another guest. Jewelry and trash. Smell was also not fresh.
The door to the shower was broken, so the shower did not close. The lock that was installed did not match up so the floor also got a shower.
The very next morning, my wife stopped at the front desk to turn in items that had been left and the front desk was trying to check us out. We had already paid for the whole weekend. The desk clerk was not easy to talk to. Told me I needed to calm down, after telling me they were full for that night.
Our keys also kept getting deactivated, basically they were trying to force us out of a hotel we had already paid for.

It is clean and the bed is comfortable the transfer bus was a bonus!

We were only in the room for 9 hours as our flight got delayed. The Hotel is very old and worn out but the room was clean and it was a bed to sleep in for a few hour. The Breakfast was cold food, cereal and muffins, coffee and juice. It was nice to have something to eat. It was near all the other hotels so it felt safe staying there. It did have an airport shuttle that picked us up at 1am!

Very pleased with the price and stay.

Pricey for what you get, but I guess it's the location/season driving the rates...
4.0 / 10.0
This property was descent. Especially considering its price compared to the similar properties around it. It's not the nicest hotel you'll ever stay at, and the common areas were a bit worn down and in need of a deep clean, but the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They have a 24 hour airport shuttle that was prompt at both pick up and when heading back to the airport. Considering the Courtyard next door and the Country Inn across the street charge nearly double per night what this hotel charges, I'd say it's a great option for people needing a more budget friendly option.

Customer service was horrible. From a shuttle driver who was over 30 minutes late and never attempted to help load anyone’s bags, to a front desk who was not friendly or apologetic about the shuttle issue, to a very outdated and worn property. Saving grace was it was clean.
6.0 / 10.0
It is an older property and it shows. Breakfast was mini muffins, wheat bread (no butter or jelly) and yogurt. No juice or anything but hot tea or coffee. All of it was pretty gross. Not in the best neighborhood. Shuttle service was great and all of the staff were professional and friendly

They are modernizing the air conditioning units in the rooms. The new ones have a digital thermostat which is great!

Desk staff is not approachable when I first came. Did not even greet me, just asked for my credit card and that’s it! Did not even bother to show me where the dining is, what time is the breakfast hours, or even the general rules of the Inn (wifi, cleaning, etc). When I entered the room, one lamp is busted, I called the desk staff and told me it’s not her job and she already texted the maintenance guy that never came by the way. I felt unsafe for my whole stay, random creepy people gets in and out of the lobby, some stays at the very darkest spots of the parking lot at the back of the building. The air conditioner suddenly stops working couple of nights. Two things that I liked, the convenience to the airport and the cleanliness of the room.

We had to stay one day in Seattle because our flight was canceled.
Days Inn had a good price, free transportation to the airport and free breakfast.
The building is a little old.
The bathtub water flow was a little clogged.
And the free breakfast was very poor, only bread, small muffins. And did not have space enough for seating so we went to our room to eat.

Excellent bed and pillows. Very basic free breakfast options, but not a priority for me. Very convenient location near Seatac airport with 24 hour shuttle service. For older decor the lodging was very clean. The heating/air conditioning unit is efficient and quiet. I would stay again.

Cable TV was not working. Did not to call front desk at 11:30pm. Too late to have maintenance come to room.

Arrived tired late at night, check in was awful.
Breakfast wasn't good and no space to sit, not many tables.
